So Pizza hut is a chain but the manager of this one clearly takes pride in Thier store, because every time I go in I get really good service and consistent good pizza. I like when chains set Thier standards high for the community. Oh and they have really efficient delivery
Fast and well kept inside. Have not looked in the kitchen yet. I use to work at the Pizza Hut in Killeen on Clear Creek. This one in cove definitely is friendly and clean inside the lobby.
Best Pizza Hut in the local area. I drive past one on the way to pick up from here. Quality is always guaranteed and amazing consistent taste. Worth the extra drive.

The pizza was very good but cooked a little too long, the crust was a bit hard. The girl who brought me the pizza to the car needs to be commended. She works hard and I hope others also think so.
Zach was awesome!!! There was a mistake with the wrong pizza he did everything in his power to fix it. Anything i asked of him was an immediate yes and was genuinley a good guy. I will switch fr dominoes to here because of him. Ive never recieved the service in a pizza place like zach did. He went above and beyond to make me and my fiance happy. Thank you ZACH. I hope management notices the hard work and beyond excelent customer service.
I stopped in for the Buffet and was very happy with the service. Vivian was awesome and very responsive. I am visiting from out of town and she was happy to recommend places to go and such. Great staff. Not sure why there are some bad reviews, but my experience was great.
I am within walking distance, BUT, usually have them delivered. I love their wings and they are my reward to me for keeping-on going forward with hope and faith... in a sometimes seemingly going backwards world : -)
The deliver driver is awesome. I wish I caught his name. Older gentleman with a long beard. Told my son good luck catching Pokémon as I was wearing a Pokémon GO shirt. Lol pizza was hot and good.
OMG!!! Pizza! Pizza! Pizza! Pizza! Pizza! I would be lying if I said I only ate there once a month! More like once a week! At this Pizza Hut when you have three toppings of pepperonis, you get THREE TOPPINGS OF PEPPERONI!!! And all the employees are very helpful and friendly of you with great smiles!

Best visit to a Pizza Hut I have had in years. We had basically signed off the franchise because you pay twice as much and get half the toppings. Last night it was the only thing open that sounded good so we gave it a shot. For once I got what I ordered and my expectations were exceeded. Plenty of toppings, sauce, cheese, and the stuffed crust actually was stuffed. Pizza Hut need to pay who ever made my pizzas last nigt to tour the country and teach the rest of them how to make a pizza.

Pizza was so good and hot. Staff was friendly. I ordered online for carry out. I walked in, paid and had my food with no waiting. From start to finish it took 15 minutes
We ordered 2 Big New Yorker pizzas for dinner, and they arrived at my door within about 25 minutes of ordering. They were hot and fresh, and the delivery driver was very polite. Awesome job Copperas Cove Pizza Hut!
We decided to try out "The Edge" pizza for lunch along with two bottled soft drinks, which cost just under $20.00. I'm not a huge fan of garlic sauce, but this wasn't overpowering. Took the rest home for later. The place was clean, Zack and other staff were friendly and helpful. Few midday dine-in customers, so the noise level was low. We'll be back.
UPDATE 06/18/2022 Customer service at this location has improved dramatically! Thank you Desyre for making our experience with this location best it has been for a while. I had to call this location due to a mistake I made ordering online and she corrected my online order mistake and was so nice. BTW Edge pizza was great too! UPDATE: 04/21/2022 We decided to give them another chance and have to say that the hand tossed pizza lovers was great and delivery was fast. Took 1 star away because now the online site tipping starts at 18% instead of standard 15%. PREVIOUS REVIEW: The changes made to the pan pizza while charging an extra $2.00 for this option is just ridiculous. We will no longer be ordering this item.

We ordered 2 of the edge pizzas and because they didn't have enough drivers they used door dash to deliver, what a mess! The pizza was completely mangled! The doordash driver had her kid bring it to the door! Now this isn't on Pizza Hut, they could have told us too bad so sad, but nope they delivered 2 brand new pizzas! My only suggestion is if they could maybe add something saying we're short drivers so may be delivered by doordash, and an option to accept that or be willing to wait for an actual delivery person from pizza hut. I personally would choose to wait.
