Ordered a Poke Bowl that gives a selection of ingredients for customization, a selection of the Salmon Mango roll, salmon avocado roll, and salmon tuna roll, and a plate of the pineapple fried rice. Everything was 5 star fresh, colorful, and flavorful. If I'm in the area I'd definitely visit again.

This niche restaurant is fairly new still, closing in on a decade in operation, located in the heart of the city on the middle of Main. While their live hibachi performance is better than most, I believe their overall inconsistency has been the only thing preventing a five star culinary experience. The staff is friendly, but spread too thin, making for long wait times, order errors, and severely affects the kitchen output. Worth checking out for their menu options alone, though you may want to order as take-out.

We went to Wild Ginger for a work birthday lunch. We opted for the hibachi lunch and it was fun! The "chef" or perhaps better called the hibachi "master" was entertaining as well as skilled at the hibachi! We all ordered the filet from the menu and it was delicious, juicy, tender and tasty. The meal was simple, a small salad, soup and nicely seasoned egg fried rice and vegetables! There was even enough left over to take home for dinner! I have no problem recommending it!

Lunch bento boxes are a great value and pretty good quality. I found the shrimp basil to be too saucy. Ginger chicken was good, not great. The gyozas and California rolls were very good.

We had the shrimp habachi and the steak and scallop hibachi. We also got the the spring rolls and a sushi roll. The food was good and the service was attentive. The restaurant was following the covid guidelines and we felt safe eating in the restaurant.

Pot stickers are always good. I didn't know they had crab ragoon or fried cheese wantons, those where amazing!

The food was delicious. Unfortunately our service wasn't as good. We are pretty sure our waitress forgot about our sushi order and when I put in an order for desert she came back and asked if we wanted our receipt. But as a college student, I can wait and deal with bad service because the food was good.

Food was disgusting. I couldn't even finish my plate of sushi, and anyone who knows me, knows that you leave no sushi behind. But it was that bad. Service was exceptionally slow despite there being only a handful of customers in the whole place. Definitely skip this place.
