This is an excellent Whataburger. They haven’t disappointed yet! They are always taking care of customers and the food is usually super fresh!

Great Customer Service Excellent Food

Whataburger is one of my all time favorites, just an awesome burger. And something about the ketchup...just different and better. Customer service is always top notch in all my experiences at all locations. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of my burger, but this is the way your tray should look anyways.

Ate here once. I can never go back to other burger places. The food was amazing, the staff were considerate, and the bathrooms were spotless.

Typical great Whataburger. People were pretty nice. It seems to be on the wrong side of the tracks but it wasn't bad at all.

This was my first time at this Whataburger and when I first arrived i instantly got my order token by a young boy named Jose he took my order really fast and was really nice towards me and my family once he was done taking our order he still went out of his way to tell us to have a great day after that by the time we were getting our drinks and sitting down our food was already ready and another you man named haven brought it out he was really nice and welcoming making sure we had everything we needed by offering ketchup and napkins and asking us if we needed something else I would definitely recommend coming to this specific Whataburger I really enjoyed our time here

I am fond of Whataburger and this location is especially well run and clean. Love to bring my grandkids here.

First time review, Came in from out of town trying whataburger for the first time and absolutely this store delivered the best foot forward! The cashier at the front counter during my visit put me on the Whata-refresher for life!

Camal the manager was very helpful. Had a few issues with my order the other night. You could tell it was a busy night for them. When I got home with my order is when i realized my order was completely wrong. I called and addressed them with camal and he stated I could come in when he was there and he would take care of me. Went tonight and he did just that. Customer service was definitely top tier. Thank you.

Harrisburg location is my go to on the few times I purchase fastfood. Food is always hot and on point. Because I'm not a "morning brkfst", human, I usually miss out on my fav 'sausage, egg & cheese on a jalapeño biscuit'.

What can you say other than Whataburger is a Texas staple. The food is always consistently good. The staff is friendly even though they always have a line wrapped around the building. If you're hungry and don't have time to cook or go to a sit down restaurant, this is where you're headed!

Mannnnn, my buddies an I went here a few days ago and JJ checked us out, helped us out, took our order. He was such a kind person, people were in a hurry and it was a little busy but he was so polite and even threw in a free cookie for my lady. So thank you so much JJ and Josh!

This is the most outdated Whataburger I've seen in years. Despite the outdated look, this location was great . Fast ,friendly, customer oriented staff .They were even giving out samples of the new Prickly Raspberry drink. Just wish their burgers were from the nostalgic past when they were Really a WHATABURGER

I don't know when most of the reviews were left, but this place should easily be a 4.6... I've been coming for the past couple of months and they are always on point.

I stopped in for a quick bite to eat while running errands and, I will have to say I was surprised with how fast I got the food since everything was hot and fresh.

My fav worker Luis Ayala served me as usual greeted me with a friendly amazing attitude he does it every time give my brother a raise

Wow I was blown away. I have been a vegetarian for six or seven years but this restaurant made me change my mind. The staff are amazing and considerate and the fries are amazing. I'm looking forward to the new boba drink coming out soon and I will definitely be going back with the fam! I've posted on my Facebook group that this is the location to go to but I felt that I had to share here as well! My suggestion is get the spicy ketchup and fries with a nice juicy burger.

This restaurant is always clean when I go inside. I am also greeted as I walk in, which is nice. The food is always delicious. I can tell the employees put pride in their work! I will say, if you order extra dipping sauces, check to make sure you get them. That is the only thing I have had an issue with. If you are looking for a whataburger restaurant that will always make your order right, this is the one!

I had an excellent experience at this Whataburger location. The staff was professional, friendly, and provided top-notch service. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how it should be. On top of that, the restaurant was impressively clean and well-maintained—a detail that truly sets this location apart. You can’t always say that about every store, but this one is incredible! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to others.

It was a busy so the food was ready 20 min late of the time window set in the app; but they were making a good effort to continue things moving along by getting our drinks while waiting. Needs a good cleaning - floors were dirty - which makes you feel that what you can't see may be worse. Food was great.

I don’t really have complaints about food, but today I ordered a salad and was on my way to work. I do not have silverware to eat my salad. There is no silverware at work, not everyone picking up food is going home. How do you think customers are supposed to eat these salads with no silverware. I’m so annoyed now, I have food at work that I can’t even eat.

Just seems like Whataburger has changed...and not for the better. I got the Cobb salad with grilled chicken. It took forever to get the order out. They kept saying it was taking a long while to grill the chicken?? Maybe I'd have to eat a crazy greasy burger to appreciate the Whataburger experience.

Casual burger joint serving large burgers. The chili burger was tasty with the right amount of kick. I have to split it with hubby because it has a large bun, definitely not the average-size brioche or burger bun. We were a large group, but service was warm & friendly, and they introduced us to their special Whataburger spicy catsup, which we liked. The cheeseburger didn't stand out save for its being large. This branch was clean and had ample free parking. Restroom was clean. I guess it's true that it's "bigger" in Texas.