I love Pizza Hut pizza. We usually get delivery but this time we picked it up because we were already out anyway. We did curbside pickup. They are always super fast at making it and we always find great coupons. We got a large deep dish pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, a large buffalo chicken pizza, along with double order of cheese sticks and cinnabons. The order came out to about $40. Everything was made exactly to order and super hot. And we didn't even have to call to let them know when we were there. Someone immediately came out and asked us what our name for the order was. I will continue to order Pizza Hut every time I want pizza.
I placed my order through their website. Very convenient. I walked in and waited on my order for a few minutes. They ran out of the large , so I was given two mediums. I was satisfied with that. Pizza Hut pizza is my all time favorite!
I can't tell you what it's like on the inside, but I can tell you that the pizza was so good that my non-pizza eating husband ate more than half of a large Meat Lover's. The most disappointing part of our meal was the large chocolate chip. That had to be the nastiest thing we have ever tried.

I love Pizza hut's pizza. It's delicious, however whenever you want a stuffed crust, they're out mid week so I always have to go to some other place that I don't really care for.
The pizza was ok, but the service not so much. It wasn't horrible, but the waitress seemed unconcerned about serving us. She wasn't rude just seemed like she didn't know she should come to our table to check on us. Haven't decided if we'll go back. This is an edit to my review. Although I was initially unhappy with the customer service my family and I received. The manager reached out a few days later to make things right. That is great customer service! Making sure your customers are satisfied with their services received. Happy to report customer service is not dead. Happy to update we went back a few weeks later and service was night and day. Ranita the manager was great!
For years I've used the Pizzahut app to order pizza. Today while visiting my parents I placed an order for them. The price with the 20% tip for the delivery is reflected in the picture. Due to their website they've recommended all orders be paid by a credit card to include a tip. I left instructions to leave the pizza by the door and knock on the door. When the driver arrived he did just that but waited about 8 feet away until I answered the door. I really didn't pay attention but said thank you and proceeded to grab the pizza and close the door. It dawned on me maybe he was waiting for a tip. I quickly got up and took a look at the receipt and saw the tip was not included on the paper copy. I called the store asking why it was not reflected even though I've confirmed online my credit card was charged to include the tip. I felt bad the driver left knowing I did not tip him and the receipt didn't reflect the tip either. So on my way home I stopped by the your business and spoke to the only two driver's with black cars inquiring if either one of them dropped an order to my parent's house. I gave one of the driver's the order number to verify the driver. He seemed to be on the defensive asking if something was wrong with our order. In fact I was just looking for the driver to give him an envelope with a $50 tip and apologize just in case. These are trying times for some especially when you rely on tips. I hope next time your business has better luck identifying drivers who deliver our pizza.
I order regularly at least 3x a month. Delivery is always prompt. Only had 1 mix up with a side but were immediately asked if we wanted a new one sent out or a credit next time. Only dined in 2x no salad bar which I think they should have. Food
Hostess was very welcoming. She offered the kids coloring pack right away along with the menus. She checked on us respectfully and didn't just leave us alone during our stay. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because they only offer bottle drinks and not fountain as well. Food was great too, not like the reviews that complains about the sauce and flavor. I see myself returning in the future.
I usually get great pizza and have for years. But for some reason after picking up my order and getting home we found that there something wrong with the crust. The crust was not as fluffy and the bottom was falling apart. We always order the same thing. The service is always great for contactless service. I look forward to my next order and see if it is back to the way it is suppose to be and not just a fluke in the making of the crust dough.
I always have a pretty good experience. I will say do not order a personal pan pizza with cupped pepperoni. You will get one little pepperoni per slice. I thought maybe they messed up the first time but second time I preferred and it was the same. 1 small pepperoni per slice
I had a not-so-great order months ago. The store called and made it right very quickly. Reordering was seamless. The food I received was hot and delicious. Very thankful that the process was so easy. Pizzas were ready at the time they were supposed to be, and cooked to perfection. Very thankful to have had such a great experience.
I'm doing a cleanse, so I didn't taste any of the food but the family did not complain about it. I originally asked for delivery but needed to make a run, so changed it to carry out. The pizza was still ready in time and I was able to pick it up with no issues. The young lady credited the delivery charge without me having to ask and they also gave you mini shaker bottles for the parmesean and red pepper flakes. Cutest thing ever. My husband said we're coming back just for these lol However, when ordering one of the deals it seems like one of the pizzas default to a pepperoni pizza but when we received it, it was cheese. Will def look at the pizza's next go round. However, we're def ordering there again.
