Crew is very friendly and fast manager was so nice and helpful specially John and Nina. Food was fresh and hot. Guys you should go to this location. Good job on crew!!!!
Burger King never fails they have great burgers. My favorite is a Whopper with cheese
Delicious sausage and egg biscuit. Nice and hot. Fast service in drive through. Price on 2 sausage and egg buscuit just went from $4 to $5. Update June 2024. Failed to put egg in the sandwich. No biscuits available sometimes. Twice hv gotten one croissant instead of one biscuit even though ordered biscuits.
I went here because I was craving onion rings. I was expecting to be disappointed because, well, it's BK. I was greeted by a pleasant voice taking my order, who said please and thank you. The hamburger was actually delicious and I'm rethinking my future fast food stops based on this great experience.
Every time I go here the staff is super nice to me. This is the only BK my Grandma and late Grandpa like... So it's a bit sentimental to me. All the food is neatly made. Service is always friendly to me.

$1 tacos?!??!!! They weren't great. The tortilla was too greasy. A lot like Jack in the box tacos - but better. And they are ONE DOLLAR! I will totally eat more of these. Burger King kills me with their crazy antics sometimes. And those poor chickens . . .

There are only a few Burger Kings left on the Peninsula. This one was remodeled and isn't that bad in terms of service. The staff is nice and they seem to get your order ready rather quickly. I find that ordering on the app makes things go much faster. I only recently took advantage of pre ordering and picking up via drive thru, which goes super smoothly.

I heard BK had a collaboration with Naruto and came here to get the toys! I ordered on my BK app, got to the drive thru, it wasn’t moving for 4 minutes, so I pulled to a parking spot, walked in and got my two kids meal. It was $3.99 for two cheese burger kids meal, ended up being $8.77; I got Kakashi and Rock Lee. Shout out to I believe his name was Ivan & cashier lady who helped me get my order. Very professional and helpful. They saw I was carrying a baby car seat with me so they got me a bag and soda cup holder. Appreciate it fam 🙏🏽

Using coupons will safe you big in a long ran. 2 for $4 is a very attractive purchase. The service is fast. At one point, here were 8 customers who, it seems, are satisfied with their breakfast just like me.
The prices are great if you can find and use coupons. Regular prices are ridiculous. Food are great and freshly prepared. The soda section floor are always sticky or slippery depends on the time of day. Been there multiple times that no ice on the dispenser and not being refilled. Go to place if you want cheap and filling lunch.

The food is great although microwaved and when you download their app you can get 4 chicken nuggets for FREE ! That's a great coupon but you have to order something and it can be anything.

They're under staff, nobody's cleaning the wet floor at the soda station. Potato Frys are still delicious. Restrooms, still ok but needs more cleaning. Lots of parking. No disable doors.

Came here for the breakfast specials only and using the paper coupons from circular. Those are better deals than what's available on the BK App
For mornings at least, the Westlake location has better customer service. Lady wasn’t paying attention and didn’t input our other item, didn’t even go over the order to double check.
We are there in the Halloween night. Kids are very excited to try their nightmare King special, the one with the green buns. However, they don't have green buns, only the regular hamburger buns. Kids were disappointed. Then, I usually drink coke zero and they do not have available. It's like they don't have anything there

We’ve been customers of this restaurant for more than twenty years. They have good days and bad days, depending on the crew. Some are outstanding, some need a lot of training and supervision. There are days when the place is tidy, days when it’s smelly, littered with napkins, and the bathroom dirty. There are days when those who take orders or cashiers are accurate and efficient, days when they seem to be absent-minded.
The food is the same ole burgers. They are tasty. The impossible burger is delicious. If you download the app the prices make it worth going there. Paying full price is just not worth it to me. If you want food that you don't have to wonder how it will taste then go to Burger King.
A surprisingly clean fast food restaurant with friendly service. It's still fast food, but I haven't had anything but good experiences at this location. If you want Burger King, you've already made your decision, but this location would definitely be the one to come to.
Not sure how long Burger King are going to be around. Most of them are not customer service friendly and is not a very warm atmosphere. Now a days employees are robotic meaning they don't pay attention to the food that comes out dry and customers without greeting.
I ordered the 3 for 3 thinking I was going to get 3 burgers... and they had the "includes drink and fries" at the bottom right..I was so wrong I only 3 items per order...they should at least be clear...very tricky advertisement!! I used to come here more often so I forgot how the food was. I came back a Wednesday night and the whopper was awful. It was dry, cold and did not have enough mayonnaise. I ended up returning it for another one. The second burger was a bit better but only the beef was hot. What the cook needs to do is avoid using cold pre-toasted buns. When we get the hamburger it ends up being dry and cold. Yeah, I watched her make it. It's just laziness on her part. Now a meal costs $8+. I should have opted for the Chipotle's chicken bowl.