All was good...food took a good 25 minutes to get.. we waited 10 minutes to be attended..but we waited no huge issues

I have to go to Kansas City Missouri to get this burger! Why didn't y'all choose Saint Louis! Lol. However, my Houston trip wouldn't have been completed if I didn't have a Whataburger! Delicious!

Whataburger is consistently good. My service when I asked to not have a combo . The service person rung up a water as my drink.

Okay, so I went through the drive-through for just a large Coke Zero, and holy crap, it took forever. I had to pull off and go inside to get it. They got super backed up! The lady canceled it on her screen or something and forgot to bring it out. So, for that, she gave me a cookie! That's the only reason for at least this kind of rating!

First time trying whataburger. In my opinion, the portion sizes were quite large, and we ordered the single party burger. Food was fresh, employees were friendly and the order was prepared quickly. The decorations looked straight out of the 80-90s. I can finally check whataburger off my fast food chains to try list.

My fries are almost always old and cold. Burgers are correct half of the time, but warm I guess. I'm tired of calling and getting subpar remakes.

It was our 1st visit at this location and they messed up a shake. We love the banana pudding shake and they put wayyyyy too much banana pudding powder... when we informed them the next day they basically said it was impossible to do.. We've been to Whataburgers all over & we can say it was our 1st time every being unhappy with Whataburger!!!

I knew that after how bad my experience was ordering my food that my whole experience wouldn't be good. My food was so sloppy and my food wasn't hot. The fries were half way full. Someone was there hanging up pics that fell and dam they hung it up so crooked and the pics weren't even spaced out, they looked crazy.

Stopped by after hearing great reviews from locals. It’s definitely a well-known spot, but nothing really stood out for us. Just an okay experience overall.

This location has been known for slow service, I have lived near this Whataburger for over 10 years and I can never remember being served quickly. Now I would understand if the location is super busy but when it's just three people in line what's the hold up? The food was ok, my meal has tasted better, and the fries was pretty old and cold. If there was a much closer Whataburger to me I would never go to this location. Overall 2.9 but I will round off to a 3 star service. Very dissapointed with this location, but I love Whataburger so I just deal.

Its what I expected for a late night desperate burger place. Staff was excellent but the food has gone down a bit in quality.

Using the drive through in the mornings at this location is too slow. The lady taking orders very speaks and understands English. The language barrier makes the line to move very slow.

Line was busy but not out of control which is pretty normal for any Whataburger. Got to speaker and no greeting sat for 2-3. Ordered food got to window no greeting just asked for payment. Order was correct but jalapeño cheddar biscuit was rock hard and french fries were not fresh. Not even warm. Breakfast was not enjoyable.

Placed group order of 40 breakfast sandwiches the night before for 4:55AM - 5:00AM pick up slot. Got there about 20 minutes early as I don’t think they start the order until you arrive, with the hopes it would be ready at 4:55AM. (I typically have to wait 20 mins past the pick up time at this location.) Heard someone in the back say, he’s early and is going to have to wait. I asked how long and they said 20 minutes. Order was ready at 5:05AM - 30 minutes after I arrived. Your food is great, but larger orders placed in advance should be planned better so customers aren’t waiting 20-30 minutes past the pick up time. Going to use the Gulf Frwy location in the future as they historically have orders ready within minutes of my arrival.

My experience here was terrible they didn’t take the effort to help correct my order nor greet me. I couldn’t even check if I had a recipe since the payment window didn’t hand me one. This place has gone down hill and won’t comeback to this location.

Took way too long for order, it got past by people ordering after me. Forgot my order on the counter and nobody thought to check it. Also learned to ask for order to go since it will always get done way before an order eating in restaurant. Webster your restaurant manager was not doing a good job running the restaurant.

This was the fastest I ever got my food. I told them no salt on the fries and still gave me salty fries and the tenders were not even fresh.

Took TEN MINUTES for them to get a simple chicken sandwich and fries out to me, and then the lettuce was so spoiled that I didn't even eat it. Wish I wasn't at work so I could go back and get a refund. Picture of the goo they call lettuce here.

Not only was staff all over the place, our food was given to the wrong customers. Then taken away from them and given straight to us. After we watched the other couple dig through the bag. At least they changed out our fries. But upon getting home my AVOCADO bacon burger has no avocado.... It's literally the first thing u say and they didn't put it on the Patty.

Don’t spend your money at this location go to El Dorado x 45 in Walmart parking lot or to the south Shore location left out this one’s parking lot thru 2 lights then right at the third light (270), go straight thru one light then left at the second light (a confusing looking spot of stoplights but just take the first left before the confusion) and turn left before the next light, you’ll be behind a jiffy lube, just keep going and you’ll be in the whataburger parking lot in about 10 seconds. I asked for no mayo no ketchup and no mustard and got a disgusting over priced over salted burger with mayo and ketchup on it. Couldn’t even enjoy my fries the burger was so salty they just tasted bland and I had to take the top bun off and all the veggies and the patties were just sal-sal-sal city.

