I was totally not pumped about putting Subway in my gps to find that the closest location to me was inside an Orthopedics office, BUT WAS IT WORTH getting over the funkiness of my brain’s finickiness of what I want to do and don’t want to do. SUPER clean(even down to the food bar they pull from to make your sandwich; Everything was fresh (no stale bread, super gooey cookies and even my tomatoes were pretty. My favorite was the smile on the gentleman’s face that started my sandwich and his willingness to just make sure I left a happy customer. Thank you!
Chi / Shy / Sky was great and gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had at Subway for me and my family. She deserves a raise for sure!!!! And made us BOMB sandwiches

I asked for a 6 inch chicken salad just to be told they only serve this on flat bread. I thought this was pick the bread of your choice. I did not mind paying the flatbread price. Telling me no "I can only have it on a flatbread" is crazy! I have ordered from here many times with no issues. Today just got me a little frustrated.
First time here…soda machine was down, teas were down refrigerator was down and the lobby was dirty and tables were sticky…food was ok. Don’t know if we would come here again though.

I almost never leave reviews. But this is the grossest Subway I have ever been to. One of the workers was on her cell phone and barely acknowledged me. Put on her gloves ro make my food, and picked up her cellphone again with the gloves. I had to ask her to change her gloves. Our subs were toasted and the bread was obviously old because it just crumbled after toasting, yet our meat and cheese was not warm. Never ever again.
My sandwich was still cold after having it "toasted" there was a big humidifier in front of me when I walked n the door the prices of everything is 3 dollars more then ur normal subway n the ladies were talking about me n another language because I asked y the prices r so high very disappointed w this subway I will never return to the store
WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT EAT HERE! I was the store manager of a 3 subway stores in the busiest location in Kentucky for over 3 years. I know the ins & outs of subway & how franchises work within the company. Let me just say this location was the WORST subway I’ve ever visited in my lifetime. First off, the only bread they offered was wheat and white, and flatbread at lunch time on a Wednesday at 12:30pm. No wraps, or any other bread ready. So, for those that don’t know bread is prepared in the morning, and after proofing & baking, about an hour to make. Inventory is suppose to be checked daily, and inventory orders take a few days to get in. Any subway manager knows, when things run low, you always order extra. No reason to not have any wraps; or more bread options. Another thing, lettuce comes out of a bag that should be stored in fridge. Lettuce leftovers after the day are thrown out. So why is it that brown lettuce and bad pieces of lettuce were out at 12:30pm, and should have been fresh that day? Not sure. Out of roast beef. No veggie patties. And lastly, I was overcharged for my sandwich. I got a Black Forest ham sandwich, but was charged for the “home run ham sub” which is extra meat and cheese, but I did not order, nor receive that. Do not eat here and I have already contacted my connects at subway corporate that are handling this issue as she stated it is a franchise but they are taking the proper steps to contact the franchise owners and try to improve this subway.
I order a chicken teriyaki onion sub. The chicken was ice cold. I could not take it back because my lunch was over. I spent $12.34 just to throw my food in the trash and had to finish my shift with no food.
I would give it less than 1 start if I could. Like any subway I have gone, it’s disgusting, it’s not fresh and just gross. This one the workers do not care bout how they touch food or prepare food. I has stopped going to subways because the lack of freshness in their food and every time I go to one the workers just don’t seem to care about cleanliness at all. I started work at this facility and subway is the only option in the surgery center so I decided to give it a chance and needless to say I am completely done with subways. We just need to take all subways and shut them down then make Publix sub shops every where instead. Pub subs!!!
Very rude un American staff You have the choice to create your own sandwich from many toppings so why did the rude lady argue with me that she HAD to heat my chicken salad sandwich. Who does that. They had a security guard sitting in the store. From all negative reviews I see why 😧
I don't know what position the woman always working in the morning is but she is rude and has bad customer service skills. Saying " What do you want" even if you don't mean it in a rude way doesn't negate that it sounds bad to a customer coming to buy something. I really didn't have a problem until coming back after they had closed for a four day holiday weekend. I saw they were not ready at the normal time and chose to wait but they didn't say anything to me at all not even when they would be ready. I waited till around 7:30 ( I go to work at 8) to go to the counter and waited for someone to take my order and the woman gave me an attitude. I kept it short and to the point because I was hungry and didn't have time to go anywhere else. She made my sandwich I ate and have refused to go back since.
Doesn’t take coupons doesn’t even honor app specials. Avoid. Disappointed not paying full price for a subway sub
Absolutly abysmal service. There is not a single care in this place at all. The employees were very slow and rude. I made an online order and waited 45 minutes to get my food because they were building other people's sandwiches that walked in 15-20 minutes after I got there.
Lady that works in there was very rude. Ordered online and paid for a whole sub and received a 6 inch because the woman working stated she doesnt sell 6.00 subs. However you obviously do because it wouldnt have been an option to order. She is a bully and I like alot of others work too hard to spend my money somewhere and be mistreated or made to feel some type of way.
The area is small and a little dingy. The bread was crispy and fell apart whole trying to eat. The meatballs and marinara were room temp at best. And there were only 3 meatballs on my sub. It did not even cover the bread. There are better sandwich shops very close. Go there instead and avoid this place.
Randomly cancelled my order after waiting over 30 mins also ordered from here prior and received the most bare minimum sandwich. Avoid going here at all cost . Idk why it’s so hard for people to do such a simple job you’re literally just slapping ingredients on bread it’s not rocket science

At the beginng i ate there i would say about once a month and the gentleman there was friendly, knew our faces and our orders. Around the pandemic staff changed and I slowly decreased my visits because the lady there was not personable. The gentleman then returned so so I went back a few times. The atmosphere and food changed and then I just stopped going probably for a year. That is until I was given a cookie. I tried to get some and there was a line they were not welcoming. In the past they had someone just for the register so if I wanted chips or drink one could get in line by the register and they would cash you out. I did not know that had changed. I stood behind a gentleman in front of the register. The person making sandwiches made sandwich for his customer, cashed her out, then handed utensils to the gentle man in front of me, he totally ignored me as i walked up to the register and proceeded to the next sandwich, gloves not changed after touching the register. Urgh! Don't come here they lost their personality and they changed their drinks to pepsi which I don't drink
