The food was so tasty and healthy. Quick food as they already prepared everything and you can choose and eat it there. Free water for drinking. If you are coming late night after 9 pm from a road trip then this is a recommended place to eat something.

This is simply the best Chipotle in the area. They make burritos so neat, it’s very clean inside. The way they put food together is just perfect.
I've been coming to this Chipotle location pretty frequently over the past year, and never have I been disappointed. Consistently good quality and consistently large portions. I know that experiences may depend on who you get serving you or how busy the store is, but I've always been very happy with this location after 20+ visits!
I almost gave up on Chipotle. I've had the San Mateo park place and Chess locations and both are horrible. Very small portions and bland. I decided to give this San Carlos location a try and I'm so happy I did! The food was so flavorful and the portions were big!! Also they didn't mess up or forget anything from my ubereats delivery! The food was delicious.The corn Salsa and their amazing chips were also amazing. They gave us tons of chips. I'm staying with this location. Good job San Carlos!!

Staff is nice, welcomes you with smile and not mean with the portions. Chipotle is delicious as always 🤤 Update: online order portion was minuscule

It was cool, but it always seems like they are rushing you through the line. I get it, they have to keep people moving but they are already adding ingredients before I even said I wanted. They are guessing what I’ll going to add and they guess wrong. Then they appear to be frustrated. I get it fast food is fast, but take a breath and listen to the customer.
For a Chipotle the Service was abysmal! Rude guy behind the counter and the gal that checked me out never asked if I wanted a drink or anything just told me my total and moved on to the next person. She didnt make eye contact, just worried about pushing through to the next person in line. And it wasnt busy. There was one perosn behind me.

The csm was stingy with ingredients to the $5.95 kids meal. She kept telling me she couldn't do things but she could. It would just be a dollar extra or 50¢ extra. She assumed I wasn't willing to pay 50¢ extra.

The food portions are getting smaller and when I asked for more steak they charged me extra, same with the bag of chips, getting less full every time.

Came in today for a steak bowl I notice they had big catering order but no one else was in the store to order just me and they really rust my order and just added half scoop of steak I get it because of the big order but no need to skimp out on the meat and be fast with it.
It has to be a joke! I ordered a bowl of white rice, chicken, and pico de gallo through door dash and this is what I received! Half of the bowl! Also the amount of meat was ridiculously small…. I paid almost 17 $ for half of the bowl with only little amount of meat. Obviously, I got a refund. But this was unacceptable’!! Also, the food was reallyyyy cold!!!!!!
My burrito was literally as small as a water cup. Look how small it is next to a tiny queso cup!! Smaller than a small water bottle! See attached pics for proof I’m notexaggerating. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ll be getting my money back. Please fire these morons.

They were so rude. It was the BoGO event if you had a tattoo or having something drawn on you. They insisted it had to be a real tattoo. Then said it could be temp. I should then the website about it being drawn and they said I had to use sharpie. Then they charged me for two extra bowls and wouldn't refund me until I kept insisting. And they barley gave us half a portion of meat. My dads meal was essentially soup. It was a horrible experience. Not even with the bogo
I got food poisoning this time, and the quality of the steak was awful. It seems the food quality varies between locations, which is really disappointing. Chipotle’s quality keeps getting worse every time I visit, and the portions are shrinking too! Also I noticed many times the guacamole is not fresh and tastes weird.
the shredded beef was smelly and disgusting, I hope I don't get sick, did not eat much of it. They keep the smelly garbage till the end, don't seem to throw away rotten meat.
If I could give 0 stars for customer service- I would. This is now the third time I’ve had an uncomfortable experience with their customer service. I first witnessed one of the workers roll his eyes at the guy in front of me because he changed his mind on which meat. Then it was my turn I got the same attitude and rolled his eyes at me because my six year old was taking a second to make up her mind. I get chipotle probably twice a week at different locations and this one in particular charged everything differently. They won’t let you get a side quesadilla like the other locations. Anyway, we ate inside and This same worker kept staring us down while we ate and it was super uncomfortable. Even as we walked out.
I entered the store this evening at around 10:20pm and as I approached the counter I was greeted with an annoyed “What can I get for you”?….. No “Hello”, No “Welcome in, what can I get started for you”? I was greeted with Horrible attitude by a young Latina woman named “Lesley” and seemed very irritated that she had to take my simple burrito order. Once my order was complete I move over to the register to pay and I go to scan my barcode on my chipotle app and I was greeted with a hostile and annoyed “DON’T SCAN IT YET” which at that point I was REALLY taken back by the very rude customer service I was receiving. I come to this location quite often and always order through the app for pick up, I think I will continue to order in the app for pick so I will no longer have to deal with the rude customer service face-to-face again. Chipotle, train your staff better and if they are annoyed of being at work politely remind them that they can go work somewhere else or I will take my business somewhere else. Fix it, fix it asap. This treatment I received this evening is HIGHLY unacceptable. I work in customer service as well and I can understand when someone steps into the business 5 minutes before closing but half an hour before closing, I should’ve received BETTER service than what I got.
Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful service and poor response from customer service. Placed an online order and came home to find only half of a quesadilla and overcharged for the price of three tacos when I only ordered one. When I asked for a refund I was told absolutely not. Do not ever come to this store because they are essentially robbing you. Pathetic store. Pathetic response. Thanks for nothing. You’ve lost a loyal customer Chipotle, who’s spent hundreds and hundreds of hard earned dollars.

At the same time, I saw a crew member making themselves a burrito that was extremely large, with extra guacamole inside and on the side. It feels disappointing to see employees serving themselves oversized meals while paying customers receive less. I really enjoy Chipotle, but I hope you can address this and keep portions consistent.
