I went inside today a little after 4PM to place an order to-go… and was greeted and assisted by Mark. He was very bubbly, positive, kind, considerate… and was very pleasant! I walked in feeling hungry… and I left feeling happy that I opted to get Subway today instead of making food at home 🙌🏽 (Side-note that isn’t necessary but I feel like mentioning it to spread awareness to being kind to one another) I haven’t had the best days lately due to personal reasons… and have developed a bit of social anxiety creeping up on me. Mark and his kindness restored faith in humanity for me… and I sincerely appreciate him for that! So, thank you Mark… and thank you Subway, (Located in: 1401 US-175 Suite 210, Crandall, TX 75114) for hiring and having an employee like him who makes an impact outside of his normal job responsibilities - He deserves a raise and a Promotion! 💛

My server was super friendly and made my sandwiches perfectly. They were delicious! The cookies were so soft. We ordered the chocolate chip, and raspberry. The restaurant was very clean and had plenty of tables to seat a fair amount of customers. I would definitely eat here again!

The barber got my son in and cut his hair we without having an appointment the day before school started while they were busy. He loved the haircut as well.

My only complaint and it is a very small complaint is I wish they return to the sliced Cheddar cheese. Other than that I love buying my sandwiches from there.
I do have to admit, my order is usually wrong, whether it’s something replaced, missing, or not enough food in general. I had a visit today and I was served by a black guy (I don’t know his name) and he gave my family a decent sized portion, which is something the store usually struggles with. I would like to thank him for his service!!

I visited this location recently. The workers are slow and work at a turtles pace. The leftover veggies look like they have not been restocked for days. In the food industry eye appeal is everything. The cookies near the register look stale and hard as rocks! I hope the owner is inspecting his investment. Yall beware!

This is my favorite Subway but today they were out of Teriyaki chicken and lettuce also their choice of breads were limited. I've had better experiences here but today wasn't good at all. I will say the customer service was good as usual.
Ordered a 6 inch turkey sandwich, and the bread was so hard I couldn't eat it. The bread was so bad that it was flacking off. Also, the lettuce was brown around the edges. I was already feeling bad or I would have brought it back! This is not the 1st time the bread wasn't fresh. Very disappointing.
I had made a Uber eats order. One they took forever making my order, two their sandwich is bland. They dont add enough condiments. Amd last, they forgot to get my drink and my chips.

Our chicken nachos we ordered no tomatoes or onions - we get it home and it has extra tomatoes and onions but no chicken. When we drove all the way back to replace the nachos (before I seen that my sandwich was also wrong), the manager Jonathan didn’t even offer a cookie or anything for my gas (since it was their mess up).. This is the worst Subway ever!!! I will drive all the way to Forney (Helms Trail) for their Subway from now on, their food is ALWAYS fresh and ALWAYS right. Do better Crandall. This is the worst subway I've ever been to. The lady making my sandwich was very rude. They didn't even have the chicken prepped for the day and it was 1:30pm. There was no ice in the ice machine. The fountain drinks were not mix correctly. I would suggest not going to this location.
I had went to the Subways in Crandall. The lady with the nose ring (no name tag, so don't know her name) that helped me, seemed like she was in a bad mood from the get go. She starts my sandwich, then proceeds to start the next customer's order. She seemed to know him, so I'm standing there waiting while she's having a conversation with him and starts working on his order, which had 3 sandwiches! When she eventually got back to my order, she seemed annoyed the whole time while making the sandwich. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or what but that whole visit makes me not want to go back to that location, which is unfortunate because the last couple of times I was there the employees that helped me were awesome (not her). I sent an email to the area supervisor Becky , who's info was on the receipt but it's been 3 days and have not heard back
I’ve ordered online from this subway a few times and every time I have, there’s always been something wrong with it. This time order was supposed to be ready at 6:00pm. I got there at 5:55pm and one of my orders was already ready, however the second one took an additional 25 minutes because the machine never printed my order for some reason. However, everytime I’ve ordered from this subway, I always order extra on the condiments because they’re always dry and sure enough I asked for extra on my order and I think they put less than “regular” on it. It was so beyond dry I had to add my own condiments to it. Extremely unsatisfied. Though the staff was extremely nice and personable with the customers, they talk way too much which was causing even further delays. If the owner or manager is reading this, I truly hope you take some time to retrain your staff.

Stoned teenagers making bad sandwiches with day old ingredients. If you enjoy bad food with rerrible portions this is place is for you. If you like good hot food then avoid at all costs. Also every table filthy.
I don't think the service industry is the right fit for the young guy at this location. He struggled with simple, written directions - both in terms of default sandwich ingredients (plastered right in front of him), and my 1-2 modifications per sandwich - and then completely ignored me by the time I was paying at the register. No apology, no thank you for stopping by, not even eye contact. I'd inadvertently become invisible. He crumpled up my receipt and tossed it before I even had a chance to ask for it. This hasn't been the sole negative experience at this location. We've given them about 4-5 second chances in the past month or two, to no avail. The food has been consistently disappointing while the service leaves everything to be desired.

Also, I asked for for bacon and pepperoni, but only got bacon. It was so bad that I had to go to the subway in Kaufman just to not ruin my appetite, but Jonny enjoyed it, but I didn’t.

Came in for 2 subs i ordered online at 1pm 12/04/2023. The 2 men behind the counter are obviously under the influence of something. It isn't marijuana either. I get my subs and turn around to walk out the door. One of the guys said, " oh wait!" I forgot to follow instructions on the note. He then goes on to proceed to give a prepared speech about bacon. -.- He obviously had an issue with this order for whatever insane reason. He then grabs a handful of bacon, cooks it, throws it in a bag, and hands me a massively grease soaked bag of bacon while my BLT has uncooked bacon on it. They both looked strung out methamphetamines. Seriously.
Store was dirty, literally every table had trash crumbs or sticky stuff on it. There were no lids or straws out. They were out of damn near everything or had to "check if we have it" on half the stuff on my order. Waited 20 minutes just for the bread to cook and cool. They clearly don't keep on top of inventory or bother to restock. We won't be coming back to this location again.
