Narbona Coconut Grove - the place to be in Miami! The food, the atmosphere, the service, the ENERGY - just about everything is what makes Narbona amazing. Me and my spouse absolutely LOVE coming here. Truly wonderful. Our recent visit was phenomenal - our server and the extra service we had was so thoughtful and helpful. The food - sensational. Location - beautiful. The service was so good, we tipped our server $100.00 - bravo! Love it here ❤️
Narbonna Coconut Grove was outstanding. The food, service, and atmosphere were all 10/10. Everything felt thoughtful and high quality, from the presentation of the dishes to the overall ambiance of the restaurant. The quinoa and vegetable dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The pasta was rich and comforting, and the bread basket was a perfect start to the meal. Our server Daniel was a true gentleman — attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. This is a fantastic spot for a date night. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxed but upscale dining experience in Coconut Grove.
We frequent Narbona and consider it a mainstay of the Coconut Grove experience. The food is consistent and yummy. I typically order the Italian dishes while my family members order meat dishes. Both are excellent choices. They do have a grocery store and a bakery with exceptional deserts - I did not see sugar free options though. The restaurant is located in the back corner of Cocowalk, so you will have to look for it.
We did an event at the Cava and everything exceeded our expectations! From the customer service from German the Chef to Mauricio and Daniel the managers to the staff who helped us on the event day! Everyone was extremely friendly, they decorated the cava with some dry flowers and candles and made the space look magical, we brought a few additional decor but honestly it wasn’t needed. The food portions were amazing and the presentation and flavor of every dish was in point! We had charcuterie board, empanadas and Provolone cheese and salmon and the aseo de tira and wow everything was delicious. We of course had to had gelato for dessert as they are the best ones in town and we go very often for them. Thank you to everyone who made our celebration so special and unique ! We will for sure do many more events with you.
Walk by this place 1 million times in the morning and I’ve had coffee there in the morning, but I’ve never actually had their food I went there on a date and we ordered only cappuccinos and dessert. I was gonna get the cheesecake, but I was convinced to get this other dessert and it was highly worth It was an ice cream with almond crumbles and of course I had to ask for more almond crumbles, cause I like the crunchy in the soft and sweet The cappuccino was delicious and we sat right by the bar The only problem is that the bathrooms are outside of the business so you have to walk out to a community bathroom for the entire plaza which I did not like But overall, I would recommend visiting this place and the pastries and coffee are unbelievable. Can’t speak for the food but maybe one day I’ll go back for a bite.
An experience that perfectly captures the "Uruguayan-Italian diaspora" spirit. Narbona doesn't just sell lunch; they sell the romance of the estancia. The decor, the walls of wine bottles, and the visible chef stations are designed to transport the diner. We stopped in for the three-course $35 prix fixe lunch and were blown away by both the value and the execution. The atmosphere is lively and sophisticated—friend groups catching up over brunch, large multi-generational families, and couples enjoying the afternoon. It has that genuine, bustling "eating in a marketplace" feel that gives it that special vibe. For food, the empanadas were amazing (we tried the beef short rib and the iconic onion/mozzarella—both incredible). My entree was the chicken with mushrooms in an cream sauce, which was flavorful and balanced. We split a side of fries that arrived exactly as they should: piping hot and crunchy. My partner (a sommelier) had a glass of Tannat (the signature Uruguayan red), which was excellent. We finished with the flan which came their famous house-made dulce de leche whipped cream—do not skip this. Service was impeccable. Our waiter, Jordi, was attentive and timed everything perfectly. The venue uses Toast and we loved paying with our mobile wallets. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic, high-energy dining experience
I had an outstanding experience at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and beautifully maintained. The food was exceptional — every dish was perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and presented with great attention to detail. A special mention goes to our waiter, David, who truly elevated our visit. His professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care made the entire evening feel unforgettable. Overall, an incredible dining experience. I highly recommend this place and would gladly return.