They do not have diet Mt Drew. I feel that our pizza was over cooked for the amount of sauce that was put on, it was dry. In the pass the sauce has been moist, just like it would be if it was the tomato sauce.
Usually my favorite pizza restaurant. My usual order is wings and pizza, but lately the wings have the tinest amount of sauce on them!! I ordered online today, and called shortly after to ensure that I would actually get some sauce, but I barely got any!! Maybe enough for 3 wings. Truly disappointing.
Nice people, but questionable service. I came with a group, but it seemed like the server was having a hard time taking care of things like refills and stuff. It's a nice place, especially if you're just looking for a pizza place for lunch, but if you have more than four people expect slower service.
Ussually they do a great job (not my first time with them). That being said, whoever is working today is super lazy. Wings had almost no sauce (to the point of being gross)and pizza wasn't cut all they way thro (pretty much one pizza with lines on top). Almost makes it not worth risking it again.
I remember many years ago when the Pizza Hut of Copperas Cove was a family restaurant where my wife and I would take our kids to eat and have a good time. Unfortunately that isn't the case anymore. They still have booths and tables, and a couple of tv's, but they removed the carpet from the dinning room. That gives the place a dingy and uninviting appearance. I still like the pizza, but now I order on line and pick up at the restaurant. If you want to sit down (and can see past the decor) they'll still serve you.
I always did love pizza hut up until now. Just because I finally use my points for a pizza did not mean to drop your quality, only have 4 toppings on the meat lovers special instead of 6 toppings & not even cook the pizza all the way (crust very blonde, did not looked cooked & surely not crispy). Once got our pizza home, had to put it in our convection oven for an additional 10 minutes @ 400 degrees.
I ordered an extra marinara sauce and did not receive it. It was an additional cost and this is the second time this has happened. Don’t know if it was a mistake or not but it’s the second time. Kinda frustrating and even tho it doesn’t cost much, it’s the fact that it’s the second time this has happened. Maybe paying more attention to each order would be helpful. We didn’t order breadsticks just the sauce and it’s unfortunate that it did not arrive with our order.
My order was brought out 20 mins late and it was all cold and extra hard. Did not taste good at all, the pizza was nasty and hard as well as the bread sticks.
My pizza was supposed to be a cheesy bites pizza with extra cheese. I have yet to see the extra cheese when I’m charged for it. This time my pizza was burnt (crust,sauce, and cheese). I just wish I could get what I pay for. This wasn’t worth it. I’m not sure if it’s the oven or how the pizza is prepared. I always give three chances and so far you are at two strikes.
I placed an order online, stuffed crust single topping pepperoni, and when I picked it up the cashier showed it to me. There was a large mushroom sitting on top and when I asked what it was she said, "oh it's a mushroom, sorry about that" and closed the box lid saying she "didn't want to tough it". The manager was standing beside her. I took the pizza home and pulled the mushroom off myself. I wouldn't complain if the cashier would have taken it off, maybe with a fork, or if the manager would have attempted to fix the problem.
The cheese and bread were both under baked. I had to bake it additionally at my house and the cinnamon sticks looked like something had been dropped on top of them. Service was good and bread sticks were good as well. Overall just disappointed in the quality.
I ended up wit a raw pizza in the middle that I had to recook myself.. and hard chicken... I tried to report it online but the website kept freezing so I gave up. By that time the story was closed.. if you want to make it right remake my order and not give me raw and hard food I love pizza hut and order a few times a month for my family and friend group game night I would hate to have to go back to Dominos
Service needs work. The last five or six times I ordered there, either they gave me the wrong pizza and have to wait 20 more mins or the pizza is over cooked with pieces of the crust missing. I love Pizza hut but have recently switched to Domino's.
Well I ordered pizza, pasta, breadsticks, and bone out Teriyaki wings. The delivery was fast, I bring my oder in and I start unboxing everything and I notice I was missing my wings. So I call Pizza Hut and talk to a young lady on the phone and I told her my oder was missing my wings. She got my name and said okay... and hung up?!!! I was like hello hello.. well that was rude!!! I thought ok, maybe it will come to my house or maybe I’ll get a refund?!! .... 2 hours later, I assume I’m not getting my wings. I will never eat or order here again.
