Pésimo servicio, los alimentos excesivamente caros y nulo sabor , es mas quiza caducado el embutido de mis sandwiches. Para facturar esta super dificil, no te brindan una solucion rapida, sus canales de comunicacion no sirven (tel o mail).

Son unos rateros, los precios están muy elevados. Un HotDog cuesta $61.00 mientras que en el Seven Eleven (igual dentro del aeropuerto) cuesta $23.00. Nunca compren en estas tiendas. Papas Sabritas en $33.00, Bote de papas Pringles $89.00, Agua Embotellada 600ml $25.00. Que pena poner estos precios y aprovecharse de la gente.

Pésima cadena para comprar, no puedes facturar y ninguno de los correos que vienen en la página o ticket funcionan, mucho menos el teléfono y ninguno de los productos trae precio.

En la T2 no tienen precios las cosas, es una trampa de turistas. Obviamente... Mejor ir a un Siri caro pero que al menos sabes lo que te van a cobrar al pasar por caja. Debería ser ilegal esto.

El servicio es malo, pero mucha atencion si necesitas facturar.. este lugar hace todo para evitar la emision de la factura, en el ticket esta impreso todo: pagina web, telefono de servicio y hasta email.. adivinaron NADA de esas 3 opciones funciona. NO ACUDAN A ESTE LUGAR

This is a total rip-off. Profeco (the Mexican consumer protection agency) should regulate this establishment's prices and require them to display prices. Nothing on their products has a price tag, they don't give receipts, and the food is very low quality. I should have checked the reviews before buying here.

Terrible service. They refuse to serve customers because they're looking at their phones. The person who answers the phone told everyone they had no service just because they were watching a TV show or something on their phone. I waited for over 10 minutes, and they refused to serve me. The worst sub I've ever had. I should have read the reviews beforehand, but I bought it because I was hungry and in a hurry. The bread was stale; it fell apart when I picked it up. The young woman, looking annoyed and grumpy, told me the price when I asked. She said I was better off going to the 7, which is 50 meters away. The worst sandwich I've ever eaten at an airport. I bought a Tuna Melt in Concourse B of Mexico City Airport. They charged me twice the price from pesos to dollars, and it was sour. Be careful when buying food here.

On March 23, 2024, I went to buy something at the store located in Terminal 2 of Benito Juarez Airport around 5:40 PM. The service is terrible. The products don't have prices, they don't give you a receipt, and the sodas are almost double the price of 7-Eleven. It's a rip-off. Don't buy from them.

Very bad service. Everything is very expensive. A water costs $37 pesos. We all know that everything is more expensive at the airport, but this is an exaggeration. Literal thieves, but not in the prices. We know that everything at the airport is expensive, I don't know why, but oh well. What I will say is that they steal your money. I paid with a 200-peso bill on the 19th of this month at 2:23 p.m. and the woman who was serving at the location in module 11 of T1B gave me change from a 100-peso bill. I admit that I got distracted and later realized it. But I'm almost there. I'm sure it's not the first time she's done it since the ticket stated the exact amount of 55 pesos that the beer cost me and not the bill I gave her. So, gentlemen, owners, here's my anecdote.