If you’re looking for a great restaurant in the heart of Coconut Grove, this is definitely the place to be. I highly recommend the Narbona— the pasta is homemade and absolutely delicious. The entraña was also outstanding, cooked perfectly and full of flavor. For appetizers, the short rib empanadas were on point. The service was very good, although there was a bit of a wait. The only downside is that the A/C could be stronger, especially since they keep the door open, which makes it a bit humid inside.
Daniel was an amazing waiter! He gave us several great recommendations that turned out to be spot-on. His service was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our meal. We really appreciated his hospitality and positive attitude. Oh, and I can’t forget to recommend the dulce de leche pancake for dessert, honestly, one of the best things I’ve ever eaten in my life!
We always come to Narbona for their incredible dulce de leche gelato, but their dining is just as amazing. Federico was fantastic and attentive, and we loved the branzino, the milanesa, and the focaccia bread service. For dessert, get the rogel!!
Food was surprisingly quick and the temp on my meat was perfecttt. The hostess accommodated us even on such a busy day. Daniel, our sever made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He was quick, thoughtful, and polite.
If you’re looking for a beautiful dining experience in Coconut Grove, Narbona is definitely a must-visit. I tried the burrata plate — fresh arugula, perfectly ripe cherry tomatoes, silky burrata drizzled with balsamic, and a generous side of prosciutto — and it was incredible. Everything tasted clean, fresh, and high-quality. Jordi recommended this dish to me, and he absolutely did not miss. The atmosphere is charming and cozy, and the bakery section inside is stunning — pastries, breads, and sweets that make you want to take everything home. Service was attentive and friendly, and even though it gets a little busy, it’s worth the wait. Food: 5/5 | Service: 4/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5 Reservations recommended Wait time: 10–30 minutes Highly recommend stopping by, especially if you want something fresh and beautifully plated. Jordi made sure my experience was perfect.
My friend and I stumbled upon this place in Coco Grove and we were pleasantly surprised! David our server was very warm and happy, he brought me a sample of both soups they had to see which I liked more. The sweet potato fries were SO good that we ordered a second one to go. I could tell it’s a spot where locals go because they kept going for gelato. I’ll have to try that next time! Loved the experience and food thank you
Our server David was phenomenal! The lasagna was exquisite and the burger my boyfriend had was oh so good. His attention to detail and service definitely stood out!
Narbona was great! Awesome food, cool vibe, and really good service. Big shout-out to David; he took care of us the whole time and made everything super easy. Definitely coming back.”
Valeria was the icing on the cake, as my wife said. She was very knowledgeable of the wines and menu. All her suggestions were on point. We will recommend this to all our friends and family. PS One of my friends recommended this restaurant so we made reservations. This was our first time having dinner and will be back again thanks to Valeria.

If you ever want to order a dessert to take home for a family gathering, don’t hesitate to choose Narbona. Every bite took me back to my childhood — to those days when the family gathered around the table, laughter filled the air, and flavors carried that special touch of love that only feels like home. This cake wasn’t made with just ingredients; it was made with memories, feelings, and so much heart. I’m deeply grateful for the love and dedication put into its creation. Not everyone can convey so much through a simple dessert, and that’s what makes the difference between someone who cooks and someone who creates moments. Thank you for giving me back a piece of my story and reminding me that the most authentic flavors are the ones that come from the soul.
Jordi was my server for lunch. I had an amazing time, I came by myself and he made me feel welcomed. The environment he offered me made the food and drinks taste even better. It’s always good to enjoy a place with great food and even better hospitality, 10/10 would come again with or without company!
Ignacio! Was an amazing server! He was attentive, quick on his feet, and gave great recommendations! He was quick to ask if everything was good with our food and if there was anything else we needed or if anything was missing! Narbona is one of my favorite restaurants to go to in coral gables! 100% recommend restaurant and Ignacio! Great night!
Narbona was great! Awesome food, cool vibe, and really good service. Big shout-out to David; he took care of us the whole time and made everything super easy. Definitely coming back.”
