I ordered here on November 15, 2024 for pickup time at 1:40 pm and whoever was working at this time and fixed my bowl hooked it UPPPPPP!!!! This is what a bowl is supposed to look like!!!! It was so delicious!!!!
I have no clue how to describe this but I had a chicken burrito from here that tasted like one of the best burritos I’ve ever had. The spice and flavor and temperature was so on point
Actually Joseph HaBiB, Daniella is the sweetest person I’ve ever come across. Best attitude, amazing spirit, and always gives me and my family the most respect. I think you and your wife are just being naggy and need to stop going there if yall have such a problem with the restaurant. Daniella for GM 2026!!
They cook their chicken right. Ive been to other locations where it doesn’t taste right. Rice is new. Clean area, lots of free parking. Clean on the inside too. They move fast!
Yesterday @ 3:30 a nasty high school boy put his mouth on the spigots and drank directly from them. Today I missed work because of diarrhea and vomiting. Drink dispensers should be in view of the line employees. I have watched many HS boys enter here with their metal or plastic bottles and steal drinks, but I never imagined they would put their mouths on the spigots. This poor design is a public health risk. UPDATE: I contacted Chipotle corporate, as “Michael” recommended.
The food was awesome! I got a bowl with cheese, beans, sour cream, etc. and it was melting in my mouth! The service was TERRIBLE. The staff was rude and was acting like she was annoyed because ordered food. The place and cleanliness was bad too. There was some beans on the floor and the ice machine was empty. Please fix these problems🙏🙏
I’ve been here multiple times but the last 3 times haven’t been very pleasant. I thought it was just them having a busy/bad day but it doesn’t seem to be the case. 1. The food especially lettuce looks VERY old and nasty yellow now green. I thought this was just a slow day but the last 3 times this has been the case and it’s during the rush so it doesn’t make sense. 2. Managers ALWAYS look like they’re doing a million things and the staff is lost except for the cooks who obviously can’t leave their stations to help. I know hiring is tough now but if the managers going to fo the job of 4 people during lunch rush hour then why have the other staff there. This is just the final straw, today I ordered online and my lettuce and all items just did not taste how they usually do and the lettuce (lack there of) after I asked for extra was ALL yellow/ red colored and even taste old… The last time I was there a gentleman even commented on how old everything looked and the server didn’t even address it and the customer got upset the manager had to take over. I didn’t even eat this bowl, the app didn’t help and I can’t go back due to being tied up at work. What a waste of money and not to mention my lunch. At least my chips are good…
i always come to this location super convenient but the last two times I’ve been i’ve had a bad experience went a couple days ago and ordered online went through the chipotle lane to pick up my order and was told “you have two orders in front of you” in a rude way, with no further instruction. I wasn’t sure if i should stay there or circle back around. Today i went back seemed like they were really busy with mobile orders was waiting in the chipotle lane for 10-15 min and when i got up to the window they were scrambling around trying to make all these other orders and didn’t acknowledge me for a while. I leave and go eat my food and this is how my tortilla is wrapped never have i ever had a tortilla wrapped like this out of all the times i’ve been to chipotle….Also with chipotle being expensive they barely gave me anything in my bowl and it looks like it was thrown together.
I made an online order and when I open it at home, the Guac was missing from my burrito bowl and the chip is stale, not crispy at all(like it was from 2, 3 days ago). I complained on the company and they only offer a side of Guac in the Chipotle wallet. The problem is 1) I already ate the order and without the Guac, the tomato is too sour and the chicken is too salty and 2) the Guac credit expires in a month. So they are making me order again in a month or else lose it even though it is entirely their mistake. They could have just refund the Guac charge but no, they would rather you jump through the hoop. Maybe they forgot Chick Fil A is less than 100 feet away.
When we came here today, Saturday for dinner, About 7:30 pm. There was no steak available so we had to wait an unexpected amount of time. And the rice was ridiculously solid. It was so solid, it was like biting into rocks. The place was also dirty. This one lady spilt corn and put it right back into the bin. The meat time was too long.
Got respond from chipotle but send me url page not existing. Poor service Rice is uncooked and open kitchen concept and dirty. Steak is out and wait 10 mins to get mu food and rice is uncooked. Rude and nasty. Going to report to health department. Want refund bc
Why am I not surprised this restaurant sits at 2.4 stars? It didn’t shock me in the slightest. The staff appears allergic to saying hello, as if smiling is illegal. The overwhelming “I don’t care” attitude is impossible to miss, jobs are everywhere, so why bother, right? Hence, 2.4 stars. Pathetic. My daughter was the only reason we came; she was adamant about it. This place seems to survive on a younger crowd that doesn’t work for their money and therefore tolerates terrible service. For anyone who values basic respect and professionalism, this experience is a complete letdown. Extremely disappointed.
Filthy. No ice. No drinks. Women’s restroom toilet broken. Food is terrible. I do not know how this location is still in business. Needs to be closed due to health issues.

I normally like to eat at Chipotle restaurants. This store has a manager that’s very unprofessional in how he speaks to customers. Not to mention they were under serving the rice because they didn’t want to get more. Won’t be visiting this location again.
This the 3rd time I’ve been here for a pickup order and the order was wrong. Whats crazy is on the receipt it is correct, but then you open the bowl and there are many mistake. 1st time I was like whatever, 2nd time I got a little frustrated, but the 3rd time in a row is a pattern. I will drive the extra mile to the next location until there is some improvement at this one.
The red hair girl who works the drive thru has absolutely horrible customer service (always rude), has no idea what shes doing with the bowls, I get double everything and its always minuscule amounts, way too under portioned, I order ahead and my food is always cold whenever shes working. I literally pray that shes not working whenever I order.
Ordered an adult cheese quesadilla through the app (app exclusive). Got home and realized they had given me a kids taco size (not even burrito) tortilla with cheese instead. Not even close to the same size. Pick up window did not communicate that there were any issues with the order. Waste of money and time. Tried calling and couldn’t talk to a real person. Had to use Chipotle’s disappointing AI customer service to get a response. Won’t be back.
Employees need to be more careful when preparing orders. My daughter is a vegetarian and I can’t tell you how many times she finds meat in her VEGETARIAN burrito. We’ve given this location too many “second” chances…we will not be back.
Looks like this location has serious problems with the staff, food and cleanliness, initially I thought might be just me, but the reviews every were on social media clearly showing there serious issues with this location. Coming to my story, I have been going to Chipotle for over 10 years, mostly Sugar Land great wood location, last year relocated to katy and started going to this location close to my business. I was not happy with the quality of black beans and greens/ peppers for the past few visits, today I told the lady that the ( this at 11.30 in the morning just an hour after opening hardly any customers) black beans container looking horribly dry hardly any beans, looks like overnight left over beans and peppers soggy hardly any in the container looks like over night leftovers, the lady started serving, and this guy Alveraz Garcia, comes behind the serving lady and question me, why I am coming if it’s not fresh, I stated questioning the guy, and just because I was questioning about freshness of the food, this guy with an attitude pulls the bowl from the lady who was serving and refused to serve. No wonder so many negative comments or reviews about this location all over social media. Any one reading this review, go see for yourself self, and make sure to question about the service and quality of the food. To Chipotle corporate management fire this Manager guy immediately and train your employees for better service and prepping quality food, and most importantly smile and great customers.
