Ordered through the app food was hot and ready when I got there. Awesome burgers and great price!

Drive through in a convenient location. There are other fast food places in the same parking lot and this gives you another choice that is different and affordable. Service is usually quick. You can get out of the car and sit at the few tables, eat in your car in the parking lot or just drive to where you plan to eat. Wide range from burgers to chicken to fish and variety of beverages, smoothies and ice creams. Reliably good.

Christina, who worked the drive thru window, was great. She had a wonderful attitude and was really sweet to my granddaughter. The world needs more people like her. This is my second time at this rallys location and I have not been disappointed yet. The hot wings are a great buy and they are delicious. Their mozzarella sticks are delicious also.

Very nice experience overall. The staff was very friendly, very attentive and very sypithetic to the seating arrangement (which is outdoor only) and a hot Fresno day of tripple did get heat. Bravo to the staff on that day! They did an awesome job. Great food! Great service! Clean, safe location.

I came here to grab a quick bite before 5PM and was the only one who was there. The order taker was very nice and helpful. My food came quickly and turn out right.

There's a adorable black male that works there at 940 pm on dec 15 2025 working the drive thru let me tell you he Is probably the hardest fast food worker I've ever seen in my life he had patients worked so fast was so friendly and was just a delight to take care of us I just thought his hard work needed to be saw and noticed his efforts I'm an owner of a restaurant and I'm thinking about going back and offering him a job with benefits someone needs to give him a raise wow

Unfortunately, it seems like the workers never know what they're doing when it's men working.. they're either on a break, talking on a cell phone outside and not helping their customers. So I would avoid the one on Ashlan in clovis. L, they always get your order wrong also... and I seem to have bad luck, cause it's always happening to me there. . But the food from rallies is always good. They just need to put little bit more attention to what they're doing. And maybe have a manager present every single time, when they're packing, the meals wouldn't hurt either.

It’s fast food, and it’s in a parking lot … I usually go late night and that means I deal with late night activities and people not the restaurants fault the staff is always super chill and friendly and the food is good enough that I keep coming back

The staff at this Rallys has always been nice. I havent gotten an order wrong yet from here, and I do go through there quite a bit. They have a lot of cheap deals with a good variety of things. I usually get their 2 for 4 and get a fry lovers burger and spicy chicken sandwich. They also have a 2 for 5 with different burger options. Their rally burger is very good. Of you arent into mayo and sauces that much I would get the rally burger without sauce

I rarely come actually since the pandemic started I haven't came, but today the food was good and service was good too. My only complaint is sometimes they take too long, but my only hope is that it means my food is fresh.

The employees are nice and the food is good for the price. Nothing says wow, but nothing is bad or average either. If you are hungry and in a pinch, you will be satisfied.

Been to Rally's few times and it's been okay, employees are nice and fast, my problem is with the their recepie. Everything in my burger is salty, i get triple baconzilla without the cheese sauce but still it is kinda salty. The fries are good, i can say it's the largest portion of fries among all other fastfoods. Fries are salty as well. I'll be back but not quite often. Edit :thanks for the response. Initially i gave 3 stars but i think that's not fair so i changed it to 4 stars.

I went here yesterday while waiting for the bus, since it was a long wait I thought I'd go here for the first time. I went in person to order and the lady taking my order was nice, and my food was ready very quickly and I was not expecting the chicken sandwich to be very juicy and crispy on the outside. It was a little under 5 dollars just for the sandwich which I thought was a good price, needless to say I'll definitely be coming back here!

The double cheeseburgers were ok. They had a special for 2 burgers for $8. Upgrade to get a order of fries and soda for an additional four dollars. It was just ok.

The food is good. Nothing major to write home about. The counter help were real pieces of work. Advise from a manager: if you hate your job, quit. It's not a life's calling to make everyone you come in contact with, as miserable as you are. Gee's! We'll be back AFTER the shift change!

Food was fresh. But if you think the line is long I'll get out, think again! I waited far to long to be the only person waiting outside of the car and to watch 5 different people working just look out the window and not even say I'll be with you in just a moment!

