The atmosphere was fine for hanging out with friends. As for the service, they took a long time with the food even though we were the only ones there. The girl who served us seemed a bit distracted and made a mess of things, unlike other times. Regarding the food, the sushi was very good, except that we ordered dumplings and they gave us something else, claiming that those were dumplings when we know them to be a different kind.

The customer service was terrible; they took ages to take the order and even longer to deliver it. The tables near the entrance were covered in dust. What I found truly disgusting were the utensils (forks). They're supposed to be clean, but they still had food on them (I don't know if they don't wash them properly). I asked the waitress to bring me some cleaner ones, and she brought me others that were just as dirty, or even worse. It was just so disgusting to eat there. Neither I nor the people I was with ever wanted to return.

If you can, avoid eating there. Terrible service. Super slow. The lady was very rude; they took an hour and a half to serve us with a thousand excuses. Things like the cook went to lunch, the soups come out first, they don't serve in order, and they don't have enough on promotional days! Honestly, if they can't run their own place, they should close. I finally got up and told them I was leaving and would pay for their drinks; they just sent my food in a rush.

Today, December 15th, we waited 30 minutes for our order to be taken. I had to get up to get the menus, and then a surly woman came in saying there was no waiter. She reluctantly took our order and left. 30 minutes later she came back and asked, "So what was it for you?" She never took our order. We thanked her and left because they were prioritizing Uber orders. The angry woman threw the menus down and turned away. It was a very bad experience.

They went overboard with the extra roasted chilies—two and a half slices. They got my order wrong; I ordered shrimp yakimeshi and they sent me chicken 🫩 The phone service was a disgrace. They put you on hold for over six minutes and you can hear everything they say 🫩. I'll think about other "sushi" options.

We went on a Sunday, and they only had one person waiting tables (note that 70% of the tables were occupied) and only two people were seen in the kitchen, so the wait times were very long. We waited over an hour for our dishes, a drink that was ordered twice, and another one at the counter that never arrived. I had to go and pay the bill at the counter. That was my experience. Which, of course, turned unpleasant.

The delivery service was terrible; they send half the normal portion, and even the rolls are smaller. Plus, Uber Eats is much more expensive, so the dish ends up costing almost twice as much for half the food. Complete disappointment.

If you want a sushi place where they take an hour to serve your food, and it tastes, looks bad, and is cold, this is the place. The service and food have gone downhill. I understand they have delivery, but for two plates of rice, I think it's way too much. The mineral orange soda was awful.
