Panama is my favorite restaurant, however, on my last two visits, the customer service has been terrible. It took me 40 minutes to get a glass of water. The waiters only responded "right now" and kept talking, and it wasn't peak hour.

I bought a hamburger and the cheese smelled like rotten feet. I told them and they didn't care. It completely ruined my appetite; I didn't eat it, but they still charged me. What terrible service! Spoiled ingredients. I don't recommend this place. This review is from February 2026. Why does it say it was a year ago when it's not?
Something that usually distinguishes the Panama restaurant is its quality, so I used to eat there without any fear, until this weekend when I ate a dish of meat in its juice in which the bacon seemed to be in bad condition and it made me have a bad time.
Terrible delivery service. Today I ordered a piñata package for a kindergarten. First, the incompetence of their staff for not taking down the correct information. Second, they're liars. Today they told me they would be delivering at 9:00, but it turns out they didn't write down my number correctly and couldn't find the address, so they left. This was at 9:30. I called five minutes later, and they told me my order was at the branch. I'm a teacher; I can't leave my kindergarten, so I asked two mothers to please come. I gave them the delivery receipt so they could refund me. And at the branch, they took it away. Besides being incompetent, they're liars and thieves.
