The service at the Conroe location is more than phenomenal. I used to come to this here when I worked in the area and more than 10 years later, it was nice to see Corey there. He’s always so polite and helpful. Today, Kristoffer was my cashier. He ensured that my order was correct and had a beautiful smile while doing so. The hiring manager is doing it right at this location! To all employees, thank you for being the best example of exceptional customer service.

Quick stop for lunch. First time in Conroe and at Culver's. Burgers were fresh and delicious 😋 place was quiet and clean. Would definitely recommend for a quick burger fix.

Culvers in conroe is a hidden gym indeed. As one of the few locations in Texas they are doing great for the franchise. The custard and frozen specialties are truly up to par. Their burgers classic. Their chicken extremely crispy (note more crisp than actual chicken.) I will definitely come back and order their cheese curds and pretzel bites.

Every single time I stop here I go in the drive through and my food stays fresh! I have never been inside. None the less the wait isn't too long but keep in mind the food is cook to order.

We have eaten here several times. Always good food and service. But recently we had a car accident in front of the restaurant. One of the employees came out to check on us and offered free drinks while we waited for the police. And she gave my 8yo daughter free frozen yogurt. Amazing people. Thank you so much. Came in not as a customer but a uber eats driver and all the employees were extremely nice, they apologized for a drink that was late and even offered me a drink to go, I declined it but thanked them for offering, 100% coming back as an actual customer and ordering something!

This is my 1st time at Culver's. We thought it was just like a Dairy Queen. It was better! I had the strawberry salad w/chicken. Delicious! And Ray had the fish. I ate some and it was great. Sorry Whataburger, we’re breaking up! Our first time here and we’re converted. It’s reminiscent of the first date with my husband. I found the one. It’s literally everything I’ve ever wanted in a burger joint. Hot, very tasty, fast, crinkle fries, cheese sauce, good Dr. Pepper and custard with all the toppings! Young lady with blonde hair was so kind and patiently explained everything since it was our first visit. Thank you!!!

I’ve heard that Chattanooga will be getting one of these soon so when I saw a billboard for one on my drive to the bouldering gym in Conroe, TX I knew where my post workout meal was going to be. It did not disappoint! I will have to say that the restaurant smelled a bit fishy, literally, but don’t let that deter you. You are not there for the ambiance you’re there for a butter burger. The famous butter burger was amazing. This burger may beat out my previous favorite fast food burger: In and Out. I cannot wait for Hixon, TN to be getting one! And I did not get to try one, but did ask if they use powdered malt in their malts and of course, yes they do. Whataburger uses liquid malt which was unacceptable and undrinkable poison. Maybe after my next trip to the bouldering gym in Conroe I will feel like I’ve earned a chocolate malt with my butter burger. Hell, I might have to try a cheese burger. The cheese evidently is famous Wisconsin cheese.

The mushroom swiss burger was awesome. Cheese curds are a must. I don't know if it was a fluke or not, but I made more pleasure noises eating this burger than I did last time I was intimate. I'll update next visit too see if it's true. I feel like I found the covenant of the ark-burger.

Stopped by for a Sunday afternoon lunch, and had the best time! Jeff helped take our order and made sure everything was how we like. We enjoyed the oldies playing in the background and shortly after our food arrived. Everything was hot from the grill to our table. Jeff provided excellent service the entire way through, even when I needed to get my caramel shake to go!

I brought my boss and her son here, their very first time eating at Culvers!!! And they've lived in conroe for at least 30 years! Anyway.... Upon entering we were greeted right away. Employee "Mayah" waited on us. I explained it was their first time so please be patient. She smiled and said take your time. Mayah did explain a few items on the menu for my boss. Mayah was very friendly and very patient. (Which I greatly appreciated) Our order maybe took 5 minutes to be delivered to our table. The restaurant was extremely clean and well stocked. Each of our of orders was very hot, VERY fresh, looked wonderful and tasted like I had cooked it at home myself. I have absolutely NO complaints!! The staff was busy either cleaning or helping other customers while we were there. I was very impressed! Great job Culvers! We were thanked as we were leaving. The only thing I would like to mention to future diners is, they do not except 50 or 100 dollar bills. Mayah explained they've had issues with counterfeit bills. So be prepared to have 20s. As a girl from the Midwest - this place checks out. Always consistent, and the custard is amazing. Favorite place to get cheese curds and frozen custard! The lemon ice is fantastic as well in the summer!

