A first time visit out of Houston. Service was great, atmosphere fun and menu is huge! I had the Philly close. Flavor was spot on good but the bread was a little harder than expected . Still worth a visit.. just my opinion..

We used to like going to this place for our cheesesteak sandwiches. They’re still good. But they don’t give you that much like they used too plus not that many people go there any more. Plus the other thing that we don’t like is that the waiter is also the bartender and the only person working in the front. You have to wait to get your drinks and refills. Oh yeah plus they have been doing some little updates inside for the past 2 years. It’s like when are they going to finish this little project??? And there restrooms are dirty. I just can’t imagine the kitchen. And I don’t want to think about it.

Solid experience. I prefer the Texadelphia on Greenville Ave over this one. The service here was fast and friendly, and the food tasted pretty good. I would probably give it 5 stars if it was a little cheaper. Although the food tastes good, it unfortunately is a bit overpriced. The ketchup bottle was also kinda dirty.

I'll start by saying I'm not really big on cheesesteak. I ordered the beef Famous Philly Cheese Fries as my entrée. It's kinda a mix between nachos and chili cheese fries. You get waffle fries with a Rotel flavored cheese, philly cheesesteak jalapeños and ranch dip. I enjoyed these and would go back for them. The place had plenty of seating, including a covered outdoor patio with fans.

First time coming here. The atmosphere is great. Clean, open, nice contrasting colors and a smooth flow through the restaurant. The back patio is very large with fans and heaters. They did a great job separating the space from the busy street. The service was on point from the hostess to the waitress. I had the Founder’s Favorite and it was good. The sandwich is why I gave 4 stars. It seemed lacking some seasoning. The meat, the grilled onions, and the mushrooms seemed a bit bland. I will definitely give this place another try in the future though.

This was a new location for me. Walking into the crispy cold restaurant on a hot Texas day was great. We were seated restaurant style. They had TVs everywhere you turned your head. Grabbing some grub and watching the Olympics what a better way to spend a Sunday? Their patio is impressive as well with games and a shaded sand box for the kiddos!! The queso and chips was so good! We also ordered a flight of their homemade shakes. Since this is our first time we figured that this was a awesome way to test out their shakes without having to worry about being indecisive over flavors because sometimes we have a hard time stepping out of our comfort zones. Lol. We got two build your own cheese stakes and those were delicious!! Packed with meat and veggies and cheese!! Smothered in classic ranch! Their Jalapeno ranch was also delicious! If you don't get a starter of chips and queso! Definitely recommend getting queso poured over your sandwich. It's a little extra but dang, thank me later!! However, the visit wasn't flawless, it definitely had it's challenges. We ordered a turkey sandwich with avocado slices. This compared to their menu was a bit disappointing. Since it's only buns with turkey deli slices, it didn't hit the spot we were hoping for. It also, seemed like something we could have made at home. Since they didn't have avocado slices they put the guac on it instead. Definitely not the same thing however, my mom tried her best to give it a shot. After a bite it just wasn't something we were impressed with. Along with our table receiving dirty spoons. There service was definitely A1 our waiter was very patient and took extra care of handling all the hiccups in our visit. Our server came back with cleaned spoons asked us to give them a once over to make sure it was okay. I only saw two wait staff taking care of the restaurant so he definitely kept his positive attitude. Asked for our feed back on the other things we ordered and definitely took time to explain to us about our dishes and other things they offer. We are definitely going to revisit again, just like any other place, when you try a place for the first time what you order is a hit or miss. Keep calm and carry on. Definitely recommend anyone trying out this location!!!

Trendy location with a great breeze and lots of sunshine. The food was not impressive, the service was okay and I am sure the women’s restroom has a trip hazard going on with their flooring.

The customer service is good, the place is nice although when we went the bathrooms were not working. The food is good, the steak should have more flavor. It has only two sizes, one is too small and the other is too big. I thought the dishes came with a sauce on the side, as seen on the menu. The prices are neither cheap nor expensive. I don't know if I would return.

Ordered the “Italian stallion” for pick up. This is what it shows on the website. And this is what I got. I would not recommend it, it tasted like deli meat from a lunchable.

Lacked flavor. However if the onion rings were seasoned well enough id say they were the best onion rings i ever had. Hard to find good onion rings that you can bite into and the onion remains in the breading.

Not really sure why no one else has mentioned but when i went here a few months ago there were a lot of mice in the outside area. just running all around the booths, tables and floors. crazzyyy.

I was really upset today. My coworker and I usually eat here, and I love the food. Today, I brought my own lunch, but my coworker ordered food. The waitress told me I couldn’t eat my lunch while sitting with my coworker. Other places, like Chipotle or Thai restaurant, don’t have a problem with this. I understand policies. But If you ever want to share lunch time with a coworker when only one of you is ordering food, this is not the place.
