They have had a line super long because all this electricity being off on us and they were getting the food out so fast!!! Thank you guys for working so hard for feeding us! I know some of their employees had no electricity at their houses and they still showed up and showed out for their customers!! Give that staff a raise! You guys rock!!

The cashier was so funny! Great service, and the food especially the chicken sandwich could have been better. Too much bread and not enough chicken honestly! Fresh made pot pie was the saving grace though! Much better experience this time around! Will be back before the year is out!

Have not been to KFC in 30 Thursdays! (Maybe longer) So decided to get the 5 dollar tender meal. What a great deal. 3 tenders, fries, biscuit and a drink? WoW ! You can also get spicy tenders. For the price not bad. Thought the tenders would be small but were not. Loved it and very great service. Will definitely be going back

The food was fresh and delicious. The employees were friendly and respectful. There was an Anglo man try I g to pic an argument with a young Hispanic employee by the name of Justin as well as the Cashier, Janie. The man was being rude and hateful and asked Justin had "hate" for him. His response was nothing but professional, courteous and maintained composure. This young man will go far. He has a very promising future with his attitude. After I complimented him his response to me was "when you need a job you have to do what you have to do to keep it." So many his age would have looked at it the other way and said, "I don't need this job that bad!" Kudos to Justin! You are AWESOME! BTW WE WERE AT KFC AT BALDWIN BY DEL MAR COLLEGE.

Food was good as expected, only downside was they now have kiosks to order but I was paying in cash so I couldn't use it as it only took card. So I had to wait for a good amount of time at the counter as ppl walked by and ignored me until I got my order taken

Everything is great I received great customer service ,Just a friendly FYI understand this is the only KFC in that area Some Days are Busy and Some Days it's slow Nothing wrong with asking how long the wait is going to be If you see it's one of those busy Days Have patience with the workers And Have A Wonderful and joyful meal with your family.. I like that that they have a Kiosk ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just wanna say thank you to the manager of this place. You really earn up to this position. Kind, Courteous and takes care of his customers. The place was clean as usual. Employees were nice and so was the manager. Love coming here for the food but makes it more comfortable having workers around that take care of their customers. One of my favorite places. Thanks for being good to me and my family.

We are from Illinois and they are closing almost all of the KFC down and also Long John Silvers. My husband got KFC and it was hot and fresh and I ordered from LJS and we drove from Portland to Rockport and all the food was still hot and fresh. That was a super high point for us. It was so so good. They was super busy so didnt get to interact with the staff but they stayed on top of everything the best they could. No complaints!!

Food at this KFC is always good and staff is very friendly. My favorite is the chicken pot pie. The crust is flaky and delicious. The dining room could certainly use a makeover, but I've never had a bad experience here.

Go-Cups only 2.99 choose from white meat popcorn chicken & potato wedges or white meat chicken strips & wedges. Not bad for a quick bite. Drive-thru is quick..staff courteous. Knock on wood...but never got the wrong order here. 👌 Awesome!

Place had flies , and service was slow only one person other than me inside . Plenty of people are working. One worker out on side talking to someone casually, 2 customers waiting to be waited on. Not friendly at all takes order after 10 minutes waiting. Get home, and one of the pot pies is all slanted to the side, just no care at all.

I was extremely shocked when I realized they took away the potato wedges, and substituted them with a fry version. Even still, it isn't the same. This location had a remodel done awhile back. So If you remember it having the buffet it isn't there any longer, sadly. But the remodel is nice. The employees are pretty cool. The soda machine was down.

This KFC needs a remodeling. Corporate has let it go down hill. But the workers and the food was excellent. I used the app to order ahead of time. When I got there they were slammed. Like super busy. Drive through line was extremely long. Most of the fountain ⛲ drinks were out. The franchise owner of this place needs to invest some cash into it. It needs a remodel. But the chicken is excellent. Workers are excellent. Customers are rude as hell to them. I noticed their bad behavior while waiting for their orders to be ready. Other than that. Great KFC location.