Excellent, as always. Our server Daniel gave us some great recommendations. We were super full, but couldn’t leave without stopping by the gelato stand. The gelato is a must!
Had lunch with my son at the bar today and I have to say what a great experience. I don’t usually leave reviews but our server provided one of the best services I have ever gotten in any restaurant. I believe her name was Ary but she provided such a great experience for my son and I. Mangers please give this girl a raise. The food was delicious, the coffee was amazing and I am definitely going to return and recommend to my friends and family.
Delicious spot with amazing value! I had the two-course lunch special, which included an appetizer and an entrée for $25. I went with the spinach empanada to start and the salmon for my main, and both were absolutely flavorful and well-prepared. Pro-tip, the sauce that comes with the empanada really elevates the flavor. This is a great place to visit for a lunch meeting. Totally worth the price for the quality and portions.
We’ve come here several times, and we always have an amazing experience. The food is always delicious, and the service is consistently great. Our server Daniel was very kind and helpful. Thank you so much 🙏🏻
The music of the place was always good, and the food was fast and delicious. The server, David, was extremely attentive, even brining more water before I even turned around to ask. He explained all the food options and also was knowledgeable about the chefs opinions on the food. The desert was outstanding too!
I dined here yesterday and forgot to leave a review so I am now. Our server Raul was super accommodating and friendly to me and my family! Delicious food and great atmosphere.
We had an incredible dinner — the food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. Our waitress, Valeria, was amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and gave us fantastic recommendations that made the meal even better. Her service really elevated the whole experience. Highly recommend dining here and asking for Valeria — she made our night unforgettable!
We’ve become regulars at Narbona because it’s truly a wonderful place. The food and desserts are always delicious, and the service never disappoints. Today, David took care of us—super kind, attentive, fast, and always with a smile! The menu has so many options, our favorites 1. VItello Tonnato, 2. Pepe Burger 3. Dúo de Milanesas 4. Ahí Tuna and to end the most amazing ice cream: Ferrero and pistacho
I eat in Narbona frequently and the food is always delicious. Branzino is what I usually order. Prices are standard. Service is great. The restaurant is casual and big. There is a bodega, a little store inside with some European products. There is also a ice cream store inside and they are delicious! I haven’t try yet the empanadas, but they look good. The only thing that I don’t like are the desserts located in front of the ice cream stand. I believe they are different from the one in the main entrance. Great located inside the Cocowalk. There is parking in the same mall. The restaurant is Argentinian.
I had an excellent experience thanks to Federico. He kindly recommended the provoleta and the rogel for dessert, and both were absolutely delicious. His service was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Federico made the whole visit feel special. Highly recommended!
The waiter Daniel was wonderful. I suggest not ordering the octopus for the money, but the lasagna was nice. Ambiance was great but please no pets. They need to stay home.
David was amazing, friendly, attentive, and very professional. He was great with the kids and made sure everyone felt comfortable. He truly made our experience better!
We arrived in Miami as a family, searching for a place to spend New Year’s Eve, and stumbled upon Narbona. We were welcomed with a complimentary champagne and escorted to our table. The staff explained that the menu included a lavish buffet, and we could also choose our main course. Every dish, from the charcuterie and cheeses to the quality of the meats, was superb. Towards the end, we visited their ice cream factory, where we indulged in tasting each of their delicious flavors (I highly recommend the kumquat). We will undoubtedly return, drawn by their warm hospitality, ambiance, music (a DJ with an amazing set), and the top-notch quality of their ingredients.
Federico took amazing care of us during dinner on a busy Friday night at the restaurant. We’re big fans of Narbona, but continue to come for the great service we always receive. Thanks Federico!
We had an amazing experience at Narbona Coconut Grove! Our server, Daniel, was incredible, very attentive from the moment he welcomed us. He even took photos for us and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere felt warm and family friendly. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to!
