Super friendly staff. My coffee is always perfect! I like this location across from UM. It's a little busy but the atmosphere is nice and I can get a lot of work done here. The only downside is the parking. The parking lot is small but if you are patient, you can get a space when somebody leaves. It's worth the wait. ☕💕

This one was great. They comped our hot chocolate not just for my wife's birthday (even though she came after the perk was "over") but they let us have an extra hot chocolate after they flubbed the order. It's not how you start y'all!

I recently visited this Starbucks, and overall, it had everything you’d expect—a comfortable ambiance, great drinks, and friendly service. The location is fantastic, with the added perk of convenient parking, which is a rare and much-appreciated feature around here! The only area for improvement would be cleanliness. During my visit, I noticed that the space could use a little more attention to detail in tidying up, which I’ve seen at a few other Starbucks in the Miami area. A clean, inviting space can really enhance the Starbucks experience, and I believe a little extra focus on this could make a big difference for customers. I appreciate the efforts of the team here and look forward to seeing this location shine even more in the future. Thanks, Starbucks, for always welcoming us in!

Parking is absolute trash! Understandable that it caters mostly to college students from across the street. It is still abhorrent for others that drive to park there. I waited almost 20 minutes for a space and when I finally got inside there were 3 people in the actual Starbucks. Good customer service though.

The employee do not drink coffee! When you prepare a new pot of coffee it don't take any until it finishes completely. The employees start taking at the moment it starts tripping this is the strongest part of the coffee so the rest of the coffee is very weak. Today I paid for a cup of warm Brown water! I didn't know until I got back to my hotel. Very frustrating....

Coffee is over priced. You can get the same thing at a Cuban cafe window for much less.

The service at this location has turned really bad. It took me 20 mins to get my mobile order and got late to work because I had the brilliant idea of ordering breakfast. I had to approach 2 times the employees and they didn’t care. They were laughing among them, the guy at the registry with a pony tail was too lazy to even help to transport the beverages to the mobile order station, another guy hiding and pretending to be putting trash bags and then I saw him with his cellphone outside the store “very busy”. This is unacceptable.

I try to buy 50 gift cards in place and manager Juan says is not posible that the límite is ten, i let them know im not i a rush but even though guy says with bad attitude limit is 10. And not even apologize or something. I try to let them know that I can buy 5 times the 10 cards but even though guy just say 10 in a bad mood. What a way to lose money for no reason. Absolutely bad manager at store. There is any sign at the site that and also I bought them in another Starbucks without trouble but this empty head manager say is not possible so is a liar.

Do we really still go to Starbucks? Paying too much for a coffee has become truly unsustainable. It's better to opt for independent coffee shops when it comes to quality. Excessive plastic consumption; I asked for it without lids and straws, but they gave me one anyway. They should ask customers if they want a lid. It ruins the coffee experience.

Regardless I come to this store almost every week and order drinks or food. The store was not packed, there’re plenty of seats at the moment.

Came in to get some work and homework done. Ordered a tall flat white, it tasted like warm milk I tried to explain this to the girl (not the guy that handed me my coffee) her name is Kaitlyn and before I could even finish explaining myself , she cut me off and said “it already has two shots of expreso on it” with the worst of attitudes and just stared at me. I turned around, sat on my table and just decided to leave…. Never in my life have I had a bad experience at an Starbucks store. I had to throw it away as soon as I got it, it was not good. I’ve had MANY flat whites from here and they do not tasted like this one. Things happen, it might be only one shot of expresso was put in there or too much milk (we are all humans) but her attitude and the way she handled it was what made me leave this review. This is really disappointing and upsetting, over $5 for a coffee that I barely tasted. Makes me NEVER want to visit a Starbucks store again.