Dude in drive through wouldnt even let me finish giving my order before interupting me to tell me to finish giving my order. I get to the window and I watch him dump my mazza sticks into the bag upside down. He hands my my food, doesnt say a word and just walks away. Knowing it's a drive thru they should have a few items cooking in anticipation of orders instead of creating a line of cars reaching to the street due to their slow speed in fulling orders. Manager needs to keep his dirty hands away from food after handling dirty money and credit cards this very unsanitary. This also the slowest Burger King in the Bay Area and after all this do not even melt the cheese on the burger. In-n-Out has better taste, deal and experience.
Horrible service! I ordered the promotion offer, a burger, small fries and soda and at the time of pickup. The detail of the order was through the mobile app and also paper bag when you receive the food. I was given a burger, onion ring & child size cup soda. Clearly not what I paid for and ordered. They skipped me, and they served other people with numbers that are after me, and they don't read the part of eat in. I would not recommend eating here unless you want to be skipped for another person.

Restaurant closes at 10:00 pm. But when we got there at 9:00 workers said, "Sorry there's only a few workers here so you may not enter in the dining but you can order in the drive thru." This happend two nights in a row! But when I looked in the window there were workers just sitting around the dining area!

Yesterday I had a bad experience with the store manager "Mark". I asked for an employee because every night it was she who attended me and this last week I have not seen her. I know it was called "Briseida or Priselda", I don't remember it very well, but she was always very kind and attentive to clients. provided the best options to save, yesterday this guy attended to me that apparently he looked pretty bad, confused my orders, did not return my exchange or receipt of my purchase and when I asked about this girl, he simply replied that I do not want garbage in the restaurant No ask questions, apparently this guy ran to the only cashier in this place who kindly attended to the customers, I do not recommend visiting this place, the restaurant was very dirty, the tables were dirty and spilled with soda and the bathrooms the food was very icy and the staff does not serve customers well, they were all on the cell phone and especially this guy called "Mark", who apparently treats the staff badly, it is a shame that the restaurant is run by as manager and it is a shame that the people who work very well treat them badly ... I hope the girl is well!
Here on Google it says "$5 meal, you go inside and it is $6"! Forget it!!! Prices are astronomical! I am going to Costco to get a drink, pizza slice and churro for under $5! Fast food isn't fast and cheap anymore!!!
One of the worst BKs I’ve ever been to. The whole place smells like something sour. Both soda machine were out several flavors so could only make about half their drinks. They had run out of original chicken sandwiches. The worst part was that the men’s room had what looked like a very old paper sign on it saying out of order. When I used the women’s restroom, the trash was all over the floor including several very heavy flow days.
Management comes in the door and tells his crew to go clean the dining area. Also said that napkin was on the table before he left an hour ago. So the crew member comes out and wipes most of the tables of with an already dirty was cloth. Luckily he did a poor job and only smeared it over half the table. The other have he didn't touch! Now the soda machines are not working and had to go to the counter for my drink. Crew member over fills my cup and hands the coke covered cup to me. I sake my head and wipe off my cup with napkins. Then I get my food, the fries was cold and mushy! STAY AWY FROM HERE!!!!!
There seems to be some degree of language barrier when ordering here. These guys have an annoying habit of incorrectly taking your orders. I was shorted some onion rings so I brought this to the cashier's attention. Got scolded by Cleo claiming I never ordered the onion rings. I don't know how much clearer I have to say OH KNEE ONG RINGS out loud and slowly for them to not keep messing up. Another person suggested do not leave the register until checking thoroughly your receipt before waiting. I second this advice when coming here. The Burger King at El Camino in SSF does not have this issue.
They need to hire more ppl. Service was dreadful. It took about 15 min to take my order. If you wanted service , you have to go through drive thru. Even so, it's a long wait.
Everything I come there is a different story on why I can't have half fries and onion rings. This is the only place they refuse. The owner needs to talk to his rude manager Jaime. There was no ice and he said he would get to it. Still waiting.
Food was messed up, asked for no mayo and there was mayo all over everything, asked for no onions guess what onions everywhere. Then when I tried to call no answer they would answer and hang up then they just shut the phone off completely. I am getting a hold of corporate and the owners.
Had to wait 20 minutes for my food while 6 people behind me got the food they ordered. Some guy came up and said his order was wrong and there was no ketchup or pickles I his burger, that's how I ordered mine. The manager never tried to correct the problem.
Without fail these guys manage to get the order wrong EVERY TIME. Even with a mobile order in plain writing STILL WRONG. If you choose the drive through, dont move until you check your order....it will be wrong!