The line to order was ridiculous. The woman taking the orders was not very sharp. They gave one guy's order that was waiting inside to a drive-thru customer. That guy had to wait another 15 minutes. The food was good so...3 stars.

food is usually great here, but you guys really need to drug screen your employees. Last night y'all had a meth head who was intoxicated working the cash register. She kept getting my order wrong and make me repeat it 4 times. Order still came out wrong.

The manager was very helpful but when we got our order we didn't get some of our food and the drinks had to much ice,the lobby was needing a little help, bathroom where a little needing of some cleaning. I've also decided to get some cookies and we where going to pay for them after my husband said that we want cookies and the loo lady at the register said well are you going to pay for the cookies my husband said yes, that was rude. I think they just need a little help. It was not so bad as it sounds but just needs help especially when they are hiring new employees but other than that the food was great. This was on Staples and Ayers across from Delmar College

Truly disappointed! I have been there many times & will probably not come again for a long time. Service is really bad. Long wait. People are driving away for good reason! I waited 30 minutes for a family order. Paid $30.00 & used a quarter tank of gas. Finally got home & ate, not worth the wait.

Tenders were hard and cold. I ordered the combo and it seemed like something was missing?? Maybe the dipping gravy? I wanted the chicken pot pie but I was informed that they were done for the day making the pies. It was only about 5pm😳

I visited the location close to Baldwin and Staples. I did so twice within a month. The first time I went it was great I had the chicken strip sandwich with the wedge french fries yum yum. I also had a side of the peach cobbler awesome. Which was the reason I went back the second time love that peach cobbler and those wedge french fries. However the second time I went they told me that they could not sell me a side of the peach cobbler like they had the first time. How disappointing I haven't been back since.

I have always loved KFC, the only thing that I didn't like this time is I got there an hour before they closed and they didn't have any crispy recipe left and I wanted more than 3 chicken strips but the lady said they only had regular and only 3 tenders. Are they not supposed to make more? Then when I got the food from the window, I only had 2 of the 3 boxes, and when I said I was missing something I was told it was all there. I told the guy I ordered 3 meals and there were only 2 meal boxes, he said oh and took it back.

I ordered to go and waited patiently for 30min due to crispy chicken still cooking which was fine with me for the 10min they had said but turned into 20+min so I figured it's fine I'll get everything fresh ,but that was not the case. The crispy chicken was the only fresh item and I don't think they even drained it in a basket because my bucket was soaked with grease and all of my regular chicken got soaked with grease and it made all the regular crust on the chicken fall off to where it mad eit only skin,then my sons chicken strips were barley warm along with our fries and our mash didn't have any gravy. If I was back there cooking n working I would of been decent enough and have the common sense to make sure ²all the food was fresh and hot especially to a customer that did not mind waiting and didn't give a hard time like most. It's 3 stars for me because all in all the manager was nice and dealing with an angry customer at drive thru n I understand the fast food business plus regardless of all that the chicken was still good after we soaked up all the grease with napkins. Thank you!

I went through the drive through and they asked me to pull ahead and they would bring my food. After 30 minutes I went inside and waited another 15 minutes to get my food.

Most of the staff are nice. They never seem to have extra crispy chicken. No matter what time I order there's always a wait. I waited almost an hour for my chicken last time that I had ordered online because they kept giving all of the extra crispy to the people in the drive thru.

Pros: Chicken sandwich was nice-sized & tasty. Pot pie was a decent size & the crust was good, but the filling was rather bland. Cons: The size of the boneless "wings" is a joke (really just itty bitty nuggets). They left out the sauce we requested. The service is horrible & basically non-existent. Both workers were rude. Don't tell a customer to "read the sign", just politely relay the message if they overlook it. They're "order at the kiosk not the counter" system needs work. Men's recipe was gross. Upshot: Would not visit this location again.

The cashier Lestat was rude, stopped taking my order to crap talk to his fellow associates.... Food was great.... But 3 associates were on the phone, rude to other customers..... The tables were dirty, floors were not swept.... Both men's and women's bathroom were undeniably disgusting.... Not it matters to these people, but we will NEVER come back here....

