Aumenten el salario de los empleados a ver si así ya van más de buenas a trabajar por favor. Las veces que he ido me atienden de mala gana, casi queriendo que ya me vaya, y el pedido siempre mal, cuando les específico cuantas piezas de cada sabor:(

I'm sorry, but I didn't like the service. I ordered an 18-piece meal to eat there. They didn't give me spoons for the mashed potatoes, and they didn't give me napkins either. I had to keep getting up to ask for them, and since there were six of us, the order of the drinks was wrong. The service was bad. The quality of the food is directly related to the service. I don't recommend eating there. Oh, and the table was dirty when we arrived.

I don't recommend it and I won't be going back. I paid $219 for a combo meal of a burger, fries, soda, and ketiras (a type of Bolivian snack), and they didn't give me my ketiras. I also ordered an extra large soda, and they gave it to me in two portions. Honestly, the service was terrible.

The place is pleasant thanks to the valley climate, and the ordering process is very sophisticated. The only issue is with the staff, who don't deliver the product as ordered. The chicken pieces are small, the supervisor is always busy and sends you to the delivery staff to resolve your problem, and the chicken lacks flavor. I have no desire to return.

It turns out they don't have ketchup, a staple for the type of food they offer, and they don't even tell you. They give you a bunch of jalapeño and strawberry jam packets, and when you go back for ketchup, they tell you they don't have any. Too bad. If you order to eat in, they give you your soda without a lid or straw. The play area is super small and boring. I came here for my kids. They're the ones who ask me to come because there are games, and oh! Disappointment!

Terrible service from the employees. When you ask for a specific flavor of soda, they give you water or whatever's left in the soda machine because they're out. The place was beautiful! But the food was not anywhere considered KFC quality! No honey for biscuits, the coleslaw was straight to the trash it was so bad. I mean, different ingredients for coleslaw? Are you kidding me?