Yummy, first time ever at a Culver's. Worth the drive maybe not the traffic. My husband said the best burger. I had the Ruben, they forgot the thousand Island but the sandwich was still great! Milkshakes aren't really milkshakes but big cups of delicious ice cream, too thick to be a milkshake.

For the food. Its a good old fashion classic smash burger. You can't go wrong with the burgers here. Service was great. The cashier was patient while it was our first time. After we got our food, there was someone checking on the quality of the food plus offer to clean up after. The place is comforting and kept clean.

These guys are great. I walked in the door at 15 minutes till 10 PM. They close at 10 everybody was smiling. I apologize for being late but closing time they said no you’re fine. They took my order. Everything was made fresh they made sure I got everything I needed. They offered to help carry out. They were smiling all the way out the door. They even make sure I had napkins and the ranch sauce for My Son‘s chicken strips cause I told him he loves ranch I just out of this world amazing atmosphere that takes place. You don’t find it very often so this is the place to go 100% if I can get more than five stars, I would so Steve And Joanne Thomas your store is doing great outstanding job with the employees. Do not let these guys leave. You won’t find that customer service anywhere else and most places in Montgomery Outstanding thanks again. I run a small business. I had been to other Culver’s locations but I hadn’t been to my local Conroe location, until tonight. I got the Butterburger double combo with crinkle cut fries and I subbed my drink for a mini frozen cocoa concrete mixer (limited edition item) and I got a water cup. I also asked for a couple ketchups and napkins as well. The worker was patient with me as I decided my food items in the drive through, described the menu thoroughly when I had questions, and was very helpful. Paying was quick and easy, then I waited for just a few minutes and they had my food ready and the worker complimented my car. Very quick pleasant service and atmosphere and culture you can tell they try and cultivate here at Culver’s. Now the main event. The food. It was phenomenal, hot, fresh. I’m a burger connoisseur and this was a dang good burger. Pretty big burger too! Great fries, crispy, classic Heinz ketchup packets that you can squeeze or peel open and dip into. Then the concrete was a fantastic dessert! It felt like a good amount especially for the mini size. The cocoa powder on top made it even better. Plenty of napkins were provided for me to clean up and they gave me a good sized ice water to wash it all down. I had a great experience tonight and look forward to coming back. If you haven’t tried the Conroe Culver’s you should stop by!

Stopped on the way home to Dallas and could not believe how good it was! Burgers were fresh, hot and so delicious. Concrete mix-in has so much stuff in it that I’ll never go back to their competitors (DQ and Sonic) who both long ago started getting chinsy with their mix-ins to boost corporate profits. And the restaurant was so clean! Culver’s is our new favorite!

Kids enjoyed their meals, brother enjoyed his burger and onion rings. Fish was good. No one like the coleslaw. Kids liked krinkle fries and broccoli 🥦. Staff was super nice. Some seats had tape on them but they were more comfortable than the hard benches seats at other places. Kids also got yummy yogurt.

My first time trying Culver’s yesterday and I said why not let’s see what it’s all about, and this just happened to be a very good decision I made😌 from a fast food perspective this has to be hands-down one of the best burgers and fries I’ve had, like WOW,really I was surprised because again this is a fast food joint. But I will say the quality of beef they use A1! The french fries were crispy crinkle fries with a hit of salt on them just cooked to perfection! I ended up getting the bacon burger which came with two meats now I’ve had bacon at a lot of fast food spots and you can tell that it’s a fast food spot because the bacon quality is usually very thin,flimsy almost see-through at some places but the bacon they use here is kind of like the bacon you get from the grocery store and make it at home or if you go to a breakfast spot and order bacon🥓 quite impressive, now they have numerous of things on their menu but I’m just speaking on what I ordered the people that work there were very kind patient with taking my order since it was my first time being here so my overall experience was a good one the only gripe I will give this place is that maybe it’s time for an update with the building It does seem a little dated, but other than that, I would definitely give these guys a try if you’re in the area!

My family and I love Culver’s!!! When we visited the Midwest this was our go to ice cream place. The ice cream is so creamy and like you’re drinking milk straight from the cow! It doesn’t melt immediately (stays cold for a long time). The food here is delicious as well. I never eat chicken tenders but the ones made here are to die for! I like the buffalo tenders since they’re spicy and with some ketchup or ranch is delicious. The best ice cream , the menu is a bit confusing but the staff are friendly and help you through the order . I highly recommend (not many locations , so give it a try!!)

