Estuve hace dos días cenando. La comida excelente y de muy buena calidad. Todo muy elaborado y con un sabor increíble. El trato fue maravilloso. Gente muy amable y cercana. La única pega es que somos de la península y no sabemos cuándo podremos volver a repetir
Un must que debes visitar si te gusta la comida elaborada. El pulpo estaba delicioso, el salmon espectacular se nota que cuidan la comida. El local es un poco pequeño por lo que vale la pena reservar.
Recomendable 100%. La comida es exquisita, platos muy elaborados y con productos de calidad. Todo con mucho sabor. La atención y el ambiente es inmejorable.

Exquisito. Da gusto comer en un sitio donde le dan importancia al producto que sirven. No sólo estaba buenísimo sino que la presentación te llama a disfrutar de la experiencia. Si a esto le sumas la profesionalidad y simpatía del personal, lo conviertes en un restaurante de obligada visita al que volverás a ir si tienes la oportunidad.
Excelente experiencia en corralejo! Entrantes de chipirones y pulpo presentados y acompañados de una manera original. El pescado fresco a la sal y los Orecciette extraordinarios. Sin duda repetiremos.
Lo mas primordial, remarcar el excelente servicio, atencion y explicacion de los platos. Tuvimos la oportunidad de visitarlo en uno de nuestros viajes a bordo de El Holandés Errante y no decepcionó en nada. La variedad de platos asi como los acompañantes es excepcional, una variedad de sabores que alcanzan la excelencia. El tajin de cabra está de sobra a la altura a los del otro continente al otro lado del bar. No dejen pasar la oportunidad de visitarlo una vez echen anclas.
Es un clásico al que venimos cada año, y cada año… es mejor! Cenamos anoche y todo estupendo de 10, y lo mejor un plato del día que tomamos, los gnocchis con cigalas… y… mamma Mia que bueeeeno! Muy recomendables tb los langostinos y el magret de pato! Gracias por hacernos disfrutar!!!

Diría que de los mejores sitios donde cenar en Fuerteventura. Los camareros son muy amables, en especial el chico gallego. Pedimos dos platos fuera de carta ,dos de carta y dos postres, todo muy bueno. Lo que diría como negativo, es que tuvimos que esperar un poco para comer pero mereció la pena y mientras tomamos un vino. Sin duda, súper recomendable.

Fuimos al Tantaluna porque vimos que tenía buenas recomendaciones. Nos atendieron muy bien, el servicio en mesa es perfecto. La materia prima es muy buena, la preparación exquisita y el precio completamente adecuado. Nos pusieron un aperitivo al sentarnos. Teniendo en cuenta que en zonas turísticas como esta es complicado encontar tan buena calidad, lo recomiendo para amantes de la buena comida, ya que su carta es variada y tienen platos del día.

