Avis sur Loqui Culver City
Loqui is in a super cute area with lots of little shops and other restaurants around, which makes it a fun spot to stop by. I tried the beef & mushroom taco and the chicken quesadilla. Both corn and flour tortillas were really good—slightly toasted, which makes a big difference. Yes, it’s a bit oily, but in a good way. Everything was super tasty and the portions were generous. Overall, a great experience. I’ll definitely be back to try the guac and one of their bowls. Really good spot, highly recommend.
Tried the mushroom bowl for $15 tonight. It was tasty w the pickled onion and cilantro lime rice. The beans were plump and cooked well. The mushrooms were meaty and not chewy or mushy. Compared to chipotle, I wish Loqui had more salsa options. The one provided on the side was good but a lil spicy for my mild palate. A boring pico or a salsa verde would’ve balanced the bowl for me.
I just love Loqui. It’s amazing to find a place that has mastered fast casual but also maintains a level of handmade quality. The meat and tortillas are undeniably high quality. The portions are perfect for anyone. It doesn’t feel like a ridiculous pile but it also doesn’t feel like you’re getting EXACTLY 2oz of each thing. I could eat the chicken or pork plate every single day. The flour tortillas are wonderful but the corn are as well. So far nothing has let me down. Great lunch or dinner and awesome location.
Located in a mall. I was greeted with lots of smiles. You get an option of home made flour or not home made corn tortilla. Spicy shrimp tacos were good topped with crispy veggies. The mushroom bowl was our favorite. The mushrooms were the best I’ve ever had. My husband said that hit and I agree. It’s enough for two. Had my first watermelon aqua Fresca. I went from a tasting to a purchased cup.
Nice burrito bowls and tacos. My child likened it to a slightly fancier chipotle. The tables are all 2-tops. Inside it's very noisy, in the back the tables all face bathrooms, and in front there are only 3 tables, so it's better to get it to go. The "wine margarita" was pretty, but tasted like 7-up and was overly bubbly for something that's not advertised as carbonated. The pickled onions were excellent.
Lol. I love the chicken tacos there on the flour Tortillas. Their tortillas are prob in my top 5. They handmade them and they’re delicious! I can’t really rave about these tacos enough. They have great flavor, just enough spice and the pickled onions just finish the already amazing taco. Go try, you won’t regret it.
Very cool and delicious taco spot, with a low key (get it?) vibe. They’ve expanded their menu in the past year, so now they have even more good options other than their killer chicken and beef tacos. They have bowls that are of similar quantity as a Chipotle bowl, but much higher quality. This is a great lunch stop when coming to Platform at Culver.
If you don't want to read a whole long review, suffice it to say: YUMMY! My wife and I ate here in this cute Culver City location with another couple. We sat in the front on a cold-ish evening (there's also seating in the back but nothing really inside.) I'm a vegetarian so as good as this place may be for carnivores, the real test for me is the vegetarian offerings. They did not disappoint. I had a mushroom taco and an Anaheim Chili taco. Both of these, besides being generous in size with house-made flour tortillas, they were well beyond token offerings for vegetarians in terms of their flavor. SUPER delicious. Often a mushroom taco can be not much more than that...not a lot of flavor, but just something so the vegetarians have something. A lot of thought and detail went into the flavor profile for this one and it was fantastic. And I'd say the Anaheim Chile taco was doubly fantastic. Excellent flavor, not too spicy and something I would eat over and over if there was a Loqui location near me. You can get any taco in "bowl" form if you're more of a fork than hand-tortilla person. The house-made chips were fantastic as well and we relaly enjoyed the cantaloup agua fresca too. Loqui is another one of those places where "it would be all over" if there was one near me. So what are you waiting for, Loqui...Santa Clarita needs you.