Been coming to this Culver’s on and off for years, I think Freddy’s opening across the street was the best thing that could’ve happened because it looks like Culver’s upped their game and even the quality of service is better. The drink/condiments area is well stocked and clean, the bathrooms are kept up with, the burgers are great, my kids chicken tenders aren’t all greasy like they would be in the past and the soda machine drinks taste good because back then they were constantly running low on the flavoring or syrup or whatever it’s called and that would honestly keep me from even wanting to come back. It’s not that the food wasn’t good, it just looked like employees or management didn’t care. I don’t know what’s happened but good job Culver’s, I hope you keep it up! 👍

Culver's just might have the best burger of any chain, in my opinion. The burgers are always good, but so is the fish, roast, or anything else you order. My only real issue is the cleanliness. I felt like my feet were sticking to the floor with every step. I would suggest stopping in if you haven't yet had the pleasure of the butter burger.

Overall, Culver’s always has fresh food, hot food, and the staff are very polite and helpful and my interactions with them have always been very pleasant. The only critique on this particular visit was that the bun on my cod sandwich was cold and only slightly toasted. So maybe just a little more attention to detail on each meal served. I promise I’ll be back.

1st time experience there and it was great! The food tasted fresh and was good. I'd compare it to 5 guys burgers. The mustard had a kick! The ketchup was good and my rootbeer was 👍 👌. My favorite was the chili cheese fries. My least favorite was the mashed potatoes and gravy. I'm sorry but that tasted extremely out of the box instant mashed potatoes and was a little gritty, for that reason I gave yah 4 stars. Other than great job and I'll definitely be coming back. We drove an hour out of our way to enjoy some delicious food. Will say food was great. Had 2 kids meals, a burger and tenders, and portions and tastes were delicious. I had butter burger meal with fries and a drink, again delicious. Now this received a 3/5 due to the service and atmosphere of the place, just unwelcoming. Unfortunately it’s not worth the hour drive for their service. We arrived, no one greeted us. We walked up to the counter and I said hello first because the young worker didn’t say a word, just stood behind the counter.. not even a “what would you like?” Or “can I help you?” Placed our order and again the worker didn’t even as much as speak, I wish I was kidding. She literally didn’t utter a single word to us. As we waited for our orders I noticed that the older lady at the register actually greeted guest and would ask if the customers had been helped. All the young people seemed to know how to talk with each other (conversing at work is FINE I don’t mind at all btw) but the least you can do is acknowledge your paying customers and talk back to them and not just look like you hate your job. Maybe I’m use to the great customer service of Chick-fil-A, but even McDonald’s has better customer service than what was given here.

We loved Culver's living in the Midwest. This is not the Culver's food we know. Nothing has seasoning. Burgers were so plain. Only good thing is the ice cream and friendly customer service.

Not a huge fast food person but this is one of a few places I will go tomfor a good burger. And the custard truly is a thing of beauty and can't be beat. My gripe, and it's big, is the inconsistency with pricing. As a creature of habit I get the same thing every time. But the pricing is wild... yesterday my order was $10.80. I even factoring in cost for the current national climate and ketchup shortage. I go today and it's nearly $2 more in 24 hours. I'm sure if I go tomorrow it will be back to $9. Thankfully I don't go frequently but O go maybe once a month and it's never the same price.

Other locations have been way better, but the food was still okay here. The drive thru is real tight and not laid out like others, so it may be best to just go in if you have a large vehicle. Did take forever but the staff were nice.

Dirty. Paper on the floor throughout the restaurant. Not a single table had been wiped down and trash remained on tables for the 30 minutes we were there. My mint shake was grainy. Everything else was fine, but the place was very dirty.

Been going to this Culver’s for years when I’m traveling. It usually good and customer service great. Today I guess they must have new management. When I pulled up no one was in the drive through. We ordered 1 burger combo, another burger and a shake. I can’t stand companies with no integrity. After they gave us our two drinks we were given a number and told to pull up. The old let us lie to our system pretending we served you quickly. I was told to pull up a little bit but that wasn’t good enough. I guess I paid for multiple people to try and bully me to pull around the building. Like I informed them I came through the drive through not the drive through and pull up. My time is valuable when they can get you to pull up why they lie to the system to keep their service number low, they take their sweet time getting you your food. Do better Culver’s.

The burger was not good. I told them no cheese and they gave me 3 slices of cheese. The shake is okay if you aren’t thinking of the egg taste. I haven’t eaten for 24hours and this $13 meal was saddening. It got 2 stars cause I haven’t eaten for 24hr and it was my fault for trying a new place not theirs.

