I stopped by for a bite on a Friday night. The restaurant was busy, but we were seated within about 15 minutes, which was very reasonable for a Friday evening. Right away, the atmosphere felt lively and welcoming. Shoutout to our server, Luis, who provided top-notch service. He was prompt, professional, and very attentive. Even though he was clearly busy, he did an excellent job managing his time and consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff also contributed to a great experience, everyone was friendly and helpful. The ambiance was great, energetic but not overwhelming, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. This is also a kid-friendly restaurant, which we really appreciated, and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. As for the food, I really enjoyed their burger deal, satisfying portion and a good value for the price. Overall, between the food, service, and atmosphere, this spot delivered a solid dining experience. I’d definitely come back again.
Honestly, not a big fan of this restaurant anymore. Food is what you expect it to be. But what stood out to be was the service. Smiling faces, consistent and friendly staff. Would go again just bc of that.
This spot has become something of a staple for me and my wife, but it’s gotten to a point where we’re starting to ask for Bryan’s section. Always goes above and beyond and truly makes you feel appreciated! Burgers and sides are on point too!
If You Want Outstanding Service and Kindness choose no other than Smiley the kitchen manger. On December 6, 2025 Smiley welcomed us with kindness. I have a MA service dog which we were waiting for a long time in the front waiting for seating. The front server let 2 other groups of people for seating first when they came after me. The whole restaurant had plenty of seats. We decided to go back and seat ourselves. Then Smiley came to our table. He smiled as in his name and apologized for the service. He personally served and took our order helping us throughout. Without Smiley this restaurant would have a 1 star. Smiley is outstanding and kind and is always there to help. I believe Smiley deserves a raise.
We went there for my birthday. Food was fabulous . There were a few flies that wanted to join us. Other than that, it was great. Will definitely go back.
Great food amd service all around. Went with a big group last week amd they handled it well. The bottomless fries were great but I ate way to much and they kept bringing them out since I have no self control over fries or chips and salsa 😅
The most beloved son and I were starving. We stopped at this Red Robin because we also had to go to Costco. Sooo convenient. He had the Scorpion Burger with garlic fries and I had the Bacon Cheeseburger with onion rings. He had the Freckled Lemonade and I had the Poppin Purple Lemonade. Everything was delicious 😋 Our server, Luis, was on top of his game with the drinks and fries refills. We were full and ready to tackle Costco. 💪
The food is really delicious. The staff is good. The only reason I gave it four stars is because I always get the bacon and bleu burger and they never put extra bleu cheese even when I ask for it. but maybe next time I go I will actually get it. Very petty, I know. But I definitely enjoy eating here and the cost is actually not much more than going to Carl’s Jr..
Red Robin restaurants have been a staple for our family wherever we've lived or traveled for decades. This location did not disappoint! Friendly service during a very busy time, accurate orders, and very tasty burgers, shrimp/fish, and of course those bottomless fries with the amazing seasoning sprinkle at the table. Very fresh ingredients - always, very bold flavors - always. Pro Tip: If you're not already privy to this info, be sure to reorder bottomless baskets of fries BEFORE you are ready for them, as it often takes awhile, and I'm not certain they're not hoping you'll give up and be done before you request more... or the refills may come far after you've finished the rest of your meal. Overall, very good quality and atmosphere.
I would have given the service 5 stars but when you have someone with a mobility issue, at least one that is clear by the use of a cane or walker, you do what you can to seat them closer to the front, unless otherwise requested. I had to walk to the furthest corner from the door, partially on wet floors. Then, for atmosphere, it stinks all the way back here in this corner...something needs cleaning. But, our server, Annabel was awesome!!! She was friendly, menu knowledgeable, and got our order perfect!!! Checking in on us periodically and bringing refills. She is a gem! The food was good, not great. My burger was pretty perfect but the salad's lettuce was partially brown and the ranch is watered down and the fries were over cooked. Still a good place to get a burger and hang out.
Not too bad if you are looking for a meal and a quick drink. For the day and time I went, there wasn't a wait. Not much to rave about. Had a Cobb salad. It was decent. Person with me had a burger. You get unlimited fries. Fries were hot and fresh. Had a Red Robin lager too that just wasnt cold enough. Disappointment there. Other patron had a tequila sunrise.
Went to Red Robin on Sunday (8/17/25) with my daughter around 1pm, as I was craving a veggie burger. I'm not sure who was cooking in the back, but by the looks of this plate, I don't think they were having a good day. The veggie patty was burnt, it had a couple strips of lettuce, two pickles and seems to be leftover fries. Usually their food is good & their presentation is on point,I just don't know what happen this time.
This place used to have good Food. It is awful now. Very greasy. I ordered the fish n chips. I ordered it curbside. No tarter sauce or even ketchup. The Cole slaw was 🫣 warm inedible. What a waste of money. I could have better making fish sticks at home. I will never return to this store. Better cooks at the Anaheim location. Because they are close to Disneyland? Who knows. But they have better food, people, and service. K
After a fun day at Disneyland, I took my five and six-year-old kids to Red Robin for a meal. I want to start by saying that I have no issues with anyone's sexual preference. However, during our visit, we encountered a situation that made us feel uncomfortable. A staff member, who appeared to be a man dressed as a woman, had pronouns on their name tag. My kids were curious and started asking questions, which put me in a difficult spot. I didn't know how to address the situation with them. This experience made our visit very uncomfortable. If this kind of situation makes you uncomfortable, I would suggest staying away from this place.
Went in around 7:45PM into an almost empty restaurant. We were sat and didn’t see a server for the next 5 minutes nor were we greeted by anyone. We decided to go the bar for faster service. Boy were we wrong. We told the hostess we were ready to order and she just walked away from us with a clueless face. Most tables were dirty and there was no bartender in sight despite there being 3 occupied tables. 3-5 minutes later the bartender comes back from outside and a coworker joins him and they instantly start having a conversation at the bar. Mind you we’re sitting at a booth waiting to place an order. After a couple minutes, enough was enough, and decided it was best to leave. Only person working hard was the busboy ( older man). Will not be returning to this location. Terrible service.
The worst service. It used to be great. The last three times it was awful. Very few servers. I usually tip very well. This last time I left 10%. Usually over tip but it was like we didn’t have a server. Once seated we waited as though we were invisible. Food was good but after being ignored anything would have tasted good. Awful experience