Good tacos. Homemade tortillas with a nice bite. $6.5 or so per taco. Two were enough for lunch. Ordered chicken and pork. Both came with salsa which I liked although it was somewhat spicy. If you can’t stand the heat be sure to ask that it be on the side.
Love this spot. Quintessential top notch taco spot in Culver City.. definitely with their own style. Very authentic, simple menu. Decent margaritas too. Most of all the people who work here are super friendly and the open air dining area / patio is just lovely.
Loqui is dependably great. Their mushroom tacos are truly superb — candidly, I don’t think a better mushroom taco exists. The corn tortillas are solid, but the flour tortillas are exceptional and absolutely worth ordering. Both my vegetarian and non-vegetarian friends and family love the mushroom tacos. In fact, many of the meat eaters end up preferring the mushroom over the meat options. Yes, the mushroom tacos are that phenomenal. The chips and guac are also great, and service is always quick and efficient. There’s plenty of seating, with both indoor and outdoor options, which I appreciate. I’ve been visiting the Culver and Playa locations for several years and am never disappointed. A true neighborhood staple.
The achiote chicken taco with flour tortilla was amazing in flavor! The service was prompt. The atmosphere in the evening was quaint and ideal for small parties. They have an outdoor dining area in the back that’s a bit more spacious. Great place for some tasty Mexican food.
Loqui never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with real quality ingredients. The tortillas are soft and warm, the meat is seasoned perfectly, and every bite tastes authentic. The staff is friendly, quick, and makes you feel welcome every time. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or sitting down for dinner with friends, Loqui always hits the spot. Highly recommend the tacos and burritos — definitely one of my favorite spots in the city!
Seriously just the most perfect tacos. Love a place that has a simple menu and does each thing extremely well. The mushroom and pork tacos are my fav but I’d be just as happy with the chicken and the shrimp or a bowl for that matter. All just so good. And the location at The Platform is great, they have their own little patio, but a bigger picnic area on the other side of the building is so nice as well. My favorite tacos in town hands down.

Great bowls. Vegan options. Nice patio. Parking structure nearby. Prices are fair for the quality. Would definitely have it again.

Tasty Mexican food, offering tacos, bowls, and sides. Standouts were their beans and their tortillas. Service was quick and staff was friendly. There’s seating indoors and outdoors, and the atmosphere is very trendy. There is a gorgeous mural outside, and the music selection was pleasant to listen to.
Low key… this place HITS. The chips are super crispy, perfectly salted and taste fresh. Also, I love how much guac they pile onto the chips, it’s a hearty scoop and makes it work the price tag. The dip itself is creamy, smooth, has little bits of onion for some brightness and texture, the cilantro ties it together, could stand to have a bit more acidity but that’s a nitpick. The beef birria bowl is a great portion of food for the price; I was actually left satisfied. The corn tortillas are hot and fresh with a great massa flavor and satisfying chew. The beef is a bit dry, but still tender. My friend told me the chicken and shrimp are a lot better, so I’ll try those next time. Overall, LOQUI surprised me, especially for a more upscale fast-casual Mexican joint. Would absolutely recommend!
Nestled inside an upscale local eatery walkway in Culver City is LOQUI—a no frills taco joint with decent sized tacos! The spicy garlic shrimp and beef birria tacos were tasty—each filled with their own fresh veggies and sauces, on a homemade flour tortilla. It is self serve with ample seating in the front and back of the shop, decorated with lots of greenery. They are quite pricey at $7/each after tax and tip but the taste makes up for it.

Good tacos and bowls. The chicken and pork were ok. I recommend the mushroom taco/bowl if you are vegetarian. They make their own margaritas that are ok. Their michelata was not good at all. The agua frescas are ok. Salsas are available upon request and there are 2 options. Service is good.
What I appreciate most about Loqui is their commitment to using high-quality, fresh ingredients in every dish. The marinated dishes I ordered were expertly prepared, with the flavors well-balanced and infused throughout. When I order for delivery, the packaging is secure, ensuring the food arrives in perfect condition hot, fresh, and well-contained. I especially enjoy their salsa, which is flavorful. I only wish they offered more of it, as it's truly delicious.
I was expecting the spicy garlic shrimp tacos to be bigger and spicier. And I was expecting the tortillas to be toasted or browned. This service was really good, and the employee was really patient as I was going back. And forth. Thank you again. The guacamole was delicious.

Well this is the first time that I tried Loqui and I have to say the Chicken Plate is a bit underwhelming. There is a bit of the flavor but it was more or less forgettable. Nothing really stood out and despite the nice presentation and colors, there is just no real distinctive flavor, even with the chili sauce. The chips are a bit better at least. I am willing to try a different protein to see if that will improve, however.

-4555 Not the best service I was just trying to pay for a portion of beans and he said that that was impossible and he was trying to charge me full price for it. I really thought this was a good spot, but it seems that all the businesses in this facility, feel very entitled and superior but unfortunately, there’s gonna be a sad reality. Check for most businesses because in the state of the economy a lot of places will be shut down. That’s a guarantee. The ones with great service and heart will survive. Mary Magdalene