Went to this place yesterday with my adult son at his suggestion. I got the grilled chicken sandwich, onion rings, slaw and a drink. Each bite of the chicken had me biting into the meat as if there was something holding the meat together. The chicken did not pull apart into bites. What could cause that? Gristle in chicken? To eat the sandwich required me to get my hands messy and to pull the chicken apart with my fingers. Not what I expected nor wanting to do. The slaw was also kind of sweet which is not bad but also not what I expected. Onion rings are a good choice over fries although that is not what was brought to me. They brought fries instead. I had to return the meal to get the onion rings so it's obvious that someone is not paying close attention to what they are doing. Overall, I was disappointed in my visit and most likely will go somewhere else next time.

service quality is inconsistent i also despise the drive thru attendant taking it upon themselves to slap a sticky note on the driver-side mirror what's the point of taking a name at the microphone if you just throw a sticky note with the order number on cars anyways. pick one, this is redundant and it just leaves smears on my mirror for no reason. maybe i need to pull up 5 feet away from the window to circumvent this the bag of food has a copy of the order with the name taken at the microphone, so why can't it just be verified when they take your food out to your car. makes no sense

The customer service here could REALLY be better. The elderly white lady in the drive thru in particular. She argues with you when SHE misunderstands. She lets her tongue hang out when she's talking and giving you your drinks. I don't think she had her teeth in but dang. Walking out the food when they have you park it's always just monotoned bleh. BUT I WILL SAY. There is a younger black girl she does amazing and you know her when you hear her over the mic. She's top notch and gives the place hope. The food is usually correct and good but the experience to get to it makes me go somewhere else altogether if I'm already having a day because it's not worth it!

Worst dine in experience here last night! This was about 7:00 pm on Nov. 23rd, 2024. There was garbage under my table I finally used a napkin to pick up and throw away ...their staff was oblivious. My bacon cheeseburger was awful. Bun was cold, as in straight-from-the-refrigerator cold. The burger patties were so cold that the cheese would not even melt...just sat there in cold hard squares. There were two edible onion rings at top of bag. The rest had been fried so long they were all charred together in one solid, inedible lump. I had to go up to the counter to tell them they forgot to bring me the chicken tenders I had ordered and paid for. They said, "Oh you're the one...we wondered where these belonged." As they stood around (about 4 of them with no customers at counter), just laughing about it. I told them my burger was cold and I noticed their salamander lights were not lit over the food. I tried to point to them and they thought I was pointing to staff behind the counter and complaining. They said, "They're working as fast as they can". I said, again pointing, " No...your LIGHTS are not on to keep the food warm!". One of the 2 chicken pieces was so overcooked that it was inedible...like the onion rings. This whole experience was wrong on so many levels that I will NEVER recommend anyone go here. UPDATE: YOU WILL SEE THE RESPONSE I GOT WAS THE TYPICAL AI ANSWER. WELL, I WENT TO THAT SITE AND ELABORATED ON THE EXPERIENCE AS THEY REQUESTED. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. THEY HAVE NEVER RESPONDED TO ME AT ALL!

Ordered 2 cod meals. After eating 1 piece, and picking up the other, a eaten piece of lemon was found hiding under there. YUCK (See pic) Management didn't seem the least bit phased by it when it was brought to his attention. The 2nd meal had a proper lemon slice, however.

Went to Culver’s last night, My wife asked for a drink carrier and was told she couldn’t have one for two drinks so when the employee handed her the drink the lid wasn’t on all the way and spilt all over her car, didn’t apologize, didn’t offer napkins or another drink, the custard that was ordered was received half melted, half full and no lid, the cheese curds were still cold. Will not be coming back. Young employees with no care or the proper food service attitude.

Chicken tenders look like hybrid of chicken and fish. Service is terrible, went to the drive thru today. I asked for a meal, but the girls was half dead when taking my order. Most other fast food ask questions what size fry or if you want fries. Or ask you what type of drink you would like. I literally had to force a response from the drive thru girl. I was asking do I get fries with this meal and do I get a drink? Geeze..... probably stuck on her stupid phone. Never going there again

Sorry but no thank you! Ordered some food and the strips were not good I kinda expected more from it. Tried the new burger the garlic and bacon and it looked like it had been sitting there for a minute before it even got brought out to me.

Service ZERO Stars, whoever is in the drive thru on this day of 12/9/2025 725pm, extremely rude, aren't even aware of their own items on the menu and had an attitude so terrible to the point that I didn't want to get my food from here anymore, I went to Freddy's across the street. Message for your staff and their TRASHY customer service...if you dont like your job dont take that out on the customer.

