We got amazing service from our server Freddie. Was friendly and very attentive to our entire group. He was friendly, polite, and great. Forgot to mention, this is one of the nicest Sizzlers I've ever been too. It's upgraded and real nice.

Freddie is the best. The whole restaurant crumbled to the floor but he single handedly rebuilt the entire restaurant in about 30 seconds. Freddie has superpowers and is able to serve every table in the restaurant at the exact same time. Freddie saved my life. Freddie.

I ordered the steak and lobster with baked potato on a Friday night. The food arrived about 10 minutes after I sat down. The steak was cooked medium well and delicious, as was the lobster. The baked potato was average. Freddie my server was very attentive and kept and was very friendly. I will definitely come back soon.

Not many sizzlers left in town but this is one of my favs. Came for lunch with my best friend and enjoyed the fresh salad bar and a steak. Our server Freddie was extremely attentive and even made us to go beverages without us asking and gave us extra bread. We will definitely be back soon!

Reminds me of the days of “Rustler” steak house at the Whitehorse Circle. I am glad to see the restaurant was full and a bit of a line. My meal was cooked nicely 6 oz steak and shrimp the salad bar was very well maintained and full and the food was good, very glad to come here today. Service was nice, cashier helped bring tray and server was by the table frequently enough.

I love coming here especially to the Ontario location . The staff here is so friendly and kind. The food is always hot n fresh. I usually get Freddie as my server he’s nice friendly always checks up on me in a timely manner to make sure everything is good and always comes with refills. My last visit I ordered the steak & all you can eat shrimp . Freddie came right on time when I had a few shrimps left then I cut in to my steak I ordered medium and he noticed right away it was rare and corrected it for me, thanks Freddie. I always watch him with other guests and he’s so attentive and his interactions with everyone is so welcoming. Again, thanks Freddie for making my time here enjoyable.

Great experience. Came hungry, got the burger and chicken club with side salads and was very happy with everything. Freddie was super rad and took great care of us. Very attentive the whole time and anticipated our needs flawlessly. We couldn't ask for a nicer guy. The salad bar was great. Even stuffed in a taco and some taquitos too. All in all, can't wait to come back. It's been too long Sizzler, see you soon.

Sizzler was cleaner and has better quality food and servers than I remember from many years ago. I did not see any flies around the salad bar which was a good first sign. Our waitress was also very friendly and fast. She brought drink refill before I even had to ask. About the food - I ordered a salad bar which was okay (less items than I remember - smaller section for salads, cantaloupe, honeydew and cottage cheese, a taco bar section, soup section and small self-serve ice cream dispenser with brownies (chocolate and vanilla ice cream available in bowl or cup) I ordered a steak well done and I had to send it back 2 times as it was still red both times! On the third time it came out perfect and tasted alright. The mashed potatoes were great!!
