I visit this McDonald's at least 3 times a week. The manager Ariana, and assistant manager always say hi and acknowledge me. The best part in visiting this McDonald's is there employees recognized me, whether it's done in or drive through. They already know my order and that's service with a Smile. This kind of service you don't see often, so I will say It Loud and Clear. Employees Thanks for your hard work and Service and again to all for you performing a job well done. Smile and the world Smiles back 😊😊😊

This is odd for me to review a fast food restaurant. But I feel like this has to be recognized, most people Treat a job as a place that provides an income. Alex is not that type of person you can tell he loves his job him and his team were fast at making my order. Everything was fresh and hot. The soda was CRISP the fries were crunchy, just like I like them. He was very friendly. The service was great he is not someone. You expect to run into a fast food restaurant at 2 in the morning. I see big things for that guy. I would post a picture of my food, but I downed that quick

Staff was great , store was clean …food I took away star because that chicken Big Mac was a disappointment! Definitely tastes nothing like a Big Mac ! And really McDonald’s should have added to onions to the chicken Big Mac…was very little sauce , lettuce and only one pickle. It just tasted like chicken patties! I don’t don’t think McDonald’s should put this on their regular menu….just as a special request. I tried though .

Food was great. Service was exceptional. They ran out of self serve ketchup but the server was quick to provide packets, and even asked if I needed more. The restaurant was clean and they had flowers on the tables. There’s a dog park outside which was clean and convenient. Restroom were out of order, it happens.

The young woman who took my order and was at the first pick up window, was very friendly and polite. I didn’t even know that I was going to get a free cookie just because I used my rewards. I was pleasantly surprised. I go to pick up window number two, the young man was also very polite, and spoke very clearly. I am so excited that no one forgot the sauce I requested which happens frequently at other locations. Great job McDonald’s.

Food was ok.. store was clean at least i thought.. . Looked under the seats and close to the walls.. guess they dont clean deep enough... old food in the corners and near the wall. Im surprise they do t have roaches...... . Guess the manager doesn't i Enforce the cleaning of the lobby... call corporate

This whole place your own order and then wait for the I do not care staff setup sucks. Why are people saying they need better pay and then doing less! Its fast food I get it but so is Chīck-fīl-à and their service is second to none and its not like the food is free. This place can do better.

This is my local down the street McDonald’s. I’ve gotten my order wrong 3 times. I don’t complain just take the L and keep it moving. It gets busy. It’s a popular location. I like the staff here. Always friendly. It has a double order drive thru pretty standard. Wait line is quick. But almost always you have to pull up to mobile order spots to get your order. Is this typical now I think it might. They have the timer I think they shut off once you start waiting.

It was a typical McDonalds in the sense that the food was up to par, but the dining room was closed and you had to sit in the adjacent Subway dining area, which wasn’t as nice. Also, the Once cream sundae was white small.

Cashier did not have people skills. I had to call her out for service instead of her offering anything. Was never at the counter taking orders while I was there. Food was good tho

They were kinda busy Food was prepared the way I wanted but they didn't call my number when the food was ready allowing others who were standing nearby to check inside my bag thinking it was theirs. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Corporate cut back strike again. The ice cream just taste like ice ground up with a little bit of vanilla in it. It’s nowhere as good as what it used to be. You definitely change the recipe in favor of your corporate pockets. You’ve given me one more reason not to come back ever again.

The big Mac was disgusting, the middle bun was a bottom bun, sauce was poured all on one side of the burger, had about 15 pickles on it and it was just a mess and to top it off, it was cold. The manager happened to walk in the dining area and I showed it to him, I asked if that's the best they could do, he just said sorry and walked off. Needless to say I'll never go back to this location again. Pathetic

This Gas station sucks. Gas pumps need to be updated. Asks for my phone number at pump and I press skip and then says see cashier . Then waited in long line to have to pay inside.
