One thing I hate more than leaving a Karen review is getting burnt or old food especially when it’s for my kids. It took a while to get my food so I assumed they were making it fresh. Chicken tenders were hard as a rock and fries were nice and soggy. And my cheese sticks you could tell were old too because the cheese was hard. Usually this doesn’t happen at this location but since it took as long as it did I’m pretty disappointed to get old food

About 45 min ago 9 June 25 this is what my small order of onion rings looked like!!! So burnt I couldn’t eat them I also asked for extra onions on 2 conies and there might have been fine pieces on each. Always liked Sonic but not any more if this is what I get!

We got there 20 minutes before closing so I think maybe we got heat lamp food, I don't know. What we did eat of it made both my son and I sick to our stomachs. The drinks were very good and so was the service. The young lady who took our order and the one who brought us our food were both very courteous, despite it being 20 minutes until closing time when we rolled in. I would go back for drinks and friendly service but definitely not for food.

This morning, I got a sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast toaster and there was no cheese on it. I also ordered a regular bacon, egg, and cheese burrito with extra cheese and the burrito was so small, it fit in the palm of my hand. I did not order a junior. And every time I order and pay $1 for extra cheese, I never get it. What's happening at this location?

Went to this sonic and the mozzarella sticks weren’t cooked all the way. THAN we went back and got more and those STILL weren’t cooked. DISGUSTING 🤮

I always got a little soft spot for Sonic... But unfortunately the food was subpar and the drinks barely saved the meal....the tater tots tasted like week old oil and the burger was saturated in sauce and sides couldn't even taste the cheese.....sad day for Sonic

Usually descent but today it was literally the worst experience ever. Ordered a popcorn chicken combo, bacon ranch fries, a vanilla shake as nd a cranberry slushy with nerds. The slushy as seen in the picture looks like pure ice with a the smallest amount of cranberry you can get. Called and was told that the slushy machine is making them super thic and it would need to be stirred yet even afrer stirring and looking into the bottom of the cup it looks like they just barely clicked the button on the fountain. Super upsetting to see this place going down hill so fast. Might just drive to brownwood from now on.

While the server was sweet and personable, their card reader wasn't working and being unfamiliar with the town i had to drive around looking for an ATM!! the food was abysmal!!!! The popcorn chicken was tough, dry and so hard you couldn't bite into it! I asked for a regular sized chili dog and got a foot long, which had dry chili on it and looked very unappetizing.

Just got my 5 y.o. little girl a hot dog wacky pack and half way through the meal she asked why bun looks funny. Turn out it was mold. Called to just notify them they tye pack of buns they have is moldy and the supervisor on shift seemed as if she was deflecting blame from their shift as if it wasn't their fault they they handed out moldy food. I didn't want a free meal I just wanted to notify the shift and I didn't like what was said during the conversation. I don't care if your shift is being slammed or not you keep health, welfare, and satisfaction of your customers at top priority.

Keep on driving. Absolutely disgusting. Have a little pride in what u do. Tots were ice cold. Sandwich apparently was so they killed it in the microwave. Bread was hard as a rock in some places And chewy in others. Found a half of piece of bacon eventually. Supposed to be a bacon croissant? Would never stop there again.