Saw a commercial of 2 big Bufords for $6, went through the drive through and the signs said 2 for $6 but was told they were 2 for $10, even when they advertised signs were mentioned. What's up with that? Food is good though, service not so good.

They tried hard and had excellent customer service but we still lost out on pre purchased meal deals from groupon. They weren't able to understand what we bought. We were so hungry that we just agreed in order to get our food. It was delicious and the ladys did do their best.

The employees were kind and got my order done quickly, my only problem was that the men that were in the food area did not wear hair nets or gloves.

The cashier was nice but I got parked because the next order was ready and my fries weren't ready. 2 min wait turned into 5 minutes. Burgers were smashed together, but fries were hot. Napkins would have been nice, too.

Oh my goodness I don't know what happened to this place. But the last couple times I've gone here their specialty burgers are cold and old. I'm wondering if they got some new staff that just don't care about the customers. Cuz I don't remember this place being that bad. I'm hesitant to go back for a third disappointment

American burger tasted like cardboard.. has to use 4 packs of ketchup just to neck that pathetic excuse for a burger... $2 box was decent though.. workers were rude and they def don't put the fast in fast food.. but hey, what do you expect from a little drive thru burger joint with minimum wage employees

Drive thru open late, works for me. Service not the best but fast. Didn't wait very long but not sure that's a good thing. My chicken sandwich being done in less than one minute screams"microwave". Welcome to the future. HA HA. What do you want from drive thru? Exactly.

Rallys has a good 2 for $6 daily deal. Although I have had multiple orders done incorrectly. I usually order the fish burger and get a chicken one instead. On few occasions they aren’t even open after 12am midnight even though the hours say they open till 1am.

I ordered a burger and fish sandwich The fish sandwich was so hard to bite into it had no taste..you could tell it had been sitting for hrs on in. The burger was cold and I couldn't eat that either. The only good thing was the hot fries that I got, delicious. So if you want good fries, only go here. Anything else I would not recommend.

10/23/2023. Normally this Rally's is our #1 choice for a GREAT tasting Burger (Big Buford), and the best Fries available anywhere in town. HOWEVER, today we went for our favorite special of two Big Bufords. When we got home and sat down to eat, they turned out to be the worst Burgers we've had. The Buns, which are usually very good, were mashed to a MEASURED thickness of (are you ready for this) 1/4 inch. YES, you heard me right. I measured it and took a photo. It looked like somebody had sat on them. The meat didn't even have any flavor. What the Hey! The young lady at the Drive Thru was very pleasant and I gave here the usual Tip, which I always do, but although the Fries were delicious as usual, the Burger was Dog Food (after removing the Onions) that's where they went.

This is my first and only review. I'd give it a 1 star if the food wasn't good. The female that works the register is just awful. She's had my order wrong more than once. The last time I went here, she tells me that she wasn't ready to open? I was there just before 10. They open @9. I live in Clovis and have to drive all the way to the Bullard location just to avoid ordering here.

They close a couple hours before the advertised time. I do UberEats so I've come here about 5 times in the past 2 weeks. Try to come or order before 10pm, I think you'll be good. Burgers are decent though.

Ive been here before and usually its good. Today, not so much. It took us 20 minutes in the drive thru. When we got to the window, the girl didn't know what we had ordered. My aunt had asked for ONE bacon sandwich to be lettuce wrapped, instead we got four wrapped in lettuce. And we also got an extra sandwich for no reason. I don't know if someone new was being trained, or if they were short staffed. But today wasn't a good trip to Rally's.

Me and 4 friends went here for lunch on our lunch break for work. Mind you we had 24 minutes once we got there, usually this place take 10 tops. So we order 10 angry buffalo wings, 10 asain zing wings, a $3 box, and a burger. She told us the wait would be 8-10 minutes which was fine because we had twice that. We pulled up to the window when she asked us for our card and before we could show her the coupon she quickly swiped the card and told us to wait out front. They then took almost 20 minutes to get the food to us and when we looked in the bag to see that we we're missing the burger and all 19 wings were not dipped in sauce. This is the worst service I have ever received at any fast food place since moving to Fresno.

