*UPDATE* - last two times within 2 weeks I went in for the usual. I noticed the service station was more messy and toppings were just everywhere (FOOD ALLERGY CONCERN). While waiting for two pizzas and cheesey bread...I looked around and there was trash everywhere in the dining area and empty tables with trays, cups, and beer glasses. I ended telling the Shift Lead my concerns. I've never witness this location to be so disorganized. To top it off they over cooked my pizza and I watched it all happen and they still had the nerve to ask if I still wanted. So total time spent here 45 MINUTES. I recieved 1 free pizza card. I went back again...same shift leader....burned my pizza again...shift leader order them to redo and this loud mouth guy said it would pass and the shift lead said nope and walked away and stood hidden the whole time. He'd recognized me from the previous week. They were all chit chatting and no one was watching the oven. A couple in front of us was waiting much longer than I was for more pizzas...which I assumed they were burnt along with my 1 pizza and 1 cheesey bread. CONTACTRD CORPORATE before this review with no answer in two weeks. Bottom line they dont seem to care. This place has gone down. I dont blame the young adult workers...I blame management for setting them up to fail. No structure. No accountability. PLUS they use the same gloves for every order and they touch everything else in their station. Its GROSS.

Terrible service. The lady working there seemed so uninterested in doing the pizzas, barely put any cheese and the ham. One tiny slice of ham per slice, some didn’t even have ham. My husband pizza was the same way too. She put almost not cheese and little toppings, paying $21 for this seems way too much. Never coming here again.

I love Pieology so I know what it should taste like. This was the first time ordering from Uber Eats from this Pieology and it was pretty bad. It was undercooked, they forgot one of my meats, there were a minimal amount of ingredients, and they ran out of Cesar dressing for the Cesar salad I ordered. I was just very disappointed…

I ordered online when I opened it at home this is how it looks. It’s all burnt and deformed. I picked it up the guys wasn’t even talking to me like I’m not there. The guy who was cutting the pizzas have the problem he is lazy and doesn’t know what he’s doing look at it! I requested bacon and look, no bacon. I requested spicy chicken no spicy chicken and look at the cilantro?! It’s not worth it. It’s a total mess. If the owner is reading this you have to re hire new employees if you want to keep your business running good. Look at all the ratings it’s all quality issues. Also I gave a tip online and this is how what they do to me☺️

This place used to be my favorite, but once they got my order crust burned and when i went back to told them they dismissed the issues by saying it was not theirs and insisted the proof of receipt when clearly it was their pizza. The manager was so so rude! I cant believe they put that kind of person to be a front man taking care of customers. If you order from them make sure to let them know nobody wants their pizza burnt like charcoal.

This is the 3rd time I order pizza from this place and they always forget to add all toppings I request. I order a side salad and they didn't even put tomatoes in it. This place just keeps getting worse, I think im done ordering from them. I don't recommend this place.

HORRIBLE!!! We ordered two pizzas at 7:14 pm, by 8:45 pm we still waiting on the pizzas to be cooked. Requested refund but lengthy time for the process. We wasted nearly 2 hours.

I just received my two pizzas ,buy one get one free.I took my first slice and noticed it was completely burned so I removed the toppings and placed them on the second slice wow that was burned black also completely charred black all over the crust so we ended up with half our pizza unedible.when I called to explain the girl told me she checked the pizza at 3;00 then I told her we just got our pizza around 7:00 pm .I than told her not to lie just admit you didn't check it because there is no way a decent person would send it out.She finally admitted she didn't check it and offered a new on but I now do not trust her not to spit in it if she can lie so easily. Horrible customer service. CHECK ALL PIZZAS TO MAKE SURE THEY ARENT BURNT BLACK.

Pieology was once our family's favorite pizza spot, but our recent visit left us disappointed. After placing an online order, I arrived for pickup and was ignored by the staff member who was busy packaging pizzas. She then provided excessive attention to another male customer before leaving for the day without acknowledging me. Additionally, I had ordered a gluten-free pizza, but I noticed that a single pizza cutter was used for all pizzas, raising concerns about cross-contamination. Upon returning home, the pizza crust was burnt, and another pizza had minimal tomato sauce with tough dough. The overall quality and service were subpar, leading to a disappointing Friday evening. With numerous other pizza options in the area, we're reconsidering our choice to continue visiting Pieology

Pizza toppings were so messed up it looks like it fell, it even has a lot of dirt on top. Unfortunately we didnt have the time to complain and call the restaurant coz it was thanksgiving day and we were all busy. We ended up throwing the pizza away. Never ordering in this place again. They just dont care about their product and custumer!
