The music is so loud, even outside, you can't relax at all. There was no microwave to heat my soap or food if it got cold, I don't know if this is the new trend with Panera but I don't like it.

My Chicken Chipotle melt was so disappointing. I really wish it looked like the pictures they advertise.

Every employee seems lost, I placed my order for RPU at 11:15am for pick up at 12:05pm. I have 2 orders to pick up unable to find either one when I arrive at 1215pm, finally they find one after repeating names and showing confirmation (luckily I took). The other order they cannot find they said someone probably took it!! How??? You have measures in place to prevent this! Very inconvenient, I waited to speak with the manager and she looked as lost and interested in what happened so I told her so, just wanted you to know what happened… Not only was my future business lost so was my co workers and my company for catering events!

Their food is just over priced and less meats in their food.... its mediocre ans sad how stingy the recipe is and serve ingredients in sandwiches... look at the photo... it is $12...

I ordered the "signature" almond chicken sandwich which is good but there is a LOT more bread than actual chicken salad in it. For a sandwich that cost more than $8.00 they could added more of the actual filling. The service was good. It's a shame they cut corners on the portions!

Ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich for about $8. My 3 year old can make a better looking sandwich than this. Only a dot of sauce on the edge of the bread and hardly any filling. Very disappointed, only got 2 stars because what little amount is there for $8 it tasted ok. This is more like a $2-3 sandwich. Panera is on par with McDonald's, save your money and go somewhere else.

So disappointed with the salads. Lettuce was wilted and the ingredients just looked sad. The wait was 30 mins and sadly was not worth the wait. Probably won't be back.

I ordered a dozen of bagels and it was just 12 pieces instead of 13 in the bag. I didn't find out until I got home. Tried to call Panera at 3 different times at off peak hours to notify them, NO ONE answered the phone. Bad customer service at this location, IMO.

Only one day where I show up to study and not buy anything (all previous times I did/had sip club) the guy worker kicks me out. Was very rude/random and mocked my “in a few minutes” to leave when he asked me to immediately leave. I caused zero disruption? And yes, it takes me a “few minutes” to unplug/turn off/sign out my slow computer/put my things away in bag. Few minutes is about 2-3 in my book. Will never return here again.

Ordered a mac n cheese bread bowl with bacon online and they gave me a small mac n cheese in a cup with no bacon. Tried to call and ask for a refund as I was on my lunch break and could not come back but no answer. Very big bruh moment. I still ate the mac but I'm hungry af and sad🥲

Tomatoe soup was Okay. Out if Broccoli Cheese and told that often happens due to popularity. Even though advertised that they have a GRILLED cheese sandwich, it was nothing more than a lukewarm processed cheese* in white bread warmed in the oven. When inquiring, I was told that they bo longer grill, but just warm the sandwich in the oven. At least the apple was OK. However, false advertising and paid way too much for a lunch actually inferior to a grade school cafeteria! , *. I doubt the processed cheese meets their advertised “promise” standards.

This is the absolute worst experience I have had from Panera. Usually I have a great experience from them but today was a disappointment. I ordered the full steak and white cheddar panini with a side of french baguette and a cookie. The sandwich was so unbelievably dry I don't know it was the lack of condiments or lack of cheese but the point is it was dry. The meat had no flavor more comparable to store deli meat. That sandwich was so pitiful that the bread and butter was more appetizing. The concept of the sandwich is great but the execution fell so short from expectation. I am in disbelief that a sandwich at that price tasted so badly. I had to go home and perform surgery on this meal. This has truly put a bad taste in my mouth literally.
