They forgot half of our meal. Wouldn't answer phone when we called to let them know there was a problem, plus charged us twice on our debit card for the order. We just stopped there because it was convenient before we started our security job

More expensive than the tacobell on Temple and Rampart and that one is a higher income area, open 24hrs and delivers. Makes no sense. Brings it way down for me despite any other pros it may got which besides having the option of chicken, l didn't see any

Placed my order around 8pm . Got to my house to see that I was missing 2 orders out of 4 plus two side " Fiesta potatoes " . Since I had to go back I decided to check my daughter " burrito Supreme " to find out it had no meat inside. Spoke to the Manger and she corrected my order which I did Appreciate her being kind. The young lady at the driveway was also friendly. Best advice check your order.

The cashier Eric was nice. The order that I ordered came up late. I was number 12 but the served 13,14,15 and 16 before I got my order. I was going to asked about my order but the lady said something to me in Spanish which I don't know Spanish. I have gave them so many chances. I will not be returning here again.

I walked in and ordered 3 bean burritos. Explained it was for a child so I just wanted beans only, but I got three burritos with sauce and onions on top of the beans. Good thing I also ordered an 8 piece chicken nuggets so my kid could eat something. I guess I will have to open it while I am still inside. Really disappointed.

The food was awful, the chicken was spicy and burned my throat. There was no refills and flat sodas and watered down tea that the teabag was in the pitcher too long

The food was great and pretty fast! But the customer service was horrible! I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but not nice at all!! I don't go there often so it was a little hard to figure out what me and my four year old granddaughter wanted when she was rushing the process! And when we got to the window it was even worse! They need to be taught how to treat a customer!

When they took my order just because they were about to close tonight the girl said she didn't know whether or not they had any drum sticks . Then they forgot to give me the 2 chicken drum sticks plus my order of 1 biscuit after I paid for it.

I had to scream what I had to order. And at the end they even got my order wrong. Like how do u mix up 12 crunchy tacos with a burrito and 1 tacos.. Like I order 12 tacos!!! Not the other stuff.. And no wonder why there was no line. The food was alr but dam these people need to fix up there attitude and everything

The Taco Bell stuff didn’t taste like the regular ones. The lady at the counter said they didn’t carry the Avocado salsa when we asked for the condiments… But then the other table had it. Went and asked for it again - she said it comes with the wraps only. She could’ve just charged us the it, didn’t have to lie.

The guy at the window was so rude, and they charged me for the wrong meal, but I was at lunch and had no time to stay. He was so mindless that he started yelling at his boss that I was wrong while in the drive-thru, saying that I was switching things up, which I ultimately wasn't. He yelled at his boss and walked away. She just gave me my food and told me to drive off so that he wouldn't threaten me. I had never had bad service like this.

This place is so rude and lazy our food was so disgusting and our wings had no sauce sad part is that they just remolded and reopen....we ordered honey bbq sauce..Nashville chicken where is the dam sauce and the bread should not be dipped in the sauce that's just gross