This Burger King was our favorite when our kids were young. It was open mire than 20 years ago. Since then, it went downhill. Recently, we pre-ordered using their app & waited before going in to pick up our order to eat inside. After we went inside, we still have to wait another 15 minutes before the food was ready. The table was nit clean & we ended up cleaning it out selves. When we pick up our order & sat down, we realized they didn't give us the straws, the sauce we asked for or ketchups for our fries. My daughter went back up to the counter & tried to ask one of the worker for the missing items as she was the only person that was free, the person turned around, looked at my daughter & turn back around pretending she didn't hear. I went up there myself & asked another for the items, he was a lot nicer. The sandwiches were cold. The nuggets we ordered was missing 1 piece & they put 2 mozzarella sticks in its place. We didn't like the mozzarella sticks. We were too upset to even complain as we didn't want to go up to the counter again. My daughter complained to the headquarters & they are sending us a refund in the form of a gift card. Will see. Such disappointment.
UPDATE: I sent a duplicate of this comment to BK through the app and heard back from them very quickly, apologizing and advising that they were refunding my order. ___________________________________________ This store should be closed. Placed an order through the app and arrived in store to a small crowd of people waiting for food they ordered 30 to 60 mins earlier. One person working to serve drive thru orders and one person at the counter taking orders but nobody giving food to people who already ordered and were waiting patiently. One man had been waiting for an hour; several more had been waiting 30+ mins. I felt bad for the workers but if the store can't fulfill orders paid for they should lock up and go home. Having already ordered and paid thru the app I had no option but to wait. Lack of patience and a loud voice led me to start directing people coming in not to order unless they have an hour to wait. Counter orders started coming out shortly after that, so I got my food in about 20 mins vs. the hour others were waiting. In the meantime, people were complaining about flat soda, no ice, and dirty tables and counters. BK or the franchisee should be ashamed by this store. Do it right or close it down. Big fail BK.
I just went to this Burger King and ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with the Swiss cheese and bacon. What I got was the chicken meat defrosted. It did not Look like it went near a fire, no where near crispy no cheese or bacon. I am sorry I did not take a picture to provide proof…..very disappointing
Bad service! Long wait for a cashier to take our order. Even longer wait for food. All fountain sodas plus punch and lemonade were not working. Nobody including management apologized for wait or explained what was going on. Never coming back here again.
TLDR: staff keeps cold fries and chicken laying around. They don’t make new chicken when the last batch is cold and old. Ordered a large fry and chking sandwich. Tried the fries to discover they were cold. No worries, it was quick to get them hot from the counter. Came back with hot fries to discover a cold, stringy, dried out sandwich. No pickles or condiments. Went to exchange. Came back with a sandwich in the same condition as the first. My partners was starving so she ate her half. I took my half, minus one bite back to the counter and was told I couldn’t exchange it. If that’s policy, then I understand. However, it seemed like my concerns were not taken seriously and that hurt my feelings. The Burger King in Oakland off Broadway is fantastic. I don’t think I’ll eat at the colma location again.
The dirtiest burger king I've been to. There was almost no one in the restaurant at around 4 pm and still it was very disrty with your shoes sticking to the floor. The woman at the counter wasn't nice.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE DON'T KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE! I ordered online to be picked up at this restaurant. When I got there, I waited approximately 30 minutes total. They didn't call my order number. I kept checking with the people at the pickup counter by showing my order number on my phone. They looked at it and turned away like I wasn't there. There was no communication on when my order would be ready. I showed that to three different people behind the counter for the pickup. All of them behaved the same way - they looked at my order number on my phone and turned away like I was not there. That was totally UNACCEPTABLE AND RUDE. I got frustrated, angry and tired so I left the restaurant. I never got my order. Do these people know how to communicate? How can they work at the service industry?????
As I love burger king for many years, This BK has bad customer service. Chicken Nugget wasn't fully cooked (it was very cold when I received it) and the Cheeseburger was very smelly and worse thing is the coke was taste like mixed water. I am sorry I will never go this BK again.
Bad customer service. I ordered 2 order of theyre new promo buy 1 get 1 whopper was charge for 13dollars. The cashier gave me only 2 whopper instead of 4 and insisted its already discounted.so went to argument and returned it. Not gonna buy there anymore this people need to learn what itneans of buy1 get 1.
The lady on the drive thru does not change her gloves. The customer infront of me paid in cash then when it was my turn i saw her gloves and it was dirty. She grab my hashbrown with those dirty gloves. And the drive thru takes forever. Never going back to this place. Westlake B.k is way better
0818/2021 update...continual bad management. Heard my cashier ask a coworker for change and was told there was none. My bill came to 4.38 so I gave 5.50 expecting 1.12 change. Cashier gave me 1 dollar and closed the register saying No Change.. I asked if there was even a nickel or dime and he just ignored me.. Something is going on with this place. No ketchup, water from a dirty looking pitcher, have to ask for napkins, cold old food. Place was not always like this. Customers couldn't even bus their own tables cuz the garbage area was too full.