De todo el viaje a Lanzarote y Fuerteventura comiendo en restaurantes con las mejores notas de Google, esta fue nuestra experiencia favorita. De inicio, porque las personas que te atienden son absolutamente increibles y cercanas. Segundo, porque los platos estan deliciosos, con cantidades adecuadas y un sabor que no deja indiferente. Especial mención al magret de pato, que nos pareció un nivel superior a la que ya era excelente. Los productos están muy cuidados y son de calidad. La variedad de la carta es elevada y nos quedamos con muchas ganas de probar otras cosas. Precio adecuado para la calidad que atesora.
Unbelievable food, very interesting wine list (we had a great orange wine from Lanzarote). Every dish on this menu is amazing, you cannot go wrong. The staff were very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Do not skip this place! So so worth it!
Simply superb. If this restaurant was in London I’d review it as simply consistently amazing. The fact it’s on a tiny island in the middle of the ocean just makes it even more impressive how amazing it is. Cannot say enough good about Tantaluna and the experience.
A cut above the usual Corralejo food offering. Exciting menu - we had the tuna tartare (best we’ve ever tasted) and king prawns with rice and a lime curry sauce. It was very tasty. Inside the restaurant is chic and tastefully decorated and the service was excellent. It’s on our list of ‘go back to’ restaurants. Perfect for something a bit special or for any time really!
We came here through a recommendation from a local tour guide (Baz FuerteXperience) and he was absolutely right. My wife had octopus balls starter and sea bass main course. I has mussels to start and goat tagine main course. Both courses were very generous and delicious. We highly recommend it and you must make a reservation. We were lucky to get in without one (we got there when the restaurant opened we at 6pm)
Just had an incredible meal at TantaLuna in Corralejo—easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had! We shared everything: pumpkin flan with bacon and parmesan crisp, stuffed grilled squid, truffle carbonara, Iberico pork, and a cardamom-infused crème Catalan. All paired with a gorgeous bottle of Pasqua 'Romeo & Juliet' Rosso Veneto. Amazing food, lovely atmosphere—can’t wait to go back!
Our favourite meal at Fuerteventura. Each dish was a culinary experience I will never forget. The almond prawns and squid starter were to die for. Seafood spaghetti 11/10. Berry cheesecake 11/10. The friendly service and atmosphere made it all the more memorable. We tried our luck with a reservation as it was showing fully booked on Google, and they squeezed us in which I’m forever grateful for. Thank you so much to you all!
A wonderful experience, so much so that we decided to repeat. Excellent food, cooked with the best ingredients and creative recipes by competent staff & served by friendly, professional waiters. Dishes are Italian inspired (& management is also Italian), though you can also try a tasty seafood paella or a goat tagine. Our favourite dishes were the Mediterranean-style baby squid starter and the king prawns in almond pastry with mango sauce. The ambience is intimate both inside and outside, perfect for a romantic rendez-vous. Thank you, Tantaluna!
One of the best Restaurants in Fuerteventura! Highly recommend! The food was amazing, fresh seafood with some twist to make it sexy! And it works! I also tried the steak! Perfectly cooked Try the menu of the day! The best Lobster Springroll I’ve ever had! Better make the reservation!
Great food, not quickest service but possibly due to popularity. We’ve visited a few local restaurants and after visiting TantaLuna we’ve had to mark them all down as quality of food was so good. We started with the tuna (delicious) and goat salad, for mains we had seafood spaghetti, and the special. Pasta cooked perfectly. Mine was the pork special which was cooked perfectly although some veg would have been nice. Food was great, but a few excessive delays between courses however, we were on holiday and not in a rush. It was about 40% more expensive than other local restaurants but was worth it. Would definetly recommend. Enjoy
Visited on two occasions during our stay, both great dining experiences. Great selection of classic dishes with a modern twist and finished to a very high standard. Each dish was described in detail at the table, giving great service. I highly recommend it for a special treat on any evening of the week, with a great ambience and mood lighting.
Went there with high expectations and was not disappointed. Service was very average the first time but food was so good we went back 2 more times in week (not something we regularly do) Alex the owner was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Good wine list, amazing food , very unique in Corralejo. Definitely our favourite place !

Los camareros muy atentos y buenas recomendaciones. El servicio a la hora de sacar los platos fue un poco lento, especialmente para el postre tuvimos que esperar mucho. Pedimos: vieiras y un guiso de almejas, mejillones y navajas (fuera de carta) y de segundo tajin de cabra. De postre tarta de queso. Todo estaba bueno y las cantidades estaban bien. Si vuelvo a la isla repetiré sin duda, me quedé con ganas de probar muchas cosas. Las mesas estaban muy juntas por eso le doy un 3 al ambiente.
We were a party of 11 dining here on 2 x tables. We had an early booking for 6.30pm. We were told we had to finish by 8.30pm. The food was great, but we all felt the waiter was stressed to ensure we would finish on time. This caused some tension between us with the waiter. I would not book here again with a large group as I believe that the restaurant can't cope with such a large group of diners at the same time. Nada que decir de la comida. Todo estaba buenísimo. Gran inconveniente: Muy caro ya que considero que cuando pagas ciertas cantidades no puedes salir con hambre. Si cobras mucho por los platos lo lógico es no quedarse con hambre y salir agusto. Tienen un tartar de atún que está buenísimo a unos 18€-20€ en los platos de segundo. Eso debería estar en entrantes y como mucho. Cuando pides un segundo es para llenarte. Te puedes comer 3 o 4 platos como ese tranquilamente como segundo. A alguno de mi pueblo le sacan eso como segundo y les canta las 40, incomprensible y de vergüenza. Pedimos pasta también y también poca cantidad. Le doy 3 estrellas porque la comida es de calidad y buena, si no le daría 1 estrella por lo disconforme que sales de allí tras pagar y no llenarte

