I ordered on Door Dash to pick up and though the app said my food was ready when I arrived it was not. I was going to give two stars as many people were waiting and the staff were, for the most part, inattentive and unapologetic. But one worker, who was both communicative with and empathetic to customers who entered for pickup but also working the drive thru window, showed such exemplary customer service. His name is Darrell. I was going to cancel my order and ask for my money back through the app (I made two stops before getting my food and still had to wait a long time). Instead I decided to wait due to not only how he interacted with me but other customers. I’ve worked in food service and customer service positions so I’m aware of how challenging it can be. However, though I don’t expect to be necessarily pandered to when I’m inconvenienced I do expect some form of recognition of how the business has fallen short. Darrell seemed to be the only person (the manager and asst manager were working too but wouldn’t even make eye contact with customers) showing concern and appreciation for customers waiting. I wish we had more workers in all areas of business like that young man. I hope this restaurant commends him in a way that matters as a sign of appreciation for him going above and beyond.

We did takeout from here on December 30th. We ordered the 10 piece bucket of Fried Chicken, Family Fries, a French loaf of bread, and a bucket of Sweet Tea. The Fried Chicken coating was really crispy, but the chicken itself was not seasoned. Large pieces of chicken and the French Fries were good and the tea was really good.

Heaven was amazing! We went through the drive through and then they told us it would be a short wait. It ended up being a 30+ mins. I went inside to see what the hold up was and she investigated for me. Next time let your customers know if they are okay with waiting 30+ mins otherwise I would have gone somewhere else cause we were in a hurry which is why we chose drive thru. We were waiting in the car not knowing what the hold up was until I got out and asked. Heaven was incredibly sweet and I hope they treat her good and do whatever they can to keep her on their team. Give that woman a raise!! And if they don’t appreciate your worth girl go somewhere they will

This location has fresh tasty food, friendly attentive staff and very clean facility over all. One of the best in the restaurant chain I've visited.

Great for quick bbq. You can dine in take out or go thru the drive through! All meats are great! Perfect for breakfast lunch or dinner. Don't forget your tea!

I got the number nine and it comes with a chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink. I asked for barbecue sauce and they changed me 2$. And They didn't even give me any barbecue sauce. Worst yet, the chicken sandwich and fries was like.Eating cardboard and rubber combined. Staff was ok at best.

I love Bill Millys. This is what my family calls it. My husband BBQS, grills too. But sometimes we don’t feel like it and will have a hankerin for Bill Millers to satisfy those buds! Their BBQ is good, sides are even better. Taste homemade. However, EVERYTIME I go, never get my pickles and onions. NEVER. I’m a condiment queen and they make a HUGE difference in your meal. So disappointed tonight. Had a couple glasses of wine and wanted their sausage, green beans and Cole slaw. Went through the drive thru but AGAIN no pickles and onions. Don’t know what they put on em, but they’re good with the BBQ. Oh well. Not gonna drive back. This has become the usual with this location.

This is the first time we have tried Bill Miller BBQ. I guess our expectations were high. The Cole slaw was sour and the BBQ sauce was very watered down. The bathrooms were very dirty but the service was very good.

This location has to be the worst in the city. I’m not one to leave reviews but every time I visit I’m disappointed. Whether it’s cold uncooked fries to them forgetting to put sauce on the plate. Terrible management. Won’t ever be back here. Absolute disappointment!

The manager Martina is extremely rude and unhelpful. They mess up my food all the time and typically they'll fix it without giving me a hard time which is why I go back. Today they messed up my order, as usual, but the manager was extremely rude. She refused to offer any options to resolve it or refund my money. She just kept reading the order on the ticket to me over and over saying that that's what they put in the system. Then she hung up on me. I ordered brisket with no crispy ends, my standard order. Half of my foo brisket was crispy ends today and not edible. About 1/8 of a pound, out of 1/4 pound, is hard crunchy in inedible ends. Martina should not be a Manager. Bill Miller should be ashamed to have this person representing them.

Charged for cheese, too lazy to read and put it on. Seriously hope hats is your job? Pretty sad when you just can't follow directions. It's one thing to not add it off i asked asked but it's another thing to add it and charge me but then not do it.

Do not buy any tacos that include eggs from the topperwein location..... Unless u don't mind paying $250 for a tortilla because that's all your getting is a sprinkle of eggs and all tortilla. Go to the taco place next door, they are great size taco with plenty of egg and very filling. If y'all can't afford eggs ,stop selling them!!! Nobody gives that little eggs on their tacos anywhere else

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at bill Miller's. I got 2 chop beef combo's. The amount of meat on all 4 sandwiches was paper thin. It didn't even cover the whole bun and no pickles and onions on them. Pickles and onions make the sandwich. And when I asked for extra pickles and onion and some limes I got a hand flicked at me saying we out. Well dang pickles and onions are kinda a staple at bill millers, crazy they would be ALL out.

I don’t know what it is but the Quality of Bill millers food lately at any location I’ve been to has just been disgusting. Tried this location today and was worse than the ones I thought were already bad enough. Who wants to pay for food that’s not even fresh? Let alone WARM?! Didn’t even eat half of my meal since it was cold. Wasted money and still hungry. I’ve been a frequent costomer at the franchise but will not be going anymore due to the fact the food just isn’t good anymore.
