Excellent. The chicken is natural, with REAL-sized legs and not swollen. That means it's organic, not like other types of chicken packed with hormones. I loved it because it's natural chicken. It tastes delicious and lives up to its name: Happy Chicken.

The chicken is delicious, and the other dishes are good too, but the place is depressing and a bit dirty; it only has one men's and one women's restroom. I happened to be out of salad and they never restocked it. I only recommend it for takeout.

They didn't give me my complete order. I ordered some flautas and asked if everything was in my bag, but when I got home it wasn't there. In my rush, I didn't stop to check. Very bad experience.

This Pollo Feliz branch is located on Av. Reforma in Ciudad Guzmán, Jalisco. Every time I come, the service is terrible. They deliver reheated chickens, which taste tough and burnt, as if they just had them there. Every time a customer arrives, they reheat one of the chickens to deliver it to them, which creates a bad taste and, consequently, an unpleasant experience. Besides the fact that the place always looks old and dirty, I know it's not just me, but it needs a little work to modernize it like other branches do, not just the exterior. However, the service was good, probably the most decent part of the experience. I don't recommend it; there are better options for dining in the area.
The delivery service is terrible. My order arrived incomplete. I called to let them know, and they said they'd bring me what I needed, but it took 45-60 minutes. I said yes, and they never brought it. After an hour, I called again, and they were rude, telling me it should be arriving by now, and, as expected, it never arrived.
They didn't send me my invoice by WhatsApp or by phone.
Terrible delivery service, awful customer service attitude. It took them over two hours to deliver our order, so we decided to cancel it. The woman on the phone said, "It's not our fault, the order was given to the driver." They were rude, unhelpful, and wouldn't admit when they were wrong. I would definitely never order chicken from this place again.