Food was ok but the restaurant was very dirty and the staff was rude. The fountain drinks tasted nasty and the tea was just overloaded with sugar. They had no unsweet tea out or straws and when you had to ask for something the staff didn't want to be bothered. The customer before us had ordered some kind of bowl that was supposed to have chicken mixed with mash and corn and let's just say they forgot the chicken and he was pretty upset. Trash was all over the floors and one of the employees walked passed the trash and just bobbed his head!!!!!

We ordered our food through the drive thru, we ordered 20 pc hot wings and a large cole slaw. They asked if we still wanted them bc it would take 10 minutes, we said that’s fine. We pulled up paid. Our receipt said 4:23. We waited at the door for our order. She came out at 5:05 and said “Did y’all have the wings?” And I said “yes ma’am, is the cole slaw in there?” She says “Should be” 😑😑😑 cmon lady. I didn’t even say anything about waiting 40 minutes and you couldn’t have courtesy to say I apologize about the wait or checked to make sure all my food was there. I’m sorry I was an inconvenience to you. If it wasn’t that my father loves your wings so much I wouldn’t come back.

The food was disappointing 😕. I order the spicy chicken sandwich with 🍟. The spicy chicken sandwich was very dry no flavor even the sauce was blend no flavor. The service was great on point fast courteous helpful. The atmosphere let just say , KFC need a face lifed need fresh paint job inside of restaurant. The floors need to be done over and I don't mean by mopping the floors. New Floors !!!!

I would of gave no stars but the fries, coleslaw and mac and cheese was good. Asked me if I wanted a bigger cup for 25 cents more and filled up the whole cup with ice and I asked for light ice. The chicken sandwich tasted like it was microwaved breading was soft not crunchy ended up giving it to the stray dogs . Check your breading before u leave unfortunately I checked when I got to work . Waited 20 mins

Their food is always good and fresh I love that, but the employees attitudes need to change I didn't greeted at the drive thru speaker nor get told my total. As I pulled to the window no greetings no smile, just take my money throw my food at me and slam the window closed like what kind of service is that? Rude people, places an order for the $30 deal, got to hotel and was missing 8 pc tenders and biscuits, called them to tell them and they practically accused me of lying... no utensils, no napkins and said they could give me a number to call but they couldnt do anything about it! Called customer service and got a refund.....it would of just taken a sorry ma'am, come get what you are missing

If it were a possibility to give 0 stars I would. It’s mind blowing how DUMB the workers here are. It’s astonishing how you can CONFIRM an order MULTIPLE times and they still get it wrong !? Then I call to complain and the manager wants to try and get sassy ? Oh no honey you want to be rude because you and your workers are incompetent to typing in an order and putting it in a bag? So here we are. As we were ordering we wanted to upgrade our fries and they said that’s not possible so they gave us two small, like a Large was NOT an option even if we paid more? Doesn’t make sense, whatever. But to confirm my order with me then still get it wrong there has to be some form of training required.

The service was super slow it took 15 minutes to place an order then another 8-10 minutes. So when I was given the girl didn't even respond with a smile. Even if she was wearing her mask you can see a person's smile in their eyes. And when I requested condiments it seemed to bother her . I said thank you and not a single word to acknowledge me as a customer.

Ewww what has happened to Kentucky Fried Chicken?? I use to love there food but it has gone down. I liked ordering the famous bowl for lunch and just recently I picked one up I was so disappointed 😞. The pieces of Chicken in it tasted old or overcooked couldn't even taste Chicken it tasted more like overcooked Chicken skin or left over crisp parts from the chicken . It's was so salty too. I won't be coming back I'm so disappointed.

I love KFC, but last night was terrible. I wanted crispy chicken but would have to wait 30 min for it. So settled for tenders. Wanted gravy but would be charged extra I said ok. Wanted root beer but didn't have any. My son asked for mashed potatoes but was given mac & cheese. He took it back asking for his mash & my gravy he got 2 mash. He took it back & asked for gravy she kept insisting it was gravy when clearly you could see it was mash. Our meals came with cookies but there was none. No big deal. OMG it was a mess. Over all the pot pies were great. My son & granddaughter were happy.

