If you're already here, you can't miss this place. The flavor of its rustic cuisine is simply unsurpassed in this rural town. To start, you can order a cup of hot chocolate or chocolate milk, and it's served with a delicious egg yolk bread. Afterwards, we tried chicharrón (pork rind) in a miltomate sauce with morita chile, ribs in red sauce, and eggs in salsa. Its flavor is a delicious, typical village seasoning. You can order everything with cheese; this is fresh Rancho cheese, which has a special and delicious flavor. The seasoning is what you expect when you come to the provinces and find places like these, which are hidden treasures. Highly recommended.
