I always order General Tso's Tofu (even though the menu only shows Orange Tofu) and it's AMAZING! The tofu pieces are small and crispy, just how I like them. Delivery is also usually quicker than expected!!

I could say that I've never had any problem there at the Chen's kitchen everything I've ever ordered is delicious they were closed I had to order from China Star I'll try to keep it brief what a mistake you can read my post on their site is there food doesn't hold a candle to Chen's kitchen.. like I said everything I've ordered nothing but delicious service great I'm walking out the man even held the door for me behind the counter out the door for me and my lunch my spare rib boneless tips with pork fried rice and egg roll for $9 nothing but delicious !!! the plate is clean thank you very much for your service and you're delicious food God bless and happy holidays .....

Pretty good Chinese place. Pretty much like every other Chinese place in America. I haven't had a bad experience yet but I've seen a lot of one star reviews. I've ordered food here probably around 8 times and every time it's been good. Not bad at all (not yet at least)

Ordered through DoorDash. First time From here. Shrimp & Lobster sauce, beef broccoli, egg roll and house fried rice. All was as good as any other of the “better” rated Chinese restaurants in the area however my only complaint or suggestion would be the lobster sauce. It was clear, not much egg, and nothing to mix with white rice. Lol. Otherwise o plan on ordering again.

First time ordering, Before placing the order, the lady at counter knew it was first time there. She asked me questions of how I wanted my food prepared not knowing how they prepare it. I had the chicken fried rice, she asked if I wanted the veggies, had I known onions were in it I would had asked for no onions. Then when I asked for egg rolls she told me they had pork or shrimp, I chose Shrimp. I’ve had worse Chinese but I’ve had better Chinese. I ordered the food at 6:55 pm Tuesday 2/9/2021 Rating was for friendliness, convenience it’s not far from the house, food satisfied my craving for Chinese food, after exercising. I’ll be back. In the parking lot I asked a lady about this restaurant before going in, she said she works for Door Dash and hasn’t eaten here. She & I were in agreement, despite with the reviews say, try something anyway.

I was heading back to Miami after a delivery in downtown Ft Lauderdale. Driving towards I 95 on Broward Blvd then realizing ' I'm hungry I hadn't had lunch' . So I slowed down not that familiar with this Rd, scouring both sides of the st for food, thinking who knows what kind of disaster I may come up on on I 95 with an empty stomach. Then on the opposite side of the Blvd, it looks like Chinese food, so around the next block, u turn and other turns made my way to Chen's. Parked beside a landscape van and trailer at a weird angle because they took up 5 spaces, went in and ordered chicken lo mien and spring roll diet coke for under $11 , ready in 10 minutes. Wonderful lunch the chicken cooked great, no fat or gristle, noodles just right. Looking forward to my next ft Lauderdale delivery I'll definitely stop back in again.

Ordered chicken wings and fries. I am not sure if they marinate the wings but they lacked flavor and were very different from other Chinese takeout. I was disappointed. The fries were undercooked not crispy and I opened up the Styrofoam as soon as I got in my car. I will say the food was hot but not appetizing. I think wigs were breaded in flour and not cornstarch. I didn't take them back but I just wont go back. Sorry for me. I will go back to my favorite spot where I know what I am getting.

The shrimp fried rice was fairly good and the service initially was OK. They had the cashier cutting up vegetables on one of the tables in the dining area, during my first visit. Moreover, on my second visit I ordered a much larger size shrimp fried rice, but they gave me the same tray size with a little extra piled on top and charged the price for the party size that I ordered. They refused to make a larger size or reduce the price, so I got a refund. Integrity is getting harder to find these days. Pagoda in Oakland Park has much better food.

Let the owner know said they would replace then called me back to ask how much did I consume. I said it doesn't matter at this point! Its not worth it. There are plenty of better food than worth fighting for something you paid for and unhappy with!!!

Unfortunately have to pass on this place because I found a long hair in my food. It's unfortunate bc this was honestly my to go to place initially. They refunded me $10 of the $16 I spent for a combo special.