Made a phone order they hung up on me then tried to call back and no answer so then came and went to the drive-thru sat there for 5 min no one answered the drivethru so I had to get off and go inside to order I asked why they hung up on me know one knew what I was talking about so I asked the boy upfront why did none answer the drivethruhe said oh that girl is always in the restroom but don't you think you would have someone else at the drivethru bery terrible service manager needs to tighten up their shift

Can't even describe how horrible our order was tonight. Ordered a 12 piece meal via online. Arrived at the store location at the time requested by order. Arrived at the store location, Drive thru was highly occupied. So went inside to get order, order was given wrong order. Explained thst we was given wrong order and received attitude from manager.. After explaining about 4 more times we finally recieved the correct order. Chicken was both fresh and some old pieces. It was just worthless. I could use the biscuits as a hockey puck! Shame on KFC for not having better quality of product.

Food was ice cold when it was sopose to be hot brought it up to manager and she stated she could not controll the temperature of the food. I asked her can she drop fresh chicken and she also said that thay just came up which i know was a lie i have worked fast food before and i could tell the chicken was not fresh. I get way better service from Popeye"s or churches. Save your money and go some where else

Walked in without looking around, just placed my order. After I turned around to find a table I realized it was the most filthy place I'd ever been to. I had to ask if they would please clean the tables cause there was not 1 clean table. The floors were covered in trash and what looked like dried mud. Dirty tables and floor. Soda fountain area sticky needed to be cleaned up. Out of crispy dark meat chicken... 25-28 minute wait time. Was offered crispy white meat, but was given original...asked for mash potatoes no gravy...was given mash with gravy... Smh... Will not return.

The location at 2111 South Staples Street in corpus Christi Texas cannot handle the volume of customers that it receives. Right now, the line is out into the street because the doors are locked and no one is answering the phone. I'm just here to pick up an order for an Uber eats customer and I'm having to wait and go through the line with everyone else. I'm not saying I'm special, but this isn't the way that it's supposed to be. This customer's order has already been placed. They could have at least answered the phone and brought it out to me. Therefore, this location should not receive the volume of customers that it does.

We ordered our meal threw the drive thru and we had to park and wait for our meals for about 30 minutes or more and the other vehicles were getting there meals before us. I went inside of the restaurant and asked what was taking so long and the employees said that they were short staff. I was just wanting my money back but then the employee handed me my order. We won't be going to the restaurant anymore.

Chicken was horrible. Appeared to be overcooked, soggy and greasy as if it had been sitting in grease for hours and then reheated. It turned into mush when handled. And the biscuits were definitely overcooked and dry. Just horrible and too expensive. Never again will we buy KFC. Paid $17.00 for 2 meals…Total waste of money!! 🤮😡

The worst experience I ever had. When I got there at 830, there were two cars ahead of me and no one behind me. They immediately parked me and I waited 30 minutes before I finally went inside. I expected them to be short staffed but they had about 6 employees. A man inside who had waited awhile said they weren’t even making orders, just cleaning the store. I almost waited 40 minutes for my food, and they looked to be fully staffed. The manager didn’t seem to care at all. I find it funny that they survey code on my receipt was ripped off as well so I couldn’t even provide feedback. Super disappointing.

I went and ordered yesterday night; i got famous bowls and a spicy chicken sandwich. Chicken sandwich was just 2 chicken strips with hot sauce in it. 2 pieces of bread, hot sauce, and 2 strips… it was not the best at all. They never mentioned they were out of these items but still gave me gross versions of the food. The bowls had a ripped up chicken strips in it (not chopped or cut definitely ripped up by hand) fries were all cold and the bag was so soggy from them it started deteriorating. Listen to the reviews. Clearly they are like this for a reason.(not to mention I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for this nasty food.)