The price for the pizza was alright. However, both of our pizzas (pepperoni & cheese) we're extremely dry. The pasta wasn't any better either. It had no seasoning to it and it barely had alfredo sauce!
The pizza is great but lately everytime I put in my order for delivery through the website they always forget to bring me at least 1 thing I order. This is rather upsetting. The first time it happened I didnt think much of it, but this is now the 4th time in a row that it has happened. The delivery drivers need to double check to make sure they have everything before they leave.
They messed up the whole order, then gave me spoiled and watered down marinara sauce. The worst food experience I've ever had. Don't think ill ever order from pizza hut again. I'm disappointed this the First time ordering from the Copperas Cove location .
I'm not sure what's going on at this place but they have no idea how to make pizza! I ordered a personal pan pizza tonight and other items. The pizza was raw so I called and they said to return the pizza and they would make me another one. Surprise, surprise, that one was raw too. I am over them at this point I'm not even hungry anymore; then the cheese sticks were not cheesy, and they forgot my sauce the first time. Now I remember why I stopped ordering from them. I gave them 2-stars because the other pizza for the family was okay. NEVER AGAIN!! Don't waste your money.
The employees were polite and happy. It was apparent that they enjoyed their job. However, the new Detroit pizza was not as advertised. It was soggy and I'm not sure that the dough was all the way cooked.
Opted for curb side delivery. Got home, the pizza was ice cold and the salad was wilted and brown. It had obviously been around a few days. The pizza seemed like it had been in a refrigerator. EVERYTHING got thrown out.
We got a hand tossed veggie supreme and a pepperoni pizza. It would be nice if they hadn't been so skimpy with the toppings and if they put them closer to the edge, 2.5 inches of crust is excessive! They tasted ok, but dry... where was the sauce?! They don't have a soda machine anymore, but do have bottled soda. I read other reviews that got management replies to contact them with details so they could look into the issue... the review details were clear to me... obviously they aren't fixing anything since many were months and years old. At one point, there was a worker kneeling by the counter, crying and picking up something, very upset and the co-workers didn't even help! They looked around the corner and went back in the kitchen. My husband got up to ask if he could help. Is there no manager on duty to help the employees or check on food quality? That was a weird experience.
2 stars just because I have gotten decent food orders done here before but recently… all downhill. Last three orders terrible and no accountability with management, Actually refused a refund for a terrible made pizza tonight so we won’t be going back.
The service over the phone and delivery guys was great. The food was HORRIBLE, the first pizza was raw so they remake it. Which I thought was going to be better, well, the 2nd one barely has chicken on it, I use to love this place, something is happening but food isn’t good anymore.
Ordered and paid for extra cheese $2.00 and there was barely any cheese on my pizza. Person at counter response was it must be extra cheese if you ordered it. Ordered the chocolate doughnuts and they were stale and all dried up. Everytime i order here there is always an issue especially if you order extra cheese.
Worst customer service ever!!!!!!! I called to order for delivery, they immediately asked to put me on hold. which is fine I dont mind because Ive worked at pizzeria's and know how busy they can be. However after 12 minutes of the same 30 second ads in a loop I had my wife call on her phone to find out whats up.They then HANG up on me, answer my wife's call but get this; immediately asked her to hold!!!!!! THAT'S NOT HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE, YET ALONE CUSTOMERS!!!!... so now as I write this review im enjoying pizza from Domino's because they picked up my call, were very friendly, did not put me hold at all, and my food was here promptly.
their cookie cake was okay, I think the edges could've been a bit less crunchy. I have many reasons to believe that my teacher has out pizza'd the hut. -Mrs. Alexander's class.
Carry out delivery. Big box dinner and 2 side salads. Waited 10 minutes for them to get our 2 side salads only to get home to find the "salads" consisted of slimy, brown iceberg lettuce and dried out looking cheese. Not even edible...so we literally threw away $8. All of the corner pieces of both pizzas has NO sauce, cheese or toppings. Never again Pizza Hut. You've lost our business.
We own a brand new house in the Heartwood Park subdivision off of Courtney Lane. Due to our address being new and not being built into this establishments system they refused to deliver. While the other establishments just asked where we were at and delivered just fine. If we were on the edge of there delivery zone I would understand, but that is not the case.
