I felt so loved and supported every second I spent within the walls of my favorite restaurant. Conroe Outback has raised me both physically and spiritually. Outback Steakhouse in Conroe is the best restaurant I have ever dealt with. Most Chefs at other restaurants refuse to cook steaks and hamburgers Well Done. But the folks at Outback listen when I place my order and they cook my order the exact way I want it. They are all very friendly and appreciate their customers from the person taking the order to the nice, friendly person delivering my order to the curbside. They are much faster than most other restaurants fixing the order and if they say it will be ready at 7:00 PM, they are coming out of the door with my order as soon as I get there. I really like to do business with these folks. It is a very pleasant experience every time. Thanks Outback for the extra nice service!

We were greeted at the door, seated quickly, offered the specials, served drinks and warm bread, and then checked in on often. Our server Ryan was friendly, approachable, helpful, and even helped me with a modification on an order that required her to go above and beyond. Would definitely recommend Outback Conroe and Ryan! Will be back.

We arrived early this evening and we were greeted with a smile. We sat and our server Cristian was very kind, attentive, patient, polite and helpful throughout the evening. The food was great! We had the three course meal special ( 3 options for main courses). Sorry forgot to take pic 🤪. I guess we were hungry. So to start I had a Ceaser salad, the 8oz steak medium rare with mix veggies, and chocolate cheesecake. My hubby had the same but he ordered the Tasmanian chili( beef tips) to start with and the rest was the same as I. We enjoyed our cheesecake for sure. Hope y’all can make it out and ask for Cristian to be your server😊😉🙏

Happiness is when you go out for dinner and have a great experience. I had a delicious food and an excellent service. I seldom write a review; however, I just wanted to take a moment to compliment the service we received from Nathan Perez this evening. The restaurant was super busy, but he was fantastic! We never felt rushed or neglected. He checked and visited us to see if we needed anything. I appreciate a server who does a great job, and he handled our table with a perfect display of relaxed competence. Well done, Nathan! You’re a great asset to this restaurant. I also would like to commend the teamwork of the servers that assisted us. I didn’t get their names, but I could see that they are highly trained. I love when servers have the initiative to help even if they are not the assigned server to our table. Everyone has a positive attitude. It made our dinner experience pleasurable, and I highly recommend this restaurant!

Once I found out that Outback fries their food in tallow, I had to go check it out. It's so hard to find restaurants that have alternatives to seed oils or even care about dietary restrictions. We've eaten here twice in the last week and the waiters are more than willing to go into the kitchen to ask questions and get educated about their menu. They were able to bring real butter for our bread instead of the whipped stuff that has oils in it. They also cooked my broccoli with real butter instead of oils. The honey mustard sauce has a mayo in it with soybean oil, so they brought some plain Dijon mustard. They never seemed annoyed and even took pictures of labels to come show me all the ingredients of certain condiments. It was so refreshing to see a restaurant go out of their way to accommodate my needs. Our waitress, Rhiannon, was very curious to learn all she could and even brought a cook to the table to discuss alternative side dishes. Thankful to have this kind of service and care at a chain restaurant! Also, my husband rarely finds a restaurant that can cook a steak to the exact temperature he orders, but they have done it twice!

Alexa was probably the best waitress we've had in a while. She was very attentive and probably the most capable and reliable 20 year old I've met in a decade. Outback was dead at 7pm and lead to a blah atmosphere. But this was the best waitress experience in a while. It was nice to be waited on by someone who was modest, polite, had a good sense of humor and no visible piercings or tats. The last 5 waitresses I've encountered had the 9 volt hook up in the nose which in my opinion does not increase my appetite. I would go here over the Cracker Barrel any day. Management was top notch, but Alexa should be promoted to increase the potential of this location.

We love our outback, but it closed down. Happily, we found this one on a road trip and tried some dish with sirloin and chicken topped with bacon and cheese. Considering the steak was 6oz, it was tender and flavorful. There was nothing to shoot the chef over, but it was a fresh tasting steak, a bit ubderseasoned. My husband's medium rare was a medium well. The chicken was, as I expected, with a heaping amount of cholesterol on top, but interesting flavor combinations. Easy access off the highway with a safe location to dine. Outside seating also.

We need a decent dinner late at night on Saturday and Outback came through in a big way. We stopped at Saltgrass on the way and they had already closed their doors for the night. The Outback team greeted us at the door and welcomed us to take our time, grab a beer, and order our dinner. It was so good!

The server was great and a hard worker. The food was good with the exception of the butter cake. The butter cake was so hard they took it back and gave us carrot cake. We ordered the asparagus as an extra side for almost $6 and the pic shows the few they brought. The asparagus seem to have no flavor so we didn’t finish.

I decided to treat myself to a nice lunch. I ordered an 8oz steak, broccoli and a baked potato. The potato was great. The broccoli was salted a little more than I prefer. The steak was was terrible. It was so heavily salted. My coworker tried a little bite and spit it out. I had ordered it as takeout, so I had to drive back. The manager was nice and replaced the meal and gave me a card for a free blooming onion. Upon getting back to work, I was sad to find that the replacement steak was the same. After getting such a poor steak, then returning it for a replacement, I ended up in the McDonald's drive thru.

I contacted the store about this issue first but received no response. Went there a couple of weeks ago, meal was fine, service good. Went to the restroom and one stall was full of TP and not flushing, one had urine all over the seat, and the third stall had roaches (that’s right, plural) crawling on the water tank.