Poor service; these stores have ABSOLUTELY NO concern for the environment! Asked for one spoon only so the girl threw one on the floor!! Waste of plastic and waste of money for the company. Bad attitudes as well. Kind of like going to a church and insulting the preachers

Water tasted like it came out of my fish tank. Had a mushroom Swiss burger. Swiss tasted like it had Swiss extract and bun tasted like factory. Burger was good and mushrooms were good. Fries were also well made. Curd was so salty. Turtle ice cream was also good. But the water was the first thing I tried and where everything went downhill. Burger didn't taste right. And that's all I ordered. If it wasn't for my friends' orders, this would've been a harsher review. I will never come back.

I ordered a burger with no cheese, received one with cheese. As soon as I took a bite I smelt a fishy smell. They cook the burger patties on the same grill they use to cook the fish. Disappointed and disgusting.

Me and my wife love Culver’s we are only able to get it every once in a while bc we live about 20 mins away. Normally we go inside and eat but today we are in the area and the wife wanted Culver’s so we go and this time we opt for the drive thru I ordered a bacon deluxe with raw onions and bacon only and we get home she opens her burger and everything was terrible the bun looked like some one stepped on it the onions were grilled the bacon was soggy there was little to no mayonnaise it was very disappointing and definitely not the Culver’s we are used to.

This meal was SHIT! Not my first one here. The meat was not hot. The cheese never melted. The onions we wet and slimy. I asked for extra pickles, I got TWO pickles! I guess that WAS extra pickles. The fries were hot but had been cooked in Rancid oil. Could not finish them. The ketchup had lumps in it from the dispenser. Apparently not cleaned this week. But still, the salt and pepper packets were OK! I did not complain because of previous exchanges with the manager and once with the franchise owner. I find writing reviews are better. I've found any good meal here is the exception!

I ordered a tea and it was bubbly. I took a few sips and tasted strange. It made me very sick. The tea bin was not rinsed out properly and soap residue is what made me sick. Don’t order the tea.

I have had good experiences in the past dining in, but we went through the drive through tonight and it Took an entire 30 minutes to order and get the food and there was only one person in front of us. Got the fish sandwich and it was still raw and just a bit frozen in the middle. Was not gonna leave a review but the fish is ridiculous.

OMG this place used to be great. It has gone down hill drastically. Dining room is filthy, even the order counter is grimy. I give the food a C it was hot. The coleslaw was gross. The drink station was a disaster. Really sad.

Terrible service! They served my son an ice cream cone with the last cone's paper still in it and then trying to get a new one became a whole thing. They forgot to blend my shake. Cold cheese curds.... The workers did not place the order right, make it right, or fix their mistakes. One employee grabs the food with their bare hands which is such an obviously bad thing to do in a food service job. If that's what the employees do up front in front of customers i can only imagine what happens in back. This was a truly terrible experience here tonight. Go anywhere else.

My fish sandwich was missing the top bun—the side with the tartar sauce—making it very bland. When I called to politely speak with a manager, the call was hung up. I called back twice: once with no answer, and again only to be sent straight to voicemail. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was unprofessional and disappointing. I recently recommended this location to a friend, but I won’t be returning due to the poor customer service.

Me and my wife love Culver’s but there is not one near us. So every opportunity we get to go we go! This isn’t the location we usually visit and this will definitely be the last! I had a hair on my burger (I should have taken a picture) it was right on top very very visible ! Like there was no quality control at all! And things happen mistakes can happen we are all human. But when I brought my untouched by me burger (which I know I was sitting next to a security camera that can prove ) to the counter to inform them the elderly lady puts the burger 1 inch from her face and says I see nothing! And hands it to the gentleman who was evidently a manager and he stands there and takes forever to acknowledge me and does not apologize just says was it all the way ? And throws the burger away ! Bro at least apologize ! Yall look at me and treat me like I’m a burden! I definitely don’t trust the food after that ! I manage a big automotive service department and know when a mistake is made you need to show empathy to a customer! And that is not happening here! In a place where you need to have your customers trust this place is severely lacking in the skills to do that!

My daughter‘s DoorDash meal only came with french fries which we ordered chicken tenders and a few other things. Called the manager spoke with them. They said sorry you have to take that out with DoorDash DoorDash isn’t the ones that messed up on my order Culver’s did. No apology no refund had to go out somewhere else to get my food now I lost money.
