My partner and I went to the piadineria La Caveja during the week. I must say I was truly surprised. The atmosphere is welcoming, perfect for a quick lunch break, and the owner, Dario, is very friendly and cheerful. Their strong point, besides the prompt service, is their different doughs, fragrant, crispy, and very light. We had the squaquerone and prosciutto with kamut dough and the salmon and avocado with wholemeal dough. They have a wide selection, also recommended for vegetarians. I highly recommend this piadineria to anyone looking for a tasty and authentic break.
I've been a customer for many years, the piadina is very good and they finally added some excellent salads too.

I recently went there with my family for lunch. Besides the quality of the products, the wide selection (especially the dough options), and the reasonable prices, I highly recommend it, especially now that a major competitor has opened across the street. I wanted to write this review to highlight this well-deserved business. The two guys who work there are excellent, they're knowledgeable and kind. If I could give more stars, I would have!
Very good piadina at a great price, the best piadinas I've ever eaten, even the Nutella crepes are hot and tasty, the only flaw is that the new guy sometimes makes a mistake in making some piadinas, otherwise it's the best, I go there at least once a week for lunch break.

Very good piadina shop, on the second floor of the La Fontana shopping center in Cinisello Balsamo, variety of flavors and doughs, really light, for a quick but delicious lunch, I absolutely recommend going there for a quick visit and trying their piadina, you won't regret it!

Very good rolls, lots of choices, and the option to order them with different doughs. Prices are around €5 per piadina. They're filled to the right level, with excellent ingredients. A must-have for lunch.

Overall, the piada is decent. Perhaps too thin, but it's packed with ingredients; one is enough. However... even the cashier prepares the piadas without washing his hands afterward.

If you have gluten-free piadina and then cook it on the same griddle as the gluten... That's a fine... I'm replying to the gentleman. His operator explicitly said he cooked it on the same griddle.
Poor location, low-quality ingredients, extremely poor hygiene (they take money with their bare hands and then make piadinas), generally rude and uninteresting. Not recommended.
Today, March 31, I ate the Caveja Burger at the La Fontana shopping center. I've already tried this type of piadina in my area (Melzo) and I always eat it there. Today's piadina, which I got at the La Fontana shopping center, left me disappointed because, being from the same chain, I thought the food would be the same or similar, but it wasn't! Let's start with the fact that the burger seems boiled, not grilled, and the vegetables (onion and peppers) are bland, and finally, there's no BBQ sauce. I'll leave you two photos, the one I ate at the Fontana and the one I ate in Melzo. With this comment, I really hope there's an improvement, because it's a shame that the same piadina from the same chain is different from the places you eat.