Many things can be said about this restaurant. The attention is unbelievably good. We arrived without a reservation but the girl at the reception told us that if we waited 15 minutes she could get us two seats at the bar, the girl came back and we sat down, the girl was very kind and attentive, very charming. Being at the bar they gave us the menu, the restaurant was full of diners. Mrs. Natalia, very attentive, came over and took each order and politely presented us with some fries courtesy of the chef for waiting a few minutes. The food was amazing, the atmosphere of the place is very charming. The place is spacious, very well organized, the staff is very professional and courteous. It was a very good night. I think Ms. Natalia went the extra mile to make us feel much more confident, very caring. They have a human resource in diamonds. 100% recommend this place. We will be back . Thanks for your attention. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
We had an amazing Experience in a family dinner, our server Federico was great, all of his recommendations were delicious, we would definetly come back
Had a wonderful experience at Narbona! Daniel was absolutely amazing — attentive, friendly, and made the whole visit even better. The food was delicious and everything came out fresh and flavorful. Great service and great food. Highly recommend!
We have enjoyed lunch and a very relaxing atmosphere 3 times at Narbona Coconut Grove. Raul is very attentive and professional. The service and food is healthy and High quality. The place quickly became a favorite. Definitely recommend.
The food and service is amazing. Daniel our server was extremely attentive. Ordered the Milanesa, Crab Ravioli, and the Narbona Pizza.
My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Narbona recently and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome throughout our meal. For appetizers, we couldn't resist trying The Best Empanada In Town, and it certainly lived up to its name. Made with succulent short rib, it was beyond delicious and left us craving for more. As for the main course, we opted for the Duo Milanesa with mashed potatoes. The crispy and tender milanesa paired perfectly with the creamy mashed potatoes, creating a delightful combination of flavors and textures. To complement our meal, we enjoyed a refreshing and expertly crafted Twisted Paloma along with a glass of Rosé. Both drinks enhanced our dining experience. And of course, we couldn't leave without indulging in a sweet treat. The Pavlova Narbona stole the show with its light and airy meringue, topped with luscious fruits. It was a truly delicious dessert that left us completely satisfied. Overall, our dining experience at Narbona was nothing short of exceptional. From the great and friendly service to the delectable dishes, every aspect of our meal was memorable. I highly recommend Narbona for anyone looking for a delightful culinary experience.
We had such a lovely experience at Narvona Restaurant! The service was outstanding so kind, attentive, and always with a smile. We felt truly welcome and well taken care of from start to finish. Thank you, Raul, for making our visit so special. We can’t wait to come back! 💛
We had a wonderful birthday lunch and David was our server for the second time. He is very attentive, kind, and overall has a warm, positive attitude. I took his recommendation for jasmine tea and LOVED it. He made sure our order was put in accurately, reading it back to us once finished. Everything was cooked to perfection, as usual, and was brought out promptly and with care. I ordered the Branzino and it was even better than last time. Thanks for another amazing dining experience! :D
Guillermo took care of us, he was excellent, he was always making sure we were ok , bringing more bread, extra ice, picking up as soon as we finished. The service he provided you do not come across often. The food was excellent as always and the ambiance lively!!
I went to have dinner with my family… everything was amazing.. our server Valeria, made the best suggestions, and she was also very kind, helpful and attentive.. she really made our experience so great. Food and drinks were delicious. We are definitely coming back!!
Absolutely loved this place! The food was fresh and flavorful — you can tell everything is made with care and quality ingredients. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal or catching up with friends or family. Special thanks to our server Valeria, who was genuinely warm, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Her service was top-notch, professional yet personal. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Great service and great prices. Went in June and was served by Diego Sebastian- he offered great selections, made a "customed" plate for us of pesto sauce, pasta, and a seafood mix. Went recently and tried their almond croissant. They warmed it up for us and it was way better than the croissants they have in nearby French bakeries. We will continue to go for dinner and an occasional croissant (:
Federico took great care of us today. He was friendly, attentive, and really knew the menu, which made ordering so much easier. Everything he recommended was spot-on, and he checked in on us at the perfect moments. He made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. I’d definitely come back and ask for him again.
