I love taco bell they are always friendly and ready to serve.. their food is delicious and fresh.. it's my favorite place to eat.

Fast service however app doesn't work as goodnas mcdonalds app.

We went in for a quick bite after a rained out football game. The store was nice and clean and our order was good. Not a long wait time either.

It's refreshing to see young people who show (what should be common) courtesy and have manners. The guy in drive thru sounded enthusiastic, like he wasn't just there to collect a paycheck, or even to take my order. He sincerely wanted to make my day better. And he did! In comparison, those who just mumble the total, take your card, slam/close the window, and walk away are missing a very important part of the interaction and it shows!

I've eaten hundreds of Taco Bell bean burritos in my life that are passably tasty, but this location has figured out how to make them tasteless and incredibly bland. I gave 5 stars for Service because I handled the whole order through the kiosk.

I like the food at taco bell and the food here is like most of the other restaurants. Most of the times I've been here the service is good, quick, and friendly, but sometimes it's really bad. The same can be said for the cleanliness. I've been here for lunch and it's clean and I've been here with just a few guess and it is very dirty.

Food was good, but my husband got hard tacos and they were all crushed. We asked for hot sauce and didn't get any. Everytime we go to this location we have something wrong with the order. This is not good for business!!!

Messed up our order by giving us the wrong food. We went back just to have the staff to leave out 2 items we ordered and paid for..NOT MY USUAL SERVICE HERE...I guess EVERYONE is due a time to mess up sometimes. HoweverI will go back to see them again...

Pretty close to the freeway, good for a lunch break during a long drive. They could do a better job by keeping the restrooms cleaner.

The drive through was ran by AI and even that seemed like it was being short and impatient with us. We tried to ask a question about the menu and it didn't understand, it just kept adding to our order, including a drink that they didn't have ( we didn't know until we got to the window and they said they didn't have that drink there). Our experience would have been faster and better serviced with a real person.

The new drinks are delicious, but at four bucks, I'd rather get a cold beer! And the tacos are now two or three bucks! What happened to the 59, 79, 99? Oh, wait. That was the 80's. Dang, how old am I? I'm still coming here so there must be something good! 👍🏼😎

*Update*** Had a call from the manager and she wanted to know what took place, and after explaining to her, she insisted I return to fix me a burrito herself, that is great customer service from the manager, maybe I’ll change my mind about how much this place sucks.. I’ll adjust my stars from one star to 3stars.... Came here for lunch, ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito with jalapeños. Took one bite and realized it had no jalapeños and ground beef. Went to the counter and the girl that took my order informed the girl that made it that it was wrong, she came to me and told me I ate half my burrito and there was nothing she could do because I ate off of it, I asked her to just make me a new burrito and she said she could just give me jalapeños to put on my burrito myself. She did not fix my order or try to make it right. I should’ve looked at the reviews before coming here, look for yourself, This place sucks.

Okay so i always love this taco bell because they always have good service and food but today my experience brought tears to my eyes because not only did they get my order wrong but I got a hair in my taco and cinnamon twists, and to top it all off some b*tch named Ryan stoll my favorite seat and parking spot. Ordered to-go a Mexican pizza from Crowley's Taco Bell restaurant on January 23, 2023 around 7:30 p.m. The tostito shell for the Mexican pizza was stale with a very bitter after taste. I have a family member who experienced the same issue about 3 months, but I assumed this would be corrected with fresh shells. Please change the shells immediately before someone gets sick. Thanks!

Ordered a crunch wrap supreme, an a burrito Supreme was not talk to justhanded bag about shut window. Went back got napkins an he slammed the window I left. After opening the bag an getting food out I realized there was no meat in the crunch wrap..I called talk to manager all she said was "yea, ok" I told her I was very upset she said "ok" I hung up it was very unprofessional.. And the food was not hot!!!!!

The manager (we can call her "Karen") yells at me while I'm placing my order at the kiosk. I have a 30' long trailer so I can't go in the drive thru as with all taco bell's there is minimal room to maneuver. If you don't want customers in your lobby then lock the door... Oh sometimes it doesn't catch.. not my problem, fix the dam thing.

The meat in everything we ordered was room temperature. All of our shells were cracked, and the filling in our tacos and quesadilla were very skimpy. Waste of money.

It was RIDICULOUS! 4 people behind the counter. Shift lead was on drive through. Of the 3 items in my son and my order, 2 were wrong. My son's $5 nacho box looked as though it had the amount of chips used should have been for a supreme. His beefy 5 layer burrito was what looked like a combo burrito with nacho cheese sauce and was missing the 2nd tortilla. Items were made correctly after it was brought to the shift leads attention. Drink selections were Pepsi, diet Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Mtn Dew blast and mango tea. The signs on drink machine to even give a hint they were out of all other drinks. The group behind us ordered NINE taco supremes, when they received their food not one of their tacos were supreme. The shift lead's solution to these nine incorrect tacos was to give the group 3 sides of sour cream. Glad I was just traveling through because if this was mg local Taco Bell I'd have to avoid the establishment.

The chicken quesadillas used to be my favorite thing in the menu. Now the cheese is never melted and there is always way too much sauce. Now when I get my order all I can think of is laziness and it shows in the food. It’s ridiculous how much this annoys me. I hope Taco Bell makes improvements to this soon.

We ordered certain box meals. Were charged for the more expensive ones. We had 4 meals on our order. It was all thrown in a large bag. Nothing was I. A box or separated. We were missing cinnabon order, a drink, and a potato taco. Went inside to explain. It took 3 people to understand what I was saying.

