I went here yesterday for the new Impossible Whopper that I have been hearing about on social media and commercials. I went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 (with cheese) 1 was a medium meal. Quite expensive for a drive thru, it was $27. I had a coupon for 1 free but it was only useable with one regular whopper so we changed one to a regular for my son(who could care less) lol. Anyways, with the coupon it came to $20. We got home and it turns out they are pretty darn good!!! If I wasn’t aware of them being meatless I wouldn’t have known the difference. I also do frequent BK lounge but I do get burgers often and I think these are pretty awesome!!

I don't eat fast food much at this point in my life. I've always like the whopper so it's just my personal choice to eat here when I do crave fast food burger. Plus this location is conveniently close to the house & the drive through line is usually short too.

$0.10 difference is excusable but it depends on the cashier. The food is eugh. The coupons are nice too though.

I have to say this location needs a remodel. The dining experience was not pleasant. I noticed dried up ketchup on tables. They did just recently replace the outdoor playground, I hope the dining room is next. I feel the dining room gives me an idea of how their kitchen is. I hope it's not the same. Service was okay and I received what I ordered. I definitely recommend taking food to go.

We made an order online via the app for pick up, so we were genuinely confused about our order being incorrect. We only got 2 burgers, and both were not made how we asked. Both were impossible woppers, one with no veggies, added onion rings, the other everything on it, excluding onion, and both added cheese that we had to pay extra for. Once we got it home we noticed that both burgers had onions, the burger that was supposed to be just cheese and onion rings was loaded with veggies that made the onion rings gross and soggy and the one that was supposed to have everything on it, with the exception of onions, didnt have cheese despite us paying for it to be added to both burgers. I guess we should be grateful they did, in fact, give us the patties we asked for so we could still eat, but I digress. Ordering online is supposed to be the easier option for both the customer and server to ensure fast service and to reduce the risk of mistakes. I'm not sure what happened, but I highly doubt it was souly the fault of the staff and likely an issue with the app. I usually am very satisfied with BK, especially now that you're the only place that still actually caters to vegetarians without using disgusting tasting brands like Dr. Preggers. I hope that whatever it is that caused the error is addressed and resolved.

This was my go to BK up until Monday, 1/12. My husband and I ate here and he got heavily food poisoned, & still is sick to this day 1/16. I looked at another review from the same day on yelp and someone mentioned worms being in their burger. That is disgusting and this location needs to be investigated!

Ordered food on the application it accepted my order and then I proceeded to the drive thru and was promptly told by a worker at 10:30pm that they were closed and that they never received my order even though my order went through to the app no problem. They claim short staffed and that they were “cleaning up and closed prior to my arrival “ already prior to their actual closing time at 11:00pm. Terrible service. Terrible customer service and what’s worse is that if I was to do this at my place of work and told someone that I couldn’t service patrons between actual business hours. I would be fired. America use to take pride in their work and workplace now it’s just ran by soulless workers who simply lack a sense of pride and would rather delicate to a refund process than actually providing a service. Sad times we are in and will be avoiding this particular location due to the lack following their company policy and guidelines. TLDR: On the other hand I expect that their kitchen must be spotless if they’re are advising customers business is closed during working hours and will Not serve you due to made up excuses by workers but workers can be seen messing around on their phone rather than serving patrons. Avoid if you value your time and money.

I got the jr whoppers that were $5.00 for 2. Without cheese. I brought 1 for my husband and me. It was really small I took 4 bites & it was gone. When I was going to college this was the place that I would eat at because I could afford it. But I will never go back because unfortunately my husband or me were not full. I thought McDonald's was bad. Because of their cheeseburgers were small but they are at least two sizes bigger than one Junior whopper. Plus I had asked for extra ketchup and mayonnaise lettuce and onions with no tomato. When I got home I had to cut up more lettuce put on more mayonnaise, ketchup because on one side there was nothing it was dry Never going back 😡