It was my first time having dinner in this restaurant and we just randomly picked it just by looking at the outside and it did not disappoint. From the second we walked in we were treated with amazing service. David, our waiter was extremely attentive and made the experience so much better. The wine and the Entraña were my favorite thing of our dinner. The steak was absolutely delicious. David was extremely nice and took care of any and all of our needs and preferences.
David was a SPECTACULAR waiter! Helpful, patient, nice, friendly, fun, happy energy. I ordered to ahi tuna dish and was confused on how I should order the tuna and he explained that their tuna was sushi grade and that the chef recommends ordering it Medium Rare. Best decision of my life 😂 The tuna was perfectly soft and it had this delicious sauce it was in. Totally recommend that plate and I’m grateful for David helping me order the right one. I was also indecisive on ice cream flavors and he was patient and helped me choose the Mango ice cream. Also very refreshing choice. David was a great waiter, the food was great and the vibes of the restaurant amazing 🩷
I’ve been a regular at Narbona Coffee bar for their reliably delicious flat white coffee and indulgent pistachio cheesecake, but this time I decided to try something new— the pasta chip gelato. And wow, it was a pleasant surprise! It’s a perfect balance of texture and flavor, offering something both savory and satisfying. The atmosphere at Narbona remains cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a lunch, dinner a leisurely treat or a quick pick-me-up. Weather out for dinner with the family or just taking a stroll and feel like a good coffee and dessert or gelato, I highly recommend it for anyone.
Norkis was an AMAZING waitress with excellent service! She was attentive and made sure that everything was up to par with our needs and requests. Wonderful food (with great recommendations and explanations of menu items). We will certainly be back!
I had an amazing experience at Narbona Coconut Grove thanks to Norkis. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive the entire time. You can tell she really cares about the customers she explained everything clearly, gave great recommendations, and made sure we were taken care of. Her service honestly made the visit so much better. If you go, definitely look for Norkis. She’s wonderful!
The coffee bar was so inviting that we stopped in for just coffee and desert. I had the flat white and it’s was delicious, my friends had double expresso shots and they also loved theirs. NOW for the dessert…. Wow wow wow we had a Pistachio cheesecake and a chocolate croissant - Both we picture worthy and put of this world delicious. The service was excellent our barista Jennifer was fantastic!! We’re def coming back for lunch or dinner and leaving room for coffee and desert!! :)
Jordi was my server for lunch. I had an amazing time, I came by myself and he made me feel welcomed. The environment he offered me made the food and drinks taste even better. It’s always good to enjoy a place with great food and even better hospitality, 10/10 would come again with or without company!
I had an excellent dining experience at Narbona. The food was outstanding, with perfectly prepared grilled dishes. The restaurant was spotless, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The wine recommendation was spot on, and finishing the evening with their delicious ice creams was the perfect touch. A special thanks to Jordi, our server, for his attentive and friendly service that made the night even more enjoyable.
We had an amazing dinner tonight! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was incredible, and the service was outstanding. Daniel took such great care of us — he truly made our experience even more special. We were celebrating Valentine’s Day, and it couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend this place!
such a lovely and beautiful restaurant. Very relaxing and nice atmosphere. Such great taste. My husband and I ordered the picanha guacha. SO GOOD!!! Amazing flavor and so soft. Great serving for $33 bucks. The fries and the sauces were great too. They have nice little store inside to buy things like gelato and macaroons
We love coming here the cool vibe and relaxed atmosphere make it one of our favorite spots. The food is always excellent, from the restaurant to the gelato counter and even the little shop with its carefully selected products. The staff are truly professional and welcoming. This morning Ignazio at the bar served us one of the best cappuccinos we’ve had in the area and made us feel so cared for with his kindness and professionalism. We’ll definitely be back soon!
Amazing experience! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The service was outstanding, especially Daniel, he was the best waiter and made our night even better. We’ll definitely be back!
