These guys do it right. The drinks come out first, the appy comes next, then the delicious main courses come out together. The food is top shelf and the staff are friendly and attentive. Plus, the music was excellent and not too loud, great atmosphere as well. A must dine when in Cholula.

Excellent place! Surprisingly good! The restaurant is small with modern touch. Not fancy! The personnel has all disposition and are very kind. They offered some courtesy cause they were overloaded. The food is really good! I recommend Chashu Ramen, curry rice, kimchi rice, dumplings (all varieties). Cold Sake super good. And finally Ice Mochi! Yummy. One of my favorite place in Cholula.

Really cool spot, and unexpectedly good food, but room to improve. Will absolutely return and so should you. Note this is not authentic ramen, this is a fun, hip riff on it. Shrimp dumplings: Really nice, spicy, flavorful. Well cooked, not overdone, and steamed thankfully not fried, because they're already very oily. Chashu Ramen: Rich, deep flavor, well cooked meat. Noodles are mid, unfortunately the typical instant kind, not the incredible homemade kind. A bit oily, but pretty good. Spicy Ramen Dang: Nice and spicy, but not over the top or challenging. The habanero longaniza is good, and there's plenty of it. A filling, heart bowl, a bit overly oily, and mediocre noodles. Drinks: Sake list needs work, sake is only sold in shots, not bottles, and it's overpriced. No craft beer. Will try a cocktail next time. Expensive and a bit overly greasy, but also satisfying portions, and a fun environment. Service is fine, not great, you'll need to flag someone down if you want another drink or something. Tables are VERY low, comically low if you're tall like me. Use caution. Still, I'd come back again. The spicy is what to get if you're into heat.

Very great Asian option for Mexico! We’ve struggled to find good Asian food here, but this place is definitely the best. The noodles my wife and I had were incredibly good and made to order. People complain about the wait for food, but it’s worth it because you can see the chefs taking their time to cook and plate every dish beautifully. I gave it 4 stars because the dumplings we had were incredibly tiny with so little filling that you could hardly taste anything. I highly recommend they give an order with 5 dumplings, but make them much larger. I would return for the noodles!

Horrible experience, they close at 8 PM, we got there 7:30, and they said they’ve closed already, and were super rude, they clearly are not great at customer service. Plenty of room to improve