I also had an awful experience at Tantaluna restaurant. I visited with my family after researching and seeing that it was considered one of the best restaurants in Corralejo. We were eager to enjoy what was advertised as some of the best food the area has to offer. We made a reservation for 21:30, as we were informed the restaurant was fully booked. As it was our first time in Fuerteventura, we arrived a little earlier in the hope that we might be seated 15 minutes ahead of time. Instead, we were told the restaurant was extremely busy and that we would need to wait longer. While this was understandable, we did expect to be prioritised given that we had a reservation. We stayed nearby to wait for our table. The evening was quite cold, and as we were unprepared for this, the wait became uncomfortable—especially as we had travelled a long distance from Costa Calma to Corralejo specifically to visit this restaurant. One waiter, Francesco, was the only member of staff who showed genuine care. He kindly offered us blankets and complimentary drinks, which we appreciated. After waiting an entire hour, we were finally seated at 22:30, already exhausted. Despite this, we remained optimistic and hoped the service and food would make up for the delay. Unfortunately, the experience continued to deteriorate. A waitress took our drink, starter, and main course orders, but several drinks were forgotten, and the starters were served at different times. When we asked questions about the menu, the responses were careless and lacked detail. Even more concerning, one family member found a seafood shell in their food, which is a serious food safety issue. The dish was removed and an apology was given, but this incident further affected our confidence in the restaurant. After waiting an additional 40 minutes, our main courses still had not arrived. By then, it was 11:10 pm—after the restaurant’s stated closing time of 11:00 pm. No manager or senior staff member came to apologise or explain the situation. We were largely ignored, except again by Francesco, who did his best to apologise for the way our evening had unfolded. By the end of the night, we had barely eaten and yet were charged nearly €70 for a few drinks and some starters. To make matters worse, the bill included items and extras we did not order, which had to be questioned. Overall, the restaurant did not live up to its reputation. My family and I felt poorly treated and disregarded throughout the evening. Sadly, this was a deeply disappointing experience, and I would not return or recommend Tantaluna to others based on what we experienced.
Negative Feedback – Tantaluna, Corralejo (Fuerteventura) We had a reservation at 21:30 for a table of five. Despite arriving on time, we were seated over one hour later, waiting outside in the cold. This immediately highlighted a serious issue with reservation management. The head waiter/host appeared inexperienced and unable to manage bookings properly. Accepting reservations or walk-ins without the capacity to honour them is unacceptable. While waiting, Francesco, one of the waiters, approached us, acknowledged the delay, and kindly offered drinks on the house. This gesture was appreciated and was one of the very few positive aspects of the evening. However, once seated, the situation did not improve. By 23:00, we still had not received any food. I personally ordered two glasses of wine, which never arrived. Despite this, they were later incorrectly included on the bill — twice. After the mistake was pointed out, no apology or explanation was offered by the waitress. We ordered starters immediately upon entering the restaurant. What arrived was a small snack vaguely described as “hummus alla mediterranea”, with no explanation. Considering that all other dishes on the menu were described in detail, this lack of information felt careless and unprofessional. In fact, none of the dishes were explained when served, highlighting poor product knowledge and lack of attention from the waiting staff. The oste / head of the dining room never introduced himself nor came to apologise for the delays and overall poor experience. Service from the staff was inconsistent: • The waitress, forgot to take the order of one guest at the table • She was unable to explain the dishes when asked (describing a dish only as “tuna”) • Water had to be requested multiple times and still was not brought • Starters were not served simultaneously • Attention was clearly focused on other tables, while we were left unattended for long periods Concerningly, a piece of clam shell was found inside the filling of the calamaretti, which is a serious food safety issue. Once again, Francesco handled the situation professionally, apologising and informing the kitchen. Another major issue was the order of service from the kitchen. While we were waiting outside, several other tables (couples and a table of four) arrived after us. Despite being seated first and ordering earlier, our food was served last, indicating that the kitchen prioritised quicker tables instead of respecting the order of service communicated by the floor staff. Order details: Starters • 2 Grilled octopus • 1 Calamaretti filled with seafood • 1 Tuna fillets in wasabi batter Main courses • 1 Beef fillet • 1 Grilled tuna fillet • 2 Spaghetti ai frutti di mare • 1 Trofie al pesto di crescione The starters arrived at 23:05 and were not served together; the calamaretti arrived about five minutes after the others. After waiting over 30 minutes for the main courses, and with the time approaching midnight, we decided to leave the restaurant altogether to put an end to what had become a very disappointing and exhausting evening. Conclusion This experience showed serious shortcomings in: • Reservation and table management • Kitchen coordination • Staff training and communication • Customer care and accountability Aside from Francesco’s professionalism, the overall service fell well below acceptable standards for a restaurant of this reputation. Unfortunately, this was a miserable dining experience, and we would not recommend Tantaluna based on this visit