Literally the best restaurant ever!! David was the best server we have ever had! He was always there when we needed him, went out of his way to edit our dishes to how we liked, and had the kindest heart! I genuinely felt like he cared about us! The food was out of this world good as well! If you are looking for Uruguayan/Argentinian cuisine, this is the place to go! My wife and I used our AMEX Resy credit for this place for the first time today, and now that we’ve experienced how it is, we will be coming back as many times as we can! We highly highly recommend this restaurant!
We traveled all the way from Salt Lake City, Utah, to visit Nirvana Coconut Grove, and it was absolutely worth every mile. From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent from start to finish. A special shoutout to our server David, who made our experience truly memorable with outstanding service. The food, the atmosphere, and the hospitality were all top notch. We give this place a solid 10 out of 10 and cannot recommend it enough. If you have the chance to visit, do not hesitate. We will definitely be back!

Great atmosphere. Clean and spacious. Feels spacious. The sandwiches are delicious. Also the breakfast offerings. Deep Rich drip coffee. Who needs a latte?! Highly recommend.
We dined at Narbona in Coconut Grove with friends during a brief stay in Miami. Our experience was much less than the online average. On a Tuesday night, it wasn’t that busy, yet service lagged due to service of a very large group nearby. We ordered a bottle of Prosecco for the table, which was self-service after the initial pour. Entrees included the chicken parm, crab ravioli, and a couple of picanha gauchas. The pastas were generally slightly undercooked, a bit too al dente. The steaks were served as ordered, but not very tender. The steak knives did not help, a bit dull, made cutting the steaks a challenge. A couple of trufata narbonas for dessert ended the evening… balls of pistachios gelato, covered with crushed pistachios and covered with dulce de leche… a great finish! Narbona could improve, but still a good meal. Nice gelato and specialty food shop in the back! Recommend.

The food was excellent- we asked for a white sangria waiter said they did not make it but he would ask, came back and said yes by the glass - when we got the bill the glass was $18 tax and tip, kind of outrageous we were 5 and each ordered one. Drink was good but did not taste like Sangria or even felt like it had wine. Overall I would go back and order a bottle of wine better
A+ service from Raul. He went above and beyond and made sure we were satisfied. We got delighted with the food and the desert was superb. The ambient is lovely. The prices are higher than what I expected but you could say are in correspondence with the place. I recommend it for a fancy celebration 🎉
Met a friend for dinner. He picked the place. The restaurant is really nice and the staff was very friendly. Our waiter Melissa was really nice. The restaurant also has a market of gourmet products. We were not so hungry so we ordered several starters to share and a bottle of white wine. Everything was quite good. We had the "Two is Better" (chorizo and morcilla), Artichokes and Empanadas. I liked the artichokes and the empanadas better
It’s a beautiful restaurant and café with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The service is attentive and friendly - special thanks to Daniel, our server, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. That said, the food could use some improvement. My lobster risotto was quite salty and lacked depth of flavor. The lobster shell was not completely removed, making it a bit of a hassle to crack and peel. While no wet tissues were provided, the waitress quickly found a solution by moistening napkins with water, which I appreciated. Overall, I enjoyed the service and ambiance, but there’s room for improvement on the food presentation and taste.

I wanted to share some feedback from my visit today at Narbona Coconut Grove. I’m a regular and usually enjoy the food, but the $35 lunch special fell short. • We were at table 3 • I ordered the carpaccio di manzo (three total at the table): one was fresh, but two were clearly from the day before and very small • I had the steak with mashed potatoes for my main course, and it was also below the usual standard • The dessert was delicious, but overall the lunch special felt mediocre compared to what you normally serve I say this with respect because I genuinely like the restaurant. If the lunch special can’t match your usual quality, it might be better not to offer it. I hope management can take a look so the consistency stays strong. Thank you.