They don't care about customers or employees, they use dough after it should be tossed. Might as well go to dominos, where they use fresh never frozen dough, they have more variety, and they are open an hour later for delivery. And let's not forget the wider delivery range that dominos has,
I have ordered pepperoni lovers pizza many times because my daughter only eats the pepperoni. They never ever put more than a couple of slices of pepperoni on the pizza.
Garlic sticks gave my dad food poisoning, and the pizza was mediocre. Service was about standard. I didn't like the inside of the restaurant, it felt off.
Other than the food being ok this place was pretty disappointing. We got to the restaurant, sat ourselves, waited 10 mins for someone to come out (we were having a conversation so didn't bother looking for someone). But we were pretty loud and nothing. Then someone came in to pick, surely they heard her? Nope five mins went by and still nothing. Finally our dad had to get up and go fetch someone from the back.... And and whoever it was that took care of the front really slacked at everything. Would disappear and we had to wait to refill our drinks. After a long day of moving and cleaning we kinda just wanted good service amd good food. But here I guess you get only so thank goodness it was the food that was good.
The experience by far was the worst I ever had from a franchise like Pizza Hut.The employee was unprofessional& lack training.She messed up my carry out order. The manager Steve solution to the problem was to send another delivery two hours later. His demeanor was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I rate this establishment a one.
This location have the worst management i have ever seen. One of their driver almost caused a bad accident by driving on my tailgate speeding. When i asked him what is his problem he didn't have anything to say. So i talked to the managers they don't even care. I am a Army Veteran with PTSD things could have went bad. But they don't care because the manager lied talking about i used profanity in fronlt of customers when no customers was in the store and i did not use profanity in the store. But that is how they lie on a black male to make what they did wrong right. But just know i will put out how this store operates and how the management will lie on a minority. As long i am in Copperas Cove i will not support that store.
Absolutely ridiculous service! I ordered my food carry out and was given a bag with my order. After arriving home I realized that my order was wrong and they forgot to include my 2-liter of soda in my bag. I called the store and the woman who answered the phone offered to send a driver out with my order and I agreed that I would appreciate them fixing their mistake. Their manager then responds by saying that they cannot send a driver out to fix my order because then their driver would not be paid. I asked to speak to the manager and she tells me that she can either give me a $3 credit to my account or give me a free Mountain Dew if I want to load my children all back up and drive all the way back up to their location. I made it clear how unhappy I was with this solution and she proceeded to tell me that she cannot send someone out to correct their mistake because again their driver would not be paid for it. This is just one of many issues I have had with this location and my family will not be wasting our time or money eating their again. They refuse to fix their issues or even express concern for their mistakes. Continuously receiving bad customer service and incorrect orders is enough to make me order from someone else. They have officially lost our business!
Just got a pan pizza from them and does not look like a pan pizza. The pizza is so thin and uneven and one of the slices has no dough underneath it. It’s undercooked and I will be calling in the morning for a refund or a replacement. The Pepsi was good. The pizza seemed rushed. It got to my house so fast but by the time I open it and see all the problems, the store was closed. Money wasted.
Order a appetizer didn't come till the same time the pizzas did. One pizza didn't have enough sauce the other had to much sauce. Customer service sucked nobody had checked if we needed anything. I believe that the owners need to retrain their entire staff on customer service.
I called in to see if the dining room was open for service. The lady that answered the phones was a little rude. We decided to still go in for dine in. We asked so do we just sit ourselves. Cashier gave us a blank stare but eventually said yes I guess. We then sat there for over 10 minutes. Three different employees saw us and said nothing. Found out that that they don't do full dine in. Soda machines where down and they only sell bottled soda. All in all. Worse experience with any Pizza Hut so far.
So i ordered party pizza & wings & cinnamon sticks. My cinnamon sticks were missing & the guy came back & he didn’t give me my money back , when he came he gave us are cinnamon sticks & was like i thought she gave me a tip. a thirteen dollar tip ? & we said sorry & he said okay whatever , i don’t care that disrespectful.