There was on online order placed but to to the wrong location we tried to cancel the KFC online but couldn’t was told we had to call an 800 # The staples location gave us the wrong # to call they gave us grub hub , then we called back and the Manager was very rude a defensive when we asked for the order number saying very aggressively she cannot cancel the order , it took us 45 minutes to be able to cancel an order that was ridiculous! Will never order online or go to the staples location very rude customer service The whole experience was horrific !

My first experience with this location was not a good one. I went through the drive thru around 9pm. The line was fairly short...only two cars ahead of me but I waited about 15 minutes to get to the window. The lady at the window took my money for my order and asked me to pull ahead to wait -- she did not say how long the wait would be. About 30 minutes later I had enough. I went in and (politely) asked for a refund. The manager didn't even bother to come around to the counter to talk to me about it. Instead she gave the money to the drive thru cashier who gave it to me and said "we've been telling everybody that there's a long wait." Everybody except me, apparently. I could've baked a whole chicken in the time I waited there. Hopefully this was an off-night and I will have better luck in the future, but given that the manager -- or the cashier -- didn't even bother to apologize, I might have to find another KFC.

Worst KFC I've ever had! This location didn't even have chicken one time when I tried to get dinner fir my Dad and I. Won't ever go there again.

Customer service was terrible. People were complaining that their food orders were wrong. The manager was arguing with the customer because the customer ordered the wrong box number. Our order was overheated and dried. The chicken was totally nasty and dried up. We will never return to that location.

The dinning haul was messy. Food and trash all over the place. It was gross. The restaurant was not busy so I don't understand why they didn't wipe down tables and sweep and mop. I question what the kitchen looks like. corporate needs to help this store out.

I was disappoinnned in the food and service for the 1st time Due to the lady at the windoNow debra was the name on my reciept. That was before i drove all the way home and found out i recieved the wrong chicken. How disappointed i was. If there had been a Minus star. But when i called back to talk to a manager she said no and i asked who i was speaking to could i have her name she said rudely NO. I enformed her of my problem. I asked again she said NO. But she would ask for my name.. Isaid u wont give me your name.she still said no. Than i realized SHE WAS THE CASHIER THAT WAS RUDE TO ME AT THE DRIVE THRU. SO I HUNG UP.

I was a restaurant general manager for KFC so I know what the chicken is supposed to look and taste like. My wife who was an assistant manager for years at KFC went in ordered a $20 bucket and an 6 piece hot wings, got home and realized that the chicken and wings were old and cold dark and shriveled up. When we took the food back to be remade the manager told us that , that is fresh and the way it's supposed to look! #verydissapointed

Worst drive thru experience ever: Speaking system seemed to be broken and we didn't understand while ordering. They delayed almost 15 minutes, forgot bringing soft drinks, had never included french fries and didn't give me a receipt. KFC owners should take care losing customers.

If I could give the service no stars I would. I ordered about 6:38 pm on 1/12/2026 my daughter went in to grab the order since the mobile app said it was ready.. she’s in the store no one acknowledged her at the register instead they helped others that came after her.. so my daughters still standing there being ignored and the women in the front saw my daughter still standing there and she rolled her eyes at my daughter because she wanted to be serviced! Mind you my daughter is 10! We get the order my daughter is feeling so bad about the incident and kept asking all night what she did wrong for the girl to give her attitude when she just wanted to grab her food. When I open the bag to my amazement gravy all over the bucket of chicken, gravy spilled all in the bag. I felt that was very intentional and will not be returning and am going to spread the word on my socials and thru family and friends to not go to this location. They DO NOT care about their customers or how their orders are received. Thanks for ruining our diner and thanks for causing pain to my daughter. I will never have service here again because of you!

Very dirty and they had just opened. Coke machines in dining area down, ordered through the kiosk and when asked for my receipt they ignored me. I was given the option to dine in or carry out. I chose dine in and they still packed my food to go. When I went to the counter for a refill I was completely ignored. Employees made eye contact but did not assist. Mobile app has been down for months. Unfortunately I was on my lunch break and the other kfc location is not convenient. Managers and employees have horrible attitudes and customer service. Guess when you lead by example it shows. I hope changes are made asap because I would be sad to see another business close down due to lack of integrity and work ethic

My mom and I went KFC on Staples St. 3 Tuesdays ago. First they didn’t have the ingredients ready. The manager forgot order them. And again they forgot turn on the fryer. The manager told my mom and I it was hour delay to things ready. Why open @ 10 when you don’t have things ready. I think it’s poor management. When you have business you come early to things ready before the lunch rush.

