NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!! THEY CAN'T ISSUE INVOICES 🚫🚩❌❌❌❌❌❌ Nothing works. Their email, website, and phone are always offline. It's a scam that they claim to issue invoices. So many obstacles, and they end up not issuing any invoices. SCAM THEY DON'T ISSUE INVOICES
Terrible. I tried to buy an electrolyte tank yesterday, and the woman who was helping me charged me 887 pesos instead of 87. She said she processed the cancellation, and that I should have received an immediate refund. Today the charge went through, and I still haven't received the refund. I don't know who to talk to. I was literally robbed.
125 for a bottle of water, hahahaha, that's ridiculous! And not to mention, they don't have prices advertised on their products... Terrible place!!!
This is a total rip-off. Profeco (the Mexican consumer protection agency) should regulate this establishment's prices and require them to display prices. Nothing on their products has a price tag, they don't give receipts, and the food is very low quality. I should have checked the reviews before buying here.
The food can't be billed separately, it's bad, tastes bad, and is overpriced.
I bought a croissant to calm my hunger, and when I was eating, I noticed that the cheese had mold on it🤢.
Terrible service. They refuse to serve customers because they're looking at their phones. The person who answers the phone told everyone they had no service just because they were watching a TV show or something on their phone. I waited for over 10 minutes, and they refused to serve me. It's one of the few stores open since the airport renovations, and people couldn't shop.
I was traveling for work and stopped to buy groceries, but it turns out I can't get a receipt. The website isn't working, and the phone number they have listed is out of service. Now I have to cover those expenses myself. Besides, it's very expensive.
At the Mexico City airport, I bought three club sandwiches, a croissant, and two Electolits, for $697. It's a real robbery what they commit in these establishments. The young woman who served me didn't even give me a ticket. I don't even know who the thief is anymore, the owner of the establishment or the employee.
The staff was rude!
In the room how nice room 75b when I went to buy I am used to seeing the products more when they have protein like chicken meat or Jamal something that could be bad for people as I have 16 years managing restaurants and working for the government in the health department I see the dates of expedition and VII that the salads and sandwiches were out expedition department
The service was terrible. The coffee was so bitter that the first sip made my stomach hurt. I asked for more milk and had to pay for another coffee. I asked to remove some so I could add the milk. She threw half a glass on me... In the end, I felt like throwing away the horrible coffee.
The worst sub I've ever had. I should have read the reviews beforehand, but I bought it because I was hungry and in a hurry. The bread was stale; it fell apart when I picked it up. The young woman, looking annoyed and grumpy, told me the price when I asked. She said I was better off going to the 7, which is 50 meters away. But I had no choice but to wait my turn because there's always a long line. That's when I realized why this place is so empty.
The worst sandwich I've ever eaten at an airport. I bought a Tuna Melt in Concourse B of Mexico City Airport. They charged me twice the price from pesos to dollars, and it was sour. Be careful when buying food here.
On March 23, 2024, I went to buy something at the store located in Terminal 2 of Benito Juarez Airport around 5:40 PM. The service is terrible. The products don't have prices, they don't give you a receipt, and the sodas are almost double the price of 7-Eleven. It's a rip-off. Don't buy from them.
If you need an invoice, this place does everything to avoid issuing one. Everything is printed on the receipt: website, service phone number, and even email address. NONE of those three options work. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE because THEY WILL NOT ISSUE YOU AN INVOICE!!!
Very bad service. Everything is very expensive. A water costs $37 pesos. We all know that everything is more expensive at the airport, but this is an exaggeration. To check in, their website doesn't work, and they never answer calls. I emailed their supposed customer service department, and they didn't respond either.
Literal thieves, but not in the prices. We know that everything at the airport is expensive, I don't know why, but oh well. What I will say is that they steal your money. I paid with a 200-peso bill on the 19th of this month at 2:23 p.m. and the woman who was serving at the location in module 11 of T1B gave me change from a 100-peso bill. I admit that I got distracted and later realized it. But I'm almost there. I'm sure it's not the first time she's done it since the ticket stated the exact amount of 55 pesos that the beer cost me and not the bill I gave her. So, gentlemen, owners, here's my anecdote.