It’s obvious they do not pay attention to curbside orders. I submitted an order, drove there and parked. Sat for 10 minutes. Walked in and complained. It was obvious my sandwich had been sitting on the counter waiting for onion rings. Had to wait a few more minutes. Total time was 25 minutes. Sandwich was ultra soggy mess.

Ordered 3 burgers plain in take out. Got back to my hotel room with $74 of food and found mustard on all the burgers and no forks for the salad. Not the meal we were looking for, never again.

Trying to get a bite to eat before work. The guy who ordered after us already ate and left two minutes ago. They haven’t even put the fish in the fryer yet. Awesome! Now it’s to go before I’m late at work.

Just left this location. There was a sign posted “We Are Closed” that’s all it said. We still saw people walking in and there was a line of customers, plus still had a line for the drive through. Being middle of lunch time, we just walked in to inquire, cashier was kind and just explained the bathroom was out of order. And lady who I assume was the manager because she was dressed differently leaning over the counter says “Can’t y’all read” we then told yes we can are you the manager. She refused to tell us and refused to give us her name! Whataburger is a staple and beloved by many, but with management at this location DO BETTER!!

We went there while visiting Great Wolf on 10/7/2024 around 730. The outside lights were out and it looked weird. The drive thru cashier was extremely rude to us. Some of the staff could be seen laughing and singing while we waited far too long. She handed us the drinks without the lids bring secured. Then the cashier left the window without ensuring we received our food. Someone else had to give us our order. It was an awful experience!

Came by this location last night after getting off work. I was looking forward to eating a little something. But what I ate, was a bit disappointing. I had the new blaze jalapeño double burger. I was looking forward to trying this burger since I love spicy food but it was luke warm when I took my first bite. I was hungry so I had a few more bites (big mistake). I stopped eating not even half way because it just wasn't that good. A couple of hours later, I threw up. Something wasn't feeling right what so ever. I wasn't feeling good. Even my son, who had a "Justaburger" didn't like it either. He's usually a big fan of the burger, pushed it away instantly, I felt the burger and it was also luke warm. The fries was cold as well. Service was not that slow, we were there about 10 to 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I would not be returning to this location.

We we're just in the drive through and ordered the grilled chicken salad and a number 1 combo only to get home and find NO CHICKEN in the salad. You guys have got to do better!

Probably the worst one yet. All of the workers act like they don't want to work. Also how do you forget the BBQ sauce from the BBQ sandwich. Not to mention my entire order wasn't even done right.

Deserves less than one star. Worst Whataburger I have ever dined at. Cold soggy fries one night, a box of salt with a fry or 2 in it the next night. 20 miniute wait in the drive thru at 1am. Horrible customer service. Will never dine here again and will be complaining to corporate directly.

Ordered whataburger and well the burger part definitely lacking in the meat department. I think my fingernail is thicker couldn't taste it at all the tomatoes did not have any flavor whatsoever but if you like onions and lettuce there is plenty. Waist of money won't be back

Have eaten here a couple times and it's usually fine but last night there was some weird plastic/tape in my husband's sandwich! This is so dangerous as we also ordered food for our young toddler here as well and he easily could've choked on this.

Came thru the drive thru around 11am. Asked for no whataburger seasoning on my patties for my double meat. The order came out extremely fast fries were cold. I know my burger was not made fresh with no seasoning as I asked and no interaction from the drive-through cashier no hello no goodbye no greeting. Terrible experience.

I came there the drive thru and the lady at gave me our food. I left and drove home. Only to find out that my food was missing. I called the number and spoke to a young lady. She stated that just come to the location and let us know and have your receipt. I came and there was a line inside and out. I came to the drive thru and let them know the situation she said ok pull up. I asked could she take my order so I didn’t have to wait even longer she replied yes. I get to the window to they took my receipt and then I was told that my order couldn’t get made by the trainer by the name of Haven. He then proceeds to tell me that the cooks are overwhelmed and that they have a long line and that I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food and I needed to get out of line. Haven stated that he was going to call the police on me if I didn’t move. I told him to call them that I shouldn’t be punished because of their mistake. After 10 mins Haven shut the door and locked it. The Danielle returned with the food. As I proceeded to check my food Danielle told me that I wasn’t allowed to check my food to see if it was correct because they had ppl behind me and that I didn’t have to check my food because she made it especially for me. There were about or 5 crew members at the window. They made me feel uncomfortable made me feel like they did something to my food. I asked for Danielle name and she came back to the window and yelled out Danielle Torres. I drove off however unfortunately I did not eat my food because I feared something was done to it.
