My partner and I went to the piadineria La Caveja during the week. I must say I was truly surprised. The atmosphere is welcoming, perfect for a quick lunch break, and the owner, Dario, is very friendly and cheerful. Their strong point, besides the prompt service, is their different doughs, fragrant, crispy, and very light. We had the squaquerone and prosciutto with kamut dough and the salmon and avocado with wholemeal dough. They have a wide selection, also recommended for vegetarians. I highly recommend this piadineria to anyone looking for a tasty and authentic break.

I recently went there with my family for lunch. Besides the quality of the products, the wide selection (especially the dough options), and the reasonable prices, I highly recommend it, especially now that a major competitor has opened across the street. I wanted to write this review to highlight this well-deserved business. The two guys who work there are excellent, they're knowledgeable and kind. If I could give more stars, I would have!

Very good piadina at a great price, the best piadinas I've ever eaten, even the Nutella crepes are hot and tasty, the only flaw is that the new guy sometimes makes a mistake in making some piadinas, otherwise it's the best, I go there at least once a week for lunch break.
