Went thru the drive thru...didn't eat anything until we got home. Cinnamon Twists tasted like a bar of soap. Tried to call 4 times, but they're too busy, or just muted the ringer. FIX YOUR FOOD BY THE MANUAL, OR RINSE YOUR PANS. YOUR TACO BELL SUCKS.
This is by far the best Taco bell in Conway. The service is top tier and the people there are amazing. Every single one of them. They operate as one unit. Together and their e energy is "out of this world". I love this Taco Bell location and the people. The food is always good and they rarely mess up at all! This location is why I started eating Taco Bell in my life.
On average my experience is better than most in the surrounding counties.
Fast and friendly, but they’ve messed up my order a couple times
This location is so much better than it was a few years ago. Food was hot and fresh and the employees I encountered were all courteous and helpful.
I order to pick up. Food for the most part is okay and the price is affordable. I say the food is okay, because I order ahead to pickup at a certain time, usually and hour later. I would say that 90% of the time. I get a text within 5 minutes of ordering to say my order is ready, so it's always cold by the time I pick it up. I haven't had this problem with the other locations.
Here's the thing. Taco Bell uses about the same 6 ingredients in every dish/item. The quality is fine. The taste is fine. But at this point it is cheaper to go to an actual sit down Mexican restaurant than to go to Taco Bell. They used to be great for a cheap munchies meal. Anyone else remember the unlimited 50 cent tacos? Was the food gourmet? Far from it but you got your money's worth. I just can't say that anymore.
To obsessed with drive thru times that they will not help you if you are inside.
Sometimes the staff here is very friendly. Other times they're not friendly. Sometimes the workers are very fast. Other times they're very slow. It's the same workers every time that are slow and rude. Everyone has a bad day or night sometimes but other times it's just slow and rude people. Get it together Taco Bell. Slow and rude people are making the experience in this drive thru very unpleasant
I did a drive thru order and requested my nacho bell grande to be customized. During my order I overheard the manager in the background being extremely rude towards me. Im guessing she didn't think I heard her . When I pulled to the window I did not recieve what I ordered but of course I made no fuss about it. I called into the store and ask for her name she refused and was still being extremely rude. I am a General Manager at Chick Fil A and we do not treat customers that way. I will be calling her General Manager in the morning , hopefully no one else receives this type of treatment whether I order overnight or daytime I still deserve good service.
Great customer service but touching the POS and your phone with the food gloves is nasty 🤢
The place is dirty, the food is haphazardly prepared and the service is crap. I get it...working fast food isn't probably the greatest career move, but if your being paid to operate in a customer service environment, play the part. They make the same as Chick-fil-A peeps basically--so..it's about training or standards. $10 for 3 crappy tacos and a drink with attitude definitely makes you rethink eating fast food.
Just got a lecture in the drive thru from an older lady, telling us that we should give her more time to prepare our online orders before showing up. I don't care if I have to wait, I don't think it's appropriate to be that entitled/rude when it isn't that big of a deal.
I literally pulled up to an empty drive thru . I searched the screen to look to see if they were running any deals . The young lady came over the speaker and asked did I need any help , I said to give me a second . I was on the phone with a friend who told me that sometimes they have deals on the app, so I goes to look for something in the app . It hadn’t been a minute before she comes over the speaker again to ask did I need help with anything . I proceeded to say again “to give me a minute “ and that I was looking at the app. She says “I’m sorry you can’t order through the app while in the drive thru. You will have to place the order and wait a few minutes and come back through the drive thru “ ! That didn’t make sense at all!! So I told her okay . So I start to look back at the menu to just choose something else . In the mist of me doing so , an employer comes out , and ask me to move forward . I asked him why , because again no one is behind me . He proceeds to say because you’re just sitting here . I said I am sitting here about to order ! Realizing that he looks very dumb , he proceeds to say , “oh I thought something was wrong with your vehicle “! Well sir if that was really so, why would you ask me to move forward?! I understand that this is a fast food place , but that does not mean to rush your customers to order ! Neither does it mean for them to give you a play by play on what they are doing and how they are going about ordering ! This was so upsetting, bc I felt rushed and almost bullied ! Prince street Taco Bell, Please do better ! Because it’s always the customers who are keeping your place of business OPEN and allowing the citizens of Conway to have another option for employment
Went there at 2:23 am ordered 2 quesadillas with extra cheese extra chicken cause they put so little on them! Got home and had the regular quesadillas! Called them and told her I didn’t get my extra she said yes you did I made it myself and hung up in my face! Won’t be eating there again late night! The night crew are always rude and have terrible attitudes! If you don’t like ur job find something else!
I was getting food for a door-dash order and there was a sauce on my receipt but not in the bag. We went back through the line just for an old woman to tell us there was nothing she could do, even though I showed her there was sauce on my receipt. She was EXTREMELY rude and would not even let us pay for our own drink at the window. Usually have no problems with taco bell but this was unbelievably hateful.
You can thank the SUPER rude older small woman working lunch 11/22 for this review going from a raving 5 stars from yesterday to a barely visible 1 star today. She already annoyed the HECK out of me while I was at the kiosk just with the sheer obnoxious energy she was raining onto everyone in the store, no escape- loud and totally distracting. Then, when there was a small issue with the food, she went into total defense and panic mode over a few chunks of chicken on my kids burrito. She was direction someone else to ring me up..without any prompt to do so, mind you, for extra chicken when an AMAZING employee said she would just pay for it after seeing what the food looked like. The chicken was super scarce, it was totally obvious. 90% flatbread 10% chicken. Instead of saying something like Oh I'm so sorry that's just our standard now for that product, she instead started shouting about how the boss is cracking down on that and made everything awkward. The boss needs to really re-evaluate the amount of meat on the flatbreads, it is totally out of proportion and the serving sizes were 50% smaller on almost everything we ordered from yesterday to today. So disappointed honestly. It's just fast food but this taco bell was the only decent one left..til today. One day and it changed, now I'm never going back. One person has ruined this for us.
Just had an online order and whenever I got home two of my items were missing and the rest of the food was poorly made and my tacos were crushed to bits like they pounded it with their fist. Whenever I called the store the manager was beyond rude and disrespectful whenever I mentioned my missing food which all I wanted was just the missing food not have them replace my crumbled tacos. She kept interrupting me, raising her voice and ignoring what I was trying to say. Then she just yelled "just pick it up tomorrow" didn't even take my name or anything. This was a horrible experience and unacceptable behavior from a manager.
So I drove a moped and the person working drive through was ignoring the speaker. So I rode to the window and was told to go back to the speaker to order. Upon trying to place my order the worker was literally rushing me and there was no one in line. I ordered a deluxe craving box to be large nacho fries and a large drink, after stating that was rushed and had to explain I had more to my order. After placing my order and getting my food it was basically just quickly handed off. Upon getting home the food was wrong and so was the drink. The worker did not pay attention and did not put in the extras that I requested. Then looking at the food the food was so poorly put together that it was ridiculous.