Food was cold, I asked for no gravy on mashed potatoes and they put gravy. Went to exchange the mashed potato and was ignored. There was a guy that went in and filled a cup with soda and they didn't even notice.

Awful experience. Took my entire lunch hour just to get my mediocre food. Service is non existent, managers don’t know what they’re doing, staff is clueless and moving like slugs during the busiest hour for service. Terrible terrible terrible

Well, my experience was this: I called ahead to order 2 chicken pot pies because I was craving them fresh ( I am pregnant and these cravings can get serious jeje) , they told me that it would take like 25 minutes to cook because I wanted them fresh, but that they had several potpies ready to go in case the wait was an issue for me. I told the lady in the phone that it was completely fine since I had to drive 20 min to get there anyways. Well, it took me 30 min to get there ( plenty of time for my order to be cooked) plus I was trying to make a promotion code work so I might it take a little longer to actually go inside store. My call ahead was around 6:55 pm. I was in drive thru approx 7:30 pm. With a few car in front of me, I would say 3 maybe. The woman in the drive thru confirm my order that I made online and she said ok drive forward never mentioning what I am about to say next . My order was the 2 potpies and 2 piece chicken with a side and biscuit. During the drive thru confirmation the woman was rushing and not really caring much about being nice. Well, my bf and I got to the window and I wanted to ask if I was able to get 2 thighs for my 2 pieces of chicken. The woman that seemed to be the manager ( I used to work in a KFC few years ago) was super rude with us, telling us well, we already sold the potpies because you guys never came and I just sold them and she proceeded to smack the window, then I got frustrated because that was not the question that I wanted to ask her so after trying to get her attention with signs, I used my cars horn and she came to us again just to heard this with a worst attitude than before : already said that I sold the pot pies, it would take like 10 more minutes if you guys want them fresh. You guys never came or say anything . At this point I was really disappointed by how she was acting ( terrible customer service) and I have no choice to said to cancel my order since the fact that she sold the potpies that ordered ahead was disrespectful enough, then the rudness of that woman with black hair and looking mad at everyone, plus my order taking so long. It was enough for me. We left immediately after the poor treatment. I can mention that I used to work in a KFC and in a busier area before and I can understand how hard it is, but at almost 8 pm it doesn't get to the point to treat the customers like they are not worth it. I guess is the KFC name declining and hiring people that is unhappy with what they do. And for the refund process of my order... Pointless, not helpful at all, almost 20 dollars was charge without getting my food and driving 20 min for nothing. It is unbelievable how rude that woman was with us. Not recommended at all, unless you want urgently to be treated like trash.

Lol, I went through the drive thru at an empty KFC. I was told I was better off going inside because there was orders in front of me😂 didn't make any sense, but I think the kid was repeating what the manager was saying. Not cool at all! So I came to where I know I'll get good service WHAT A BURGER

Ordered a pickup order last sunday, worst experience I have had in a LONG time. Chicken not close to be ready by stated time, staff totally inattentive and even insulting. I left after a good while even though our order had been prepaid. We have called KFC twice, left messages, never got a response. These people do not deserve to be in the service industry.

Well all restaurants by the shore should know 90% of the people who drive up are not from here and I dislike when someone orders mash potatoes or Mac n cheese that we cannot eat with our fingers. I would give them minus five stars if I could. I place an order through the KFC app. and when I get there to pick it up, I'm told it was already picked up. So they either gave my order to another person or called one of their buddy's to come pick it up. The employees were very rude and I was told they were not going to make it right. They basically told me to stick it in my ear. I've tried to get a hold of the corporate office with no luck. So I guess I'm out 32 bucks. So beware ordering online with they people, they don't seem to care that their employees are ripping off the customers. So please don't order online or their app. it's a freaking joke. Save your money go to Popeyes or some other place.

