I came right before closing. The cook himself came out to prepare my bowl when I was contemplating leaving. Malik packed my bowl to perfection. The manager is always smiling and pleasant at this location as well. I received excellent customer service tonight. Ty 10/26/25
Chipotle serves great healthful food. The simple menu lends towards quality and safety. The purposefully casual atmosphere with cement floors, iron fixtures, and plywood walls adds to the experience, but not personally my favorite. I tried the chicken al pastor, which was a limited time offering, and it was very tasty, although quite spicy hot.

I often come to this chipotle, As I am local to the area. This evening I was in there picking up dinner was greeted. Promptly looked around. Store was clean customers look happy., The five gentlemen working this evening we’re all busy, Once it was my turn, I was taken care of by. I believe his name was Ryan. He was friendly was smiling. The whole time seemed to be enjoying his job. Appreciate the customer service that I received tonight. Five star rating for each one of those dudes.

Made eye contact multiple times with several employees AND THE MANAGER while I waited to pick up my order that was just sitting on their counter. They weren't busy, just collectively chose to ignore me while they chatted with one another. When I got home I found that my kids quesadilla was just 2 empty, cold tortillas. And my "extra lettuce" bowl didn't have much lettuce. All food was cold despite me arriving earlier than the scheduled time to pick up. Very disappointed. I've been to this location so many times and have never had an experience this terrible.
first off there was only one person working the line. going very slow they didnt have many protein options and if you wanted something they didnt have you had to wait. overall the customer service was good. the station was very dirty and this isnt the first time i went to this location and it was dirty. for some reason the food at this location isnt as good as the others the steak was raw. i had a side of guacamole and it was spicy. the rice was water down. they need to work on the food quality and cleanness of their business

We got there around 6:30 and they were running low on everything. They had no steak and last of brown rice. Very disappointing. Tables all dirty. Where's management?

Pushed it all to one side so u can see how much it really was paid 4 dollars extra came put to 22 dollars for this from door dash this location is saving alot of money and the manager is pocketing it instead of ordering enough product

Hey chipotle I know you probally don’t read these reviews but I’m gona write it anyways. I love chipotle on its best day food is solid and basic and just great comfort and easy food all all around. I have a couple of complaints. Specifically the guacamole. This is the 2nd time I got guac that was going off and a whole half chunk of un mashed unripe hard avocado. I get it employees get lazy your busy blah blah I work in the resturant industry so I know all the people xcuses that are usually thrown around. But my main pet peeve is the the crusty unscraped dirty plancha. For the love of god clean your plancha. It takes like 3 minutes to used a spatula or some type of plancha scraping device to clean the crusty buring bits of chicken or beef or grease build up. And it’s not just this location that has this dirty plancha issues I have been to locations in Azusa Glendora and it’s the same thing no one cleans there planchas.
I was extremely shocked a at my burrito.😲😳Normally this place is great but when I did an online order my burrito was extremely small and I was unsatisfied with the burrito😡. Because it's usually fulfilling n I can barely finish it all but this burrito looked like it was for a kids meal🙄🤔. Look at the picture, it looks like a baked potato😒. It really was smaller than my hand🤨. These workers need to stop being lazy because we're not watching them prepare our online orders. That's bad business.👿
Chipotle is overpriced. C’mon shrinkflation! I paid $26 for a burrito and a salad— no chips or drinks. These small portions are laughable and nothing is ever done right. They’re always forgetting something or are out of something. Support your local businesses instead.

Employees have poor training. I had to remind the girl at the cash register that veggie bowls come with guacamole included. She had to talk to her supervisor, because she was unsure. Didn't even get an apology and the brown rice wasn't even fully cooked. Also, the chips weren't separated properly and the tables weren't clean.
This restaurant can't even put the right order in the right bag. My bag from my online order had my name and order on it. I bring it back home, open it up, and find some other person's order with their tag right on it. Employees taking two seconds to read the labels would have avoided this, but now I have to eat Danny G's order with a crap ton of sour cream.
I was a regular customer here but after tonight I would feel to uncomfortable to come back, a young girl was very dismissive and not listening to our order while we were ordering, when asked if add lettuce onto my order she forgot and when I reminded her she grabbed a huge fist full and slammed it onto my bowl, she also didn't add any lettuce to my boyfriends who was just was to uncomfortable after that to point it out. She had a terrible expression the whole time and we will not be back just to avoid her, she was short with black hair and looked young. I understand people have bad days but it should be at the cost of other people comfort. Hope they give her retraining

For anyone that has any type of food allergies this restaurant will NOT accommodate you by grilling your food separate from the other Foods. zero stars from me. Unfortunately I had to give this place a star or else I was not able to post this comment
They close at 11. I came in around 9:30 and they told me they were out of almost everything and wasn’t making anymore and they aren’t accepting cash only card. They were so rude and already cleaning as if they were ready to close down early. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
I ordered EXTRA EVERYTHING on my bowl through the mobile, I showed up during 11am hour & the 2 young guys were too busy distracted cussing & talking about NFL football that they missed ingredients on my bowl. They skimped so bad it didn’t even fill up. I was peeved so bad. Paying Almost $13 for a bowl & they couldn’t do their job properly or professionally? Called to talk to the manager & I got a call center. Extremely ridiculous. Their workers need to be held accountable and trained properly. Customers pay for quality food and should receive it. PERIOD!
I had worst experience at this location last Friday. I have been ordering food from this location about four years, I never had any bad experience until last Friday, the store manager/supervisor a Latino lady are so mean and with extreme bad attitude to me/customer. I came in person ordering food, the guy helped me is about ending his shift, I heard him told Latino lady " this is last person I will help and I am leaving after this customer. After ordering food, I scanned my reward card and heard beeping sound it go through,the balance does not change, I have my free entree reward. The guy raised up his voice and told me, you should tell me you had a reward, I told him back"This is first time I heard this, if you don't know how system works, you should asking someone know how to use it" with normal voice. Suddenly this mean Latino Lady stepped in with extreme lound voice, told me" take your food and get out" I responded back, I gonna pay for my food with reward and pay differenc, and she keep yelling me" I don't want your money and get out" she definitely is out of control, I started recording what her actions on my phone for my protection. Is this the way you treated customer, she needs learning from other fast food chain such as Chick Fila, which had best customer service experience. I will also report this incident to Chipotle headquarters, I am demanding formal apology from this store.