The service at this location is extremely slow. It seems there are more employees working at the drive thru than servicing the dine in/order in customers. I placed my order though the app, and waited about 10 minutes for pick up. That wait was not a huge issue because there were quite a few parties in front of me. When my order was finally ready, the person (manager?) who was filling orders placed the bag on the counter and turned back around. He told his coworker to grab the drinks for my order. Once those were placed down another patron grabbed my drinks because there was no notification of who it was for, and there were so many drinks just sitting on the counter. I also tried to request for sauce, and when an employee turned around from prepping bags, I waved at her to try to get her attention, but even after she noticed me, she turned back right away. Eventually, I went to the cashier who was more than helpful in getting what I needed. When we finally sat down to eat our meal, we noticed we had mozzarella sticks mixed in with our 20 piece nuggets. We ended up counting the nuggets and realized we were short and whoever packaged the biggest threw that in to compensate. At this point it was just too much effort to go and complain about the order.
Ordered a double whooper with cheese meal. Onion rings extra. Smooch melt sandwich and value fries. Fries were cold n I told the order taker. Paid 26.46 dollars. Take out order. This man who had lots of Tattoos acted very rudely and was very hostile and tried to reach out and grab 🙄 the bags of food from my hand. I was shocked at his behavior. & he just got even more scary and Angry. I was seriously surprised _/ at his behavior. Asked for a new order. He was more irate because he had made a mistake and was now refusing to rei.burse me/ or even make a new order. Well. How do you feel about this??? I think < this man ought to be punished for his behavior and giving me wrong order. He has no right to be here. Please do something cause there are so many complains about him. Drive thru experience today) Britney (Shift leader/Manager) After waiting in line today for almost 15-20 mins I placed my order, the guy in the drive through kept putting me on hold after asking me what I wanted to order. I placed my order he kept making it seem like he didnt understand I kept repeating myself and than speaker when off /quiet for a good 5 mins so I went to the front window to pay since they failed to continue my order n stopped talking all together I didnt hear a thing. I get to the window Britney tells me that since the cashier didnt take my order I would have to go all the way back around to the end of the line n start over i advised her I did tell the cashier what I wanted to order, I said I cant hear anything back there from that speaker she still tells me to go back in line n she cant not n refuses to take my order they r to busy at the window. I requested to have my order placed at the window since I cant hear anything but silence on the speaker she refused me service one of her other co workers 2 males that refused to provide their names threatened me n said they will call the police n have me escorted out of the line if i refused to go to the end of the line. Never again rude service. They dont have special accomodations for special request services hard of hearing (alternative ordering for drive thru option if speakers r down) or not functioning correctly.
Absolutely disappointing. They don’t take customers whom arrive 1 hour before closing time. We tried to order to go at 10:00 pm and they said they were closed. The website states they close at 11:00 p.m. Companies like these need to improve and make changes to their business and have reliable employees otherwise this franchise will continue to be known for nothing but horrible.
It is obvious to me that the owner and/or manager have no concerns about Google reviews as they never respond to any of these reviews. Don't expect to get what you order here unless you speak Spanish.. I doubt that even those people get what they order. Don't get me wrong, I don't have anything against Hispanics, I just think that you should be able to communicate effectively with the people behind the counter and get what you order. The staff, including the manager are just plain rude and incompetent. Burger (King?) used to advertise "Get it Your Way". Obviously this is no longer the case. Now it is, "Get it however we make it". Ordered one burger with extra ketchup.. got NO ketchup. Ordered another Burger with extra mayonnaise.. got NO mayonnaise. Ordered for Dine In and was given order in a to go bag with a label stuck on the bag that was marked "Dine In". The order was given to me in a bag by the manager and when I informed her that it was a dine in order, she gave me an annoyed look and put the bag on a tray. PS Really enjoyed the Hispanic programming on their only functioning TV monitor.. NOT