The difference between a taco and a taco supreme is the supreme has tomato and sour cream. With every bite waiting to taste the sour cream there was none put on the taco.Very disappointing to not get what you paid for.

Complete garbage! Going through the drive thru your order will never be right, even if you just ask for hard shelled tacos, you will get a soft. 😒 When you try to call the store all you get is the sound from a fax machine like old dial up. Don't bother with this place.

Just went through drive thru. First, they failed to tell me they were out of Tropical Creamer for the Island Freeze, Secondly there were no sauce packets or napkins after I politely asked 3 times for sauce, Thirdly my order was not correct and the burritos were very greasy and smashed. Could not eat. Will not be back.

Ever go to taco bell get over charged. No recipes with prices. Soft Taco supreme no tomatoes. Nachos they add the cheese to the box 1st. 5 layer burrito sat under the light all day. Worst the drink machine so dirty the drinks are so nasty you can't drink it. Stop before in taco bell in Rayne or go to Jennings. Crowley do better. Making a taco isn't hard. Hate your job...get another one. Don't take it out on the customers food

This place at night is very much not what it is in the afternoon. I ask them can they make my food fresh. And they told that it is made to order. I spent 30$ I drive all the way back to my home 10 mins away and My wife and kids are complaining. This is exactly why I don’t go there. When I try and call back they just let the phone ring. This is and on going thing at nite and the Gm needs to step up the night crew. Because they don’t care. I need someone to refund me are just make the food fresh I paid for. Look who the did the Guacamole that I ordered. Just sad

Nacho didnt have extra cheese or jalapeño peppers like I ordered and it barely had any sour cream. Then my daughter ordered a chicken strip taco. The chicken strip was old and she had no sauce on it. Then she ordered two softshell tacos and they gave her tacos with tomatoes and wasnt even was she ordered? I tried calling over and over. They kept the phone off the hook very disappointed The food wasn’t worth what we paid for it.ill be calling tomorrow to explain how my order was completely messed up and couldn’t even report it because they wouldn’t answer the phone . Horrible experience!! The new robot system that they use for the drive thru is really inconvenient and it sucks. The guy at the drive thru window did not speak a word. Not one word!!!! Then I got my order, and stopped at the parking lot across the street to check our food and was missing/wrong items. We pulled back around to the drive thru line just to wait over 15 mins to get to the window. When I got there I told the same guy what I was missing and he turned around and spoke to his coworker and she spoke to me. He never said anything to me. Our food sucked and the service sucked. The quesadillas weren’t even cut!! Like no lines showing an attempt to cut it. 0/10 do not recommend!!

This Taco Bell is alway, always out of items and it seems the manager doesn't care to do anything about it. Also they are scimpy on the meat in their tacos and burritos. there are to many Taco Bells that do way better, than to go to the Crowley Taco Bell

Ordered online at taco bell. First off, they didn't have freezes. < no big deal if we actually got a refund like the lady said we would. I had a large and my bf got a regular. They gave us regular mt.dew for both drinks. You would think i would at least get a large bc I paid for a large drink. Next we got our food, checked it and the gordita didn't have any crunchy taco shell or cheese they just gave me a flatbread with taco stuff in it. They also forgot a stacker I ordered. So we went back to tell them this. First off they took our bag back into the drive threw and went through our bag to check for the other stacker!!!! They literally put their hands all over our food. So we got the bag back and there was STILL NO STACKER. If they would have just asked us instead of not saying anything we could have showed them our receipt the first time we had to go back. So we went to the drive through a third time to tell them. We didn't have a stacker. So the drive through lady said " I can show you you have the stacker. " so we pulled up and she said we only had one stacker to her I replied no we got two it's on my receipt and we show them the receipt. The lady got her manager I presume who told me they didn't see it on the receipt. Finally we were given our plain stacker by another gentleman. I literally can't get over that they looked through our bag ( basically alluding to us lying ) and put their hands on our food!!!!! Which is so unsanitary. I have severe OCD and I am a germaphobe so at that point I decided I wasn't gonna eat any of the food. Especially after having to go back three times for something missing. It happened around 10:40 PM on 7/31/25. Honestly I will be calling the health department tomorrow. ( you can say this is big back or whatever but it's about tacobell not playing with my money. ) I would also like to say we were never rude. I was frustrated the third time we got there but who wouldn't be. The situation was totally mishandled and I blame the manager on duty who didn't check our order with diligence ,didn't try to inform us we only orded one if it was clear to them we did and thought we ordered two, and didnt make the situation right whatsoever.

Ever since the downgrade to the electronic voice box system to the drive thru.. the service and the smiles and friendly staff have gotten terrible They don't even really talk much.. awful service and the lady with tats on the hands used to be mostly kind.. now she is always angry...Ai does not always make things better.. it can be physiologically demeaning for the staff and the customer.... Taco bell used to be my comfort food.. now the experience had made me feel anxious and unsatisfied

Paid four dollars for a slushy and waited in line for a very long time so when I got to the window, my slushy was melted because it was premade and I asked them very politely if he could remake it because it was watery and he told me no, and that that was a slushy and that's what it is and shut the window on me. If I pay for a $4 slushy I want it to be a slushy not a regular drink. If I wanted a regular drink I would have paid for that instead.

Worst customer service in fast food. Refused to answer me on intercom, and the manager refused to come take my order at the window when I clearly seen her employee acknowledge me and tell her I was there. One star is too high of a compliment for this establishments service.