Went for a drive-thru. Ordered a meal for three and ordered 2 fries. Paid for it, but then I forgot the ranch sauce, so I asked if I could add ranch. The server gave it to me for free and told me next time there's a charge. I told him in ik paying for it and he said it's ok. Parked at the parking lot because we were hungry. But we're missing out on utensils and one order of fries. Went back inside. Gave me what I need but when I checked d the fries they put only 6 pcs of fries. I payed for $2+ for that just to get 6pcs!!! Ridiculous!!! I went back in again, told them about my fries. The server took it and added 5 more pcs!!!!

Went in today with my family and stood in front of the counter and to my surprise no acknowledgement given to us even though they saw us standing there. We then noticed the kiosks behind us so we ordered and waited for our food. Go up to the counter after we got our food, and all I wanted was some honey for my biscuits. Saw me standing there but no one said anything. Finally a cook from the back yelled out "front counter" and the guy from drive thru came to help me, mind you he looked at me earlier while I was there. He was to busy talking with a fellow employee who was sitting down rubbing her belly, which she was pregnant. Beautiful thing but not in front of customers. Just very lazy people who work at this location. Very poor management, need to refresh all the employees.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 45 minute wait no food. Manager tried to steal my phone when I asked for my money back. Yelled at my boyfriend for recording when the manager refused to give me my phone and a refund. Corporate was called and the cops were called. Never again.

I normally dont do reviews but KFC is not what I remember. First they give my order away and when I come to pick up the higher up guy just looked at me like "Oh well, someone already picked it up" I feel like if I would've not spoke up and stood ny ground there goes my money. I felt like an absolute Karen and maybe I was one but Cmon I paid for the food someone else took bc you didnt verify who is taking what... absolutely unprofessional. They remake my order quiet quickly to my surprise. I get home and half my stuff is missing at this point its the end of the night, my kids are hungry and im exhausted from the wait (almost an hour) im just done and im sitting there trying to enjoy whatever food was put in the bag. My bad for not checking my food before leaving tho. So dissatisfied and disappointed 👎👎👎👎

Sign says 17.99 for 10 piece of dark meat. The supervisor was rude saying the sign says 18.99. I showed my friend who was in the car with me. The sign says 17.99. She was very rude yelling at me saying, "No, I made that sign so I know what it says." It is 4:53 on Oct 27th. That sign has been up for 17.99 since last week. I didn't order because I didn't trust her for she might do something to my chicken. She was a witch!!!!! I order very very often. Not going over there anymore!!! Rude and uneducated. Can't read her own sign that she says she made herself.

Terrible customer service, I paid for my kids and I to eat. They said I didnt pay and paid again. I was double charged and they blamed me and said that they only received one payment. They had me wait and prove to show I was double charged and under refunded me because they didnt take it serious and lost the receipt. Never going to KFC at any place again.

Went to Kentucky fried chicken at staples bought 2 number 3 very expensive these people act like chicken is the most expensive food in the country when in all actuality its the cheapest it cost me 20.00 dollars that's a rip off and your lady at the drive threw dont know how to say thank you very poor people skills will never go back

I waited for over an hour for an 8 piece with two extra sides. If it takes you over an hour to serve your signature dish, you shouldn't be in business. Everything was almost right with the order other than being shorted on frys. Also there were many others served before me. Stop playing on your phone and drop chicken allday.

I ordered a #4 4pcs chicken and fries with a biscuit and a strawberry lemonade. All of it was horrible. The chicken looks like it hasn't been fried it was doughy. The fries were old and stale. And the lemonade was water. With a little color of red.

Stop by since I was in that area. Never, very again. It took over 25mins and 4 vehicles in back of me got their food while I was told to wait. When I got home, it was horrible. It was mush a bucket of chicken mush. Some pieces looked like that had been eaten off of. What a waste of time and $30.00 smh