My friend and I arrived for an afternoon lunch (between 2 and 3 pm). The pizza was delicious whereas the calamari was ok. The ambiance was nice. However, the service left a lot to be desired; the maitre d who greeted us did not seem friendly. In addition, the waiter disappeared halfway through the lunch, and we had to ask for another waiter for requests, including one for the check. It was strange that there were no knives (only forks and serviettes) provided on the table. We were seated near the private dining room, whereas those seated near the bar and in front of the deli and food store were looked after better.

Very nice restaurant but it was expensive for what we had. Wife had a salad and i had $35 seafood linguini. Bread was provided but average. $70 lunch with no drinks. Very nice atmosphere

The food was very delicious, no complaints at all. Unfortunately, the service from our waitress was very poor. I’m not sure if she had too many tables, but when we were placing the order, my sister-in-law clearly informed her that she is allergic to seafood. The waitress said it would not be a problem because they have two different fryers, etc. Luckily, Daniel (the manager) came to take our order and my sister-in-law asked him the same question again. He was honest and explained that sometimes there can be cross-contamination in the fryer. Thanks to him, a serious allergic reaction was avoided. We truly appreciate his professionalism and honesty. After we started eating, the waitress came back briefly to say that Daniel had helped her and that she would be taking care of us — but after that, she disappeared again. We had to wait a long time to order desserts and coffee, and no one came to clear the table. All four dirty plates stayed on the table for over 10 minutes. Daniel was excellent and very attentive, but Norkis R clearly needs much more training, especially when it comes to food allergies and basic table service. 01/21/26 1:41pm
I really wanted to visit this place, and honestly I was very disappointed. I want to clarify that I came for brunch, not dinner. However, for a place located in such a great spot in Cocowalk at Coconut Grove, and charging $17 for this plate, I have to be really demanding. I will only add one picture of what I ordered, because I think it’s disappointing enough. I ordered the TWO ORGANIC EGGS ANY STYLE, which comes with a choice of eggs, served with roasted tomatoes, roasted potatoes, bacon, and toasted bread. What I received was very poorly presented. I could have done better at home. I got two eggs, a few potatoes, ONE tomato that wasn’t even roasted, and one old piece of toast, all for $17? And on top of that, the plate was served dirty. I am really, really disappointed with this place.

I ordered the skirt steak with chimichurri, which according to the menu is supposed to come with chimichurri sauce, a baked sweet potato, and I added a side of mixed vegetables. When the food arrived, there was no chimichurri sauce, and the steak was served as a dry, unsliced piece of meat—completely inconsistent with how skirt steak is normally prepared and served. After the food was dropped, it took about 10 minutes for the waiter to finally come check on us. When I explained that the dish was not as described on the menu, the waiter initially told me it does not come with chimichurri but said he could bring some anyway. I asked for the menu, and when I read the description out loud—which clearly states chimichurri comes with the skirt steak—he changed his story and admitted that it does come with chimichurri, usually on the side. At that point, the steak had been sitting there getting cold due to the delay and misinformation, and I no longer wanted it. I asked to order the salmon instead. The waiter said he had to get a manager. The manager came out and said the only thing they could do was bring the chimichurri sauce—nothing else. I explained that this was unacceptable because the kitchen made a mistake, the waiter took too long to check on us, and I didn’t want to eat a cold, poorly prepared steak. The manager then said he would take the steak away but refused to let me order anything else. To make matters worse, he also took away my side of mixed vegetables, which was a separate add-on, on a separate plate, and something I was actively eating and had no issues with. That was incredibly rude and unnecessary. After that, the waiter returned with the check and told us we still had to pay for the skirt steak, even though it was completely untouched. He also insisted I pay for the vegetables that were taken away mid-meal. I refused, as I was not going to pay for food I did not eat and for mistakes that were entirely the restaurant’s fault. This experience was absolutely ridiculous—from the kitchen error, to the waiter lying and backtracking, to the manager’s refusal to resolve the issue in any reasonable way. The behavior was rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic customer service or accountability.