Disappointed and dissatisfied. I hadn't been to this Rallys for at least 10 years. I had been very fond of the seasoned fries and burgers. Ordered from the drive thru. No issues there. Customer Service was normal, no issues. To my surprise, our burgers looked like a kids burger. Our fries were burnt and had no flavor they also came in what looked like a kids meal. The strange part was that our drinks were huge. Won't be going here again. Just for reference, I ordered a BIG Buford (that was a big mess and JOKE)meal and two regular burger meals. Those patties and buns were so small I really thought they gave us the wrong order.

The person taking our order was so quiet I could hardly hear him. He also did not tell me what my total was before telling me to pull forward. At the window, i finally got a price. I paid the young man but did not receive a receipt with my change. I waited for my order, and when it was delivered another young man nearly threw my food through the window. Still no receipt, nor naptkins and the XL fries was 3/4 full, and very lightly packed. We are evaluating if we will return to this location, the next closest is nearly the same distance from our home. We kept hoping the service would improve, but after a number of years waiting, it seems hopeless. Maybe another location will be better.

Just left the drive thru on Ashlan Ave. Andriana you obviously don't know how to count change! I specifically gave you a twenty and 39 cents which my boyfriend and I both counted! You handed me my receipt with $3.89! I asked why the change you responded cause I didn't give you a dime! How dumb is that! Why didn't you ask for the dime. Instead of handing me a bunch of change back!!!! Let alone.....you were SUPPOSED to give me $3.92 back!! I don't have a problem with being cheated out of 0.11 cents. Food is alright like any other Rally's but the customer service was absolutely terrible. I keep going hoping that the next time will be better but it wasn't. I will never come here again.

Horribly slow/rude service, also every milkshake iv ever gotten had ice cream dripping down all over the outside of the cup, and had to wait a long time, also paid $5-6 for a banana split milkshake ( but they forgot to put banana) and put so much strawberry it made it melt before I even got home(gross would be an understatement) also wouldn't answer their phone so I couldn't complain

“Ashlan location in Clovis” haven been here since I was a kid.. so I came in recently to get a massive chicken crunch thingy because I see it every time I go grocery shopping.. well unfortunately it tasted like the chicken was fried in really old oil and it was not edible.. the second bite made me gag.. they should be emptying it every night even if they only make 2 sandwiches the previous day.. I threw away my greasy gross tasting sandwich.. I was sad..

First time I went here I was fine but my husband got sick. Second time we order milkshakes. I order the banana split and my husband a plain Oreo milkshake. It took 20 minutes with no one else in the drive thru and they gave my husband a fudge milkshake and when I told them there was not suppose to be fudge in it they said well you have to request it. Kinda urked my chain because I clearly said plain Oreo shake. I think the guy was high as a kite. Also I was looking in the window and am really curious as to when this building was last inspected. The ice machine had black mold all over is and the wall behind it was covered in baked on dirt. There will be no third time the charm with this rallys. They didn't even offer to remake the shake and would not refund us. For sure will not ever be going there again.

They do not give refills on your drinks. Even eating at at there place of business they will not refill you drinks!!!

Had to wait for my order in the parking lot for wings. That’s ok, they were good and fresh. Asked the associate if everything was in the bag, and he said yes. I especially said if the fries were there, and he said yes. Well no fries, if I went back everything would be cold. Bummer for me, paid for something you didn’t get.

Horrible, they just threw my wife's drinks in her lap. We couldn't even. Get or order till we drove through the drive through. There is no number to call and complain. The manager was very aggressive with my wife. I cant believe we were treated like this Marcelo was all he would give me for a name. I still haven't heard from corporate. I avoid this Rally’s location at all costs. I’ve come here as a customer and a courier for delivery and my experiences have been horrible. The thing that’s prompted me to leave this review is my most recent experience: The last time I came to this location as a courier, I was first in line—there was a car on each side of the building being helped and it took over 15 minutes for an employee to acknowledge me. When she finally opened the window, she said, “Are you going to order or what?” I explained to her that I was there to pick up an order that was due for pick up 20 minutes ago. She closes the window and ignores me for another 5 minutes and then tells me that the location cannot fulfill the order because they can’t make fries and then she closed the window again and walked away. I never was able to pick up the customer’s order and had to cancel it. I will never come here ever again..and I will tell all of my friends and fellow couriers to blacklist this location.