Placed a mobile order for dine in. When I parked I clicked the I'm here button on the BK app. So when I get inside I see a bunch of people waiting, both for food and to order. I would give them zero stars if I could. There was someone else waiting for a mobile order and he got his order only like 5 mins before me. You can see from the photo it's showing the fulfillment time on the screen of 14 mins so far and when I asked why so long to the manager I assume cause she was the only one wearing black I got no reply. She just walked to drive thru area and back to fulfill orders but her back toward me. She finally gave me my order close to 18 mins on the screen. Definitely understaffed cause they don't want to pay for more staff, even though they had a hiring sign. My food was cold by the time I got it. It no wonder the Burger King closer to me closed, this one probably close too with the long wait.
Sometimes they're open / Most of the time, they're not Update: Came back the very next day at 6:45pm to take advantage of the $1 Whopper deal via the app. When I arrived all the lights were off and a hand-drawn sign said "Sorry this store is closed temporarily." Apparently this place just operates as it pleases and has no intention of adhering to their schedule. (See below) In addition to being dirty and the management staff constantly rude; I'd steer clear of this BK! ~~~~~~~~~~~ Original Post ~~~~~~~~~~ This places hours list as dining open until 10pm and Drive thru open until 11pm. However I've gone there multiple times and theyve closed at 930pm. They are rarely ever open until 11pm despite what their door says. This place is firth and the staff is lazy. Truly the worst fast food experience I’ve had in a while - went through the AI menu ordered a #3 - BACON KING with just the meat cheese and bacon - after ordering and PAYING an employee informed me I that the tacos I ordered would be a few more minutes. I said ok, no worries. As I awaited my tacos, I went to double-check my burger because as a plain-burger kind of consumer, I get my order messed up frequently. There was no bacon on my bacon king and when I pointed this out to the employee, she ARGUED rather viciously with several food and receipt handovers that I ordered something without bacon and would have to pay for the bacon again despite my receipt saying BACON KING. My burger had been passed from my car to the window multiple times with what appeared to be rising hostility and anger. Therefore, I asked for a refund on the burger only because I was SURE at this point my burger would be spit in or contaminated or something, I did not trust my burger being passed in and out of my car window and through the BK kitchen several times throughout several angry employee hands. After sitting in line for my burger refund, the staff tried to intimate me and did not acknowledge any guilt at all whatsoever and INSISTED I Could NOT Keep My Receipt for the order…I thought this was extremely shady that I could not have any receipt for any food I had purchased nor any refund, but ok, I better be refunded at minimum for the burger I gave back after arguing over what I paid for and becoming scared of possible contamination. I called to inform the manager and the manager was professional over the phone, but I told him the damage had been done. I’ve already argued about not paying for bacon… on a BACON KING!!! I’ve already sat through line… AGAIN and wasted more time only to have employees not acknowledge any wrong doing or apologize and INSIST I am left with NO PROOF OF PURCHASE. I truly would have posted the receipt pic showing a bacon king purchase, showing this was no means to argue about paying extra for bacon, but I just wanted to leave with my credit card and my empty stomach at that point. As a fitness-enthusiast BK here at Colma has been my go-too for a hot minute every week for my cheat meal. I assure this business the Colma BK will not get another dollar of my business after this ridiculous encounter OVER BACON!
I came through the drive thru and ordered. Once i got home i realized that there were no fries in my bag. I ordered a whopper meal with a side of chicken fries. I didn't want to drive all the way back to the store at that time, because my burger and chicken fries would get cold. I called the phone number listed in the receipt and it was disconnected. Tried to call the number Google had listed, but that number just rang and rang. Thanks so much for not supporting your customer's concerns. I want my fries. 😡
Terrible Burger King, everything ice cold. Sorry am I bothering you for ordering from your restaurant? If that's not allowed I'll go to another burger king.
My experience at Burger King was so bad that I feel obligated to warn others. The staff was rude, unbothered, and completely uninterested in actually helping customers. I stood at the counter for several minutes while employees chatted amongst themselves, pretending not to see me. When someone finally acknowledged me, they acted like taking my order was a personal inconvenience.
Guy wasn’t listening to my order. Was confused when handing it to me. Missed items on the order. Didn’t hear other items or confirm anything to begin with. When confronted that he missed something would not let me order while I was at the window. I get it you have to average out the drive thru times but seriously. Get it together with the service because it’s counterintuitive to rush people and compromise quality and accuracy.