Ordered my food, tipped the driver because I am also a driver so I have common courtesy. However I don’t think I should’ve tipped. Driver was rude didn’t say barely anything( my boyfriend was home as a witness). I opened my order to discover garlic dipping sauce was missing, not that big of a deal but I paid for 2 and was hoping for 2 to dip my pizza into. I didn’t receive the sauce until after I called, when it arrived it was the same driver still didn’t say anything but handed me one sauce and left. I didn’t even bother calling about the other but needless to say.. that’s the last time I order from Pizza Hut here💔
I've eaten pizza from pizza hut a few times. This last visit I had was the worst. I ordered 2 pizzas with an order of bbq wings. The pizza tasted like reheated second day dry pizza and they maybe put 2 table spoons of bbq sauce on the bottom of the container of 18 wings. I understand that times are weird and nobody wants to be out in this bad situation but if you don't want to serve fresh made pizza stay home.
So I go in tonight to pick up my pizza and I tell Miss Desiree who’s working the front counter that I would like to purchase three ranches I politely gave her $1.75 and change and she gave me my change back and told me to have a nice day I said can I have the three ranch that I just purchased she walks to the back in a few minutes later she comes out and throws the through ranch on the counter and literally walks away teach your employees how to deal with conflict and how to say I’m sorry my bad my brain was somewhere else but for her to catch a little attitude and walk away you’ll never get another pizza order for me. I spend entirely too much money with this company for your young untrained employees to treat me like I’m one of their little friends. If you need help training I’m looking for a part-time job
First thing, I ordered 2 thin crust pizzas. Was given 1 thin crust and 1 hand tossed. Was told thats how my order was taken. Had a thin crust pizza re made. Had to wait 25 minutes for it. Sauce was too thick, thats all that was tasted. My 3rd pizza was a small cheese pizza. Only half of yhe pizza had cheese. The other half was thick sauce only. I get pizza from pizza hut on numerous occasions. Tonight was my worst experience ever. Very sloppy and was not offered any incentives for mistakes made and my extra time spent waiting. I am not a complainer but this was a terrible experience all around.
If I could rate this garbage a$$ place lower than 1 star I would. I have only ordered from them twice and both times my order was screwed up in some way. The first time I walked out with three pizzas in total because they didn't understand my love for the bacon stuffed crust. The second time was right now Aug 26th at 7:15pm I'm actually writing this in store but they screwed up the pizza with all the sauces and I swear I will walk out of here with both of them. This place is ridiculous all the managers can do is either remake you a new one (which takes roughly 20 minute's) or give you credit to your account. They need a serious management and staff cleansing in this horrible store. This will be the last time we ever go to this pizza hut.
Went to the Copperas Cove pizza hut for dine in. Was provided menus and told to come back to the counter when I was ready to order. Ordered two pizzas and requested water cups. Was brought plates and cups with nothing in them. Was told later that the only drinks they had were the bottled drinks opposite the counter. Changed order to take out. There was no one else in the dine in area, not really surprised about that now. Not really sure what happened to some restaurants in the past few years but there is no F's given about customer service anymore. Will definitely not be going back.
My husband and I stopped for dine in . We had to order at the counter because nobody came to table to take our order. Also asked for a sweet tea to drink and they gave me a half gallon of tea...no cups, straws or ice..asked for cups and Ice and they brought me a tiny plastic cup maybe child sized no ice. Asked the server if they had any red cups with ice and was informed they don't do that anymore...really even for dine in ??? Definitely won't be going back....
Very disappointed. My experience usually has been good, however the past few times its been bad. My food was under cooked one time, then burnt the next. At my last visit I stood at the counter for awhile beside anyone acknowledged me even after they saw me stand there. They did remake part of my order, but i wish it was right the first time. If it was delivered I would have been upset.
Normally I do not leave 1 star because it has to be completely reasonable for an establishment to get that bad of a rating. However, today I had ordered my delivery to my spouse using a card over the phone. When the delivery driver got there he said that the pizza was not not paid for and the order was marked as cash. And the manager told him to leave. Very disappointed, because I was charged $26.33 which was not even the correct charge that was on the receipt or that I was told over the phone. The correct total was supposed to be $21 and some change (super supreme m pan ) Also my wife said the pizza was cold. Sounds like a fraud situation to me. The worker was said to already clocked out and left. Very disappointed, as I was very pleased with my first visit eating here.
I have no plans to visit again. I placed an order on the app and agreed to a price. When my order arrived, it had an additional pizza on the order and I was charged $14 more. I called the store and was told it wasn’t their mistake, the app did it. After some complaining with the rude male employee, I was told that I could be refunded the money if I made a trip to the store and bring the pizza back. I was in the middle of tiling my restroom and I didn’t make the mistake. I shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced to make it right.