I went here yesterday with my boyfriend and I ordered a chicken box. He ate his food and is fine but when I ate the chicken in my box I felt it didn’t taste right and therefore only a few and just ate the fries instead. I woke up this morning with my stomach turning all over and I began throwing up shortly after. Rally’s was the last thing I ate. I recommend these employees make sure there food is FULLY cooked before serving customers.

Worst service ever. Waited over 40 minutes JUST for some fries. Way too drivethru-favored. Do yourself a favor and waste your gas sitting in the drivethru, at least you'll save a half-hour of your life to do something YOU want to do, not what some ratchet wannabe Beyoncé who makes 14.25 an hour wants you to do, which is overgawk at her, apparently.

Update 7/ 23 again this rallys location has terrible service and the next time I go through the drive thru I'm only ordering water with 2 pieces of ice and if they can't get it right then Houston we gonna have big problems. For those who do order make sure you check your food and bag the employees seem to like to forget to put all your order in bag and close the drive window so they can eat it

I get a 1/2 hour lunch and come here for a spicy chicken sandwhich almost daily and have gone back to work to find multiple times they give me a cheeseburger leaving me with just fries for work. I dont have time to go back and correct the order. I try calling and the phone doesnt work. I go back the next day and complain and they dont bother to apologize and then give me a spicy chicken sandwhich that is squished and has a single piece of lettuce. I will go back after their rudeness and lack of customer service

I ordered my 10 fish sandwiches on March 22nd around 6:30 pm. The quality of the fish was not that good. Small little piece of lattice, just the little bit of tartar sauce and buns were soggy. This was my first time visiting rally’s because the special on fish sandwich. But not a good experience.

I ordered the chicken sandwitch, it was disusting, how can they get away with adding rotten lettuece to my sandwitch.

I just ordered at the Ashland store mobile. Drove 4 miles to get my food. The lady at the drive thru tells me that they don't have the Swiss mushroom burger at this location. I said why was I able to order it on the App? I said ok just sub it with a chicken sandwich ( same price) she said she can't do that. She said if I still wanted the rest of my food she would have to reorder my whole order and charge me again. I said I already paid why would you charge me a second time? She said I need to call my bank and have them remove the transaction. I said we'll give me the food that you did make and I want worry about the mushroom burger( I will not worry about the extra 3 dollars) she said they didnt make any of my foodby this time it's 11pm and I need to drive another 3 miles to eat some where else. The lady was very rude and acted like I did something wrong. They lost a good customer because I will never go back there. I think she tried to steal my money. Be careful going here because they can't be trusted

I won't be going back here. I get the gorilla meal all the time. I ask for a bbq sauce for my fries instead of ketchup. The don't give you ketchup anyways unless u ask. The always gave me a bbq sauce...until today. The Lil B behind the counter said NO...its 25cents. I said I didn't get ketchup that's why I wanted bbq sauce. Still wouldn't give me one. SO...over 25cents you lose a customer Ralleys. See how that works😎

So disappointing tried this for the first time since I’ve moved here from Texas and they just didn’t deliver. I ordered a customized burger just without onions or tomatoes just for it to come with all the works like they didn’t even read my instructions. Also, the fact that I paid extra for medium fries only to get small in the bundle it’s just really disappointing. The food was great. It tasted amazing it’s just when you pay $10 per meal and only get a small fry and the burger that you wanted not even correctly made it’s just disappointing.

Came at 11pm 3/29/22 and the drive through was closed. Sat at the menu seeing if they just had an outage asking if they were open. No response obviously they closed earlier then 12am. Second time I've come to a closed rallys. Before I left I saw an employee come out to toss a couple boxes and have a smoke. 6/22/22 Couldn't add a new review so I updated this one. People in side unloading a truck during business hours and aren't taking order. I understand why but shouldn't there be a designated period before store closing and opening to do this?

I just came through dorve thru and the time was 11:20p Mon January 10th and the closing hours said 1200am. There were three employees inside that looked like they were hiding and they seemed to just turn lights off for the drive thru marquee menu. Poor employees at night. Get yourself new employees. They don't wanna work for their money.
