Brunch time,& I had a "hankering" for a Double Western Cheese burger.😊 So, I went inside,& this CARL 's JR restaurant hit all 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟! Very clean,very fast& friendly & the BUGER WAS PERFECT!

I come for 2 double western cheese burger, with fried zucchini instead of fries ranch dip. Always hits my spot. Great service not taking everything so seriously. A bit relax is a nice change of pace to bring a human touch.

The food is excellent. My only knock is that the drive thru takes so long. The crew is fantastic.

So happy they have a no wheat option with their low carb burgers. They are quite mess and could use a second wrapper but they are decent. Free wifi, no wait today even at 12 noon. Everything was pretty clean.
I normally would say the Carl's Jr is the best place to get fast food the prices are a little bit higher when they don't have any good deals going on but then I went and paid $3.90 lemonade trying to cut back on soda and got these smallest cup of "handcrafted " lemonade with no evidence of it being handcrafted as a matter of fact it tastes like powdered minute maid.

The asst manager wasn't very nice. I sat and ate my order then wanted to get something to go and it was 10:32. Breakfast ended at 10:30 but it was only 2 minutes passed 10:30. And I was told by the asst manager rudely no more breakfast. Dang, I guess those biscuits I saw were no longer edible. I hope the biscuits i ate 5min prior don't make me sick seeing they got the same biscuits. I ate off the same tray.. Just very rude and sad

I can't bring myself to give a fast food place five stars, so my ceiling is four. In recent years, i've moved from J. in the B. to Carl's Jr as my first go-to fast food restaurant because it seems Carl's has put in the work to improve their menu and their food quality. The store in Clearlake across from the new Starbucks particularly. I like their burgers and the buns seem full and fresh along with plenty of lettuce tomato onion & pickle. It all starts with a good quality bun as the first thing that hits your mouth. But the real proof of the quality is the meat, of course. They moved to a better quality beef and I don't feel sick after eating them like I do at Mac's. One hot summer day I walked in and on the counter was a big red bin full of ice and genuine Coco Cola in the glass bottles. It took a bottle opener to open them. Someone remembered how good it used to be and took the time to recreate that feeling. I was surprised at the changes that Carl's Jr has made and have had some good meals since I discovered this.

Got drive-thru takeout. The food is consistently descent. The folks at the window are pleasant enough.

I was charged $10.19 for a $9.99 burger. I ordered a double western burger without cheese and was charged more. Why!? The tax was .89 and out tax her is only 7.75% Needless to say I am not happy over paying Carl’s Jr. or the state
The radio in the dining room was not TUNED. It was annoying to my ears because of all the static! Poltergeist static, not the music band just to be clear. I asked the young man to fix it or turn it off and he said he would check with his manager. After a few minutes I then asked the man at the food prep area who handed us the order and he said he wasn't allowed to touch it (the radio). I thought that he was saying that because of the food handling but then I observed him change his gloves several times for miscellaneous reasons. Then I asked the fella at the counter again if he could check with someone. He immediately stopped what he was doing and asked the line cook who I had just spoke with. 2 stars because that's what we ordered. "Famous." They were good. No complaints about the food. 1 star because the young fella at the counter that was also managing the drive through orders this evening, was a star! He is quick and has good social skills. The manager that also was the line cook was good at the food side but lacked patience and good common sense. Assuming he is not deaf and was not wearing ear plugs.
The person who took my order must have been angry, short and told me that they were out of what I wanted. paid $40 for a meal for two and they could not even put whipped cream on top of our milkshakes. No smiles no thank you no nothing just pay and go.

Food is priced right, only if you buy the 2 for $8.99 though. Fries and sodas are a huge rip off. And very healthy. I never get combos, save your arteries and heart. Plus side is that they will sometimes make the sandwiches with pride. I have to ask for “EZ sauce” in order for them not to hand me a sloppy mess (and sometimes they still do) But this restaurant is definitely better than the McDonald’s across the street. In general, I’ve fallen out of love with fast food prices for the following reasons: 1. Very unhealthy levels of sodium, fats, sugars and carbs. The food is not “fast” the fries are bland and overpriced. Very few “healthy” snacks or sides. Everything is “fried” ; Eating fast food will cause you to become obese and have many health problems 2. Extremely high prices that keep going higher. 3. Employees who hate their lives (and therefore their jobs) and do not take pride In What they do for a living. This results in sloppy sandwiches and angry humans. I do not like dealing with sloppy sandwiches or angry humans. 4. They are no longer “fast”… any time that you save ordering food from a fast food restaurant is lost when you die years earlier from diabetes, obesity and other health-problems related to eating food that is HORRIBLE for you and full of preservatives, sodium, fats and processed sugars.

Order a 12.99 meal. Store was not busy. Tables were dirty condiments were empty. French fries were served hot. The burger was so cold that the cheese was still cold. Burger at best was 85 degrees. I asked to have the burger warmed manager and staff complete ignored me. Walked out with one bite of my burger gone. Terrible terrible customer service. If you want a 2 dollar burger. Maybe this is the place for you

They clarified that it was only for the two then Charged me for three meals when I asked them clearly if it was only for 2. They said yes before I got the receipt so I didn't check. I did receive the third cheeseburger but it's going in the fridge and not something I asked for.

The older lady is already mad looking at her watch finally she comes over hella rude took the order wrong was mad because they were out of small cups so I asked for medium without a lid she smaller our cups to us. None of the employees seem like they wanted to work was told we had to leave because the lobby closed at 10 horrible service. It would be so much better hiring people who know & want to be there. I was surprised to get treated with such bad service and attitude with 3 younger girls.
They forgot fries in my mobile order. I came back to get them. I was super polite and explained the situation, but when I got to the window, the guy claimed that he bagged the order himself and that there were fries in my bag. I admit, there was a single fry in my bag, but no container. He ended up giving me fries, but I feel the attitude was unnecessary.
Whoever is working here on Tuesday feb3rd at 5;52 she was extremely rude. I asked her about coupons on the app she said she had no idea how to do that and they don’t use that here she said no one’s ever used the coupons on the app and I asked her if she can get someone who might be able to help us she said no she’s the only one here. I’ve worked in customer service before and an answer I would give is why don’t you go ahead pull up to the window we can figure it out together. I want to add no one was in line behind us so it was not super busy. I’m not sure the employees name but she definitely needs more training.