Looks like a slow decline in quality has just jumped off a cliff. Over the last year I have ordered less frequently since I have to recook the mostly raw pizza when they arrive at my house. I want so bad for these pizzas to taste like they should, but I am disappointed every time. Today was no different. Pizzas arrived and I had to put them in the oven to finish cooking them. This time the pizzas were so soggy that they would not cook completely even after reheating. I tried to eat a piece but it was terrible. My dog did not want the crust that she normally begs for. You know that your quality has a problem when an animal chooses the taste of their own but to your pizza. Taking my buisness elsewhere from now on.
Apparently they've partnered with DoorDash. After 45 minutes of waiting, I called the store because the dasher status was still waiting on order. They told me to wait another 20 minutes because the dasher took two orders and if it didn't arrive to call them. Not long after the dasher canceled my order because they ran into some kind of issue, so I called, informed them and asked them to cancel my order and refund it. They said they would try to, but had to wait until they cash out the door dasher. They did not issue a refund. The full charge posted to my card. Totally unacceptable.
The pizza was delivered almost 30 minutes after the expected delivery time. I figured they were probably just busy, no big deal but the pizza was not fresh or hot and they packed the wrong dipping sauce. I’ll just order from Clark road because every time I order from the Copperas cove location there is something. The delivery driver was polite.
I ordered the “Big New Yorker”. Being from NY, I should have known better. No offense, but it was by far the worst NY pizza that I’ve had. Ever. I love this Pizza Hut. Every time I eat it it brings back childhood memories, but man. What a letdown this time.
Would not recommend. The pizza was good. There was little service. They took the order, gave us our pizza and then husband went up to get the to go box and waited for a bit to get a to go box..he had to speak louder to get thier attention because the employee was on thier phone.. Just not a friendly place. Also they couldn't do the pizza the way we have order at multiple pizza huts but as I understand it, (it's up to each pizza hut) The table wasn't clean. Floors were very sticky.
Need to be clear, I blame the owner for this. I saw you have a poster up for 20% off for military dine in. I ordered carry out online. I’m very aware of the difference between the two, but I asked for the discount anyway, because I confirmed carry out and dine in are the exact same price. Please explain to me why this policy is in place? Why do I as a service member get a discount, only if I sit down and eat in the store? I don’t have to be in uniform, so it can’t be that I’m seen in the restaurant. If it is for people to see people in seats then it would make sense to offer a discount to everyone to dine in. It just doesn’t make sense to me. Also, is there anything to stop me from ordering dine in and then I ask for a doggy bag and take my food to go? Now I have your employees doing extra work. Can you explain your rationale?
I waited for almost and hour and a half waiting for my pick up order and no one would talk to me. All the workers were sitting around laughing lounging in the chairs. Which would’ve been okay if the food I waited so long for was actually in decent condition. The pizza was so overcooked my teeth hurt now. And no cheese whatsoever. I was supposed to have a stuffed crust and the only thing that was stuff was the prepackaged icing that I had to go back in for after they originally forgot it. I usually love coming to Pizza Hut but honestly after that experience I might be #teampapajohns
Take out PIZZA and loaded breaded sticks. Horrible!! No sauce and barely a sighting of cheese on the pizza. The pepperoni was dry old and burnt The crust was doughy. All bread. The loaded with what bread sticks were at least a step up from the pizza it had cheese. I was reminded tonight why we hadn't gone to Pizza Hut in a long time and won't again Threw all that mess in the trash. Peanut butter and Jelly for dinner tonight folks. Don't waste your money .
I really don't like places that ask for a tip before I know that you deserve it. Ordered curbside. They're completely empty. We called and let them know we were there early but absolutely no rush. We wait, the app tells us it's ready and still nothing. My husband goes in and lo and behold, the food is ready but hasn't seemed to find its way to our vehicle. Gotta love teenagers!
I called in a carry out order. I told the girl taking the order that I wanted a Pan Pizza with double pepperoni and double mushrooms. Repeated the order, she read it back. Pick it up, get home. It's a THIN crust dp and dm.... Not happy. I look at the receipt, she put it down as med thin crust....SMH. My fault for not looking at the pizza or receipt.... Won't make that mistake again....