Order delivery at your own risk, driver will only deliver to your door, if conditions are suitable for him. If you’re on a second floor and he has to go up a flight of stairs, or it’s too dark, you’re s*** out of luck and you’ll have to go pick it up yourself. I called to speak to the owner, but they never cared to call back. The manager I did speak with found no problem with the driver picking and choosing who he’d actually deliver to. Only one hostess cared enough to attempt to make amends by offering an egg roll or soda, lol. I never got to taste their food and I’m really glad I didn’t, because their service sucks.

I order from Chen's garden at least 2 times a week. Last time I ordered from this establishment, I placed my order 30 to 40 minutes before they closed. When I arrived 5 minutes in person before they where to close they told me that they were closed. I did not get my order but they where happy to keep my money without refunding it. I talked to a manager to compensate me for my original order. When I called the restaurant I was met with non compliance and hung up on. When I called back, I was ignored and my call was sent to voicemail. This is very bad business! Shame on you Chen's garden.

The egg rolls were doughy and mushy on the inside. The beef Lo mein had absolutely no flavor. And the managers didn’t care to do absolutely anything for us as they “prepare everything fresh” Never ever again! Beware. Do NOT spend your money here.

I ordered 2 Quarts of Roast Pork fried rice in a $53 order on my birthday. They gave me brown rice. No complementary white rice with my egg food young. And insisted they were right Promised to call me right back and didn't. I had to call a second time, and they attempted to confuse me about what I paid for. Never again. They appear to be under new ownership because they operating hours are drastically reduced. I will be opening a dispute about this poor quality customer experience.

I have been ordering from there for about a year now and have always had an issue with the lack of meats and veggies in the pork friend rice. I learned to always ask for extra vegetables for a dollar more but today my rice came with hardly any egg brown rice and pork, so I called and the manager called me a liar saying that he was certain that they had put the extra vegetables like if he was the one cooking the rice anyways very poor customer service. They definitely lost a customer because as everyone knows Chinese take out is not cheap and for $43 bucks that I payed I didn’t get what I ordered and was called a liar. Will be looking for a new Chinese take out.

Their food is usually good.. I bought the shrimp egg food young. The egg tasted strange .. it did look like a normal egg.. I hope there not using duck eggs. Been coming here at least 3 years.. I will never come back here

I ordered a meal, asked and paid for onions, scallons, and, bean sprouts. I get home, food had funny smell, none of the veggies i ordered, and when i called they said next time i come in they would give me a free can soda....so disrespectful....then the next day i had the chills and was throwing up...last time ever...check your food before you leave, better yet, DON'T GO!!!!

I went there today and the rice was hot but tasted burnt....but it didn’t look burnt and it tasted old like they preheated it and threw water on it to soften it up. I took it back and they told me if they make another it’s gone taste the same, I said wow this customer service is sorry as hell. The black young lady in the front was polite and amazing but them cooks gotta tighten up .... I went up the street to the new Chinese spot by the Walmart and bought a jumbo rice from there and it didn’t taste burnt at all it was amazing that’s gone be my new spot..

i went there today during my lunch. i order pork fried rice With fried chicken wings and the food is not good. the rice was cold and taste old. this was my firsr time going there. i will never go back the worse Chinese food ever had. Waste of money. they charge you like $ 10 for lunch special and the food taste like that. will never go back. terrible.

Worst Chinese food place ever. Customer service was horrible. While making order, the cashier abruptly started talking to her bf or whoever that was, a few times. After that when we were waiting for the food, I sat about 20 feet away from the cashier, and I could hear the talking chewing gum like a cow. Now for the food. I literally had to throw it all out. The egg fried rice was actually plain brown rice mixed with scrambled egg. The buffalo chicken wing was regular wings dipped in cheap/thin buffalo sauce. And the chicken wings weren’t even fried. To top it all off they were stale. So, if you want to waste your time, money, and worst customer service, definitely go there.

Have ordered from here many times. The food quality has dropped, to barely edible at this point. And that is if they can get your order correct. If I could leave 0 stars I surely would. After the inconvenience of having to drive there and back twice they refused to admit they made a mistake or to do anything to make it better

After an hour and fifteen minutes after placing my order, I called for an update and was actually told “I’m so sorry I forgot” waiting another fifteen minutes for quite literally the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Mongolian beef was all onions, I’m talking like 4 large onions cut up with little beef and no flavor (except onion) who would look at 2 lbs of cooked greasy onion and go “that looks good” ?! place sucks.
