This place’s food is fantastic and its my favorite restaurant in town by far. Id say its the best Pho place not just in Dublin but in the Tri Valley. I love to see this restaurant get the recognition it deserves. It’s never empty and theres always happily people eating their food. Ive told all my friends and family about this place. Definitely will be back very soon!

I recently tried pho Dublin restaurant for the first time, and I must say, it's a strong contender to become my new regular spot after my previous favorite closed down. The beef ball pho was outstanding – easily the best I've had in a long time. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the beef balls were perfectly tender. The potstickers were another highlight; they were wonderfully crispy, and the accompanying sauce was absolutely delicious. Although I didn't get a chance to try any of the smoothies, the variety of flavors was tempting, especially the chocolate one but it’s the perfect excuse to come back sooner! The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere, with a big, open space that makes for a comfortable dining experience. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and can't wait to return and explore more of their menu. If you're looking for a new pho place, this one is definitely worth a visit! Sorry no photos I was too excited to try all the delicious looking food and soon as it was placed on the table!

This is the only Vietnamese restaurant that still cooks authentic Vietnamese dishes the traditional way. If you are looking for Vietnamese food that is tasty, this is the place. A family owned business that takes pride in their craft to provide the best quality food and service. This is the only Vietnamese restaurant in the East Bay that still cooks traditional dishes.

When I crave for Vietnamese food, this is where I go. I usually order A2 Fresh Rolls and C65 Grilled Pork Chip with fried Egg Roll. Fresh rolls is the appetizer, and the pork chop for main and both are so good!! Fresh Rolls has shrimp and vegetables in it. And peanut sauce is to die for! The main meal comes with rice, salad, and soup. And all are tasting good. Service is not as bad. Wait is decent. Max of 8-10 minutes. Atmosphere though, I put as 3 stars because sometimes they will clean the next table and the smell of cleaning spray is all over the place!

Tried pho with veggies and it’s great that they have veggie broth. It’s so good.. kids loved it with tofu. Most places uses chicken broth here you have veggie broth for pho. Next time will try other options and update here.

This was our first time trying this place, and we ordered through DoorDash. It arrived with the broth in a separate container, a plastic bag with cilantro, lemon, and sauces, and another container with rice noodles and veggies. We combined everything into a bowl with the broth, and it was delicious. I would love to visit the restaurant in person soon—I think the experience would be even better dining there. At home, it was a little difficult putting everything together. I’m giving four stars because the packaged sauces were placed in the same bag as the cut lemons and cilantro. Since anyone could have touched the sauce packets, it didn’t feel very sanitary. Overall, though, the flavor was great.

Kinda disappointed in my chicken pho here, I must be spoiled after only eating chicken pho at Joe's Pho in San Leandro where they serve big chunks of chicken breast and include veggies in the broth (also fresh basil instead of cilantro, and rice crackers...) I'll go back to San Leandro next time I'm hungry for this.

It's a great place for pho after taking over from Pho Saigon. Was here recently but today we found a piece of plastic in the broth. I alerted them just to be careful next time but didn't get any apologies or anything. Don't think I'll be back again.

Food was greasy, not sure why they don’t know how to soak the oil from the beef and pork chop rice my daughter and I ordered. Also, NEVER order a cold drink of any sort here. Besides paying $7, it’s 85% ice in a very small cup. The waitress came to our table to ask if everything was okay and I told her AND showed her my daughter’s ice matcha milk tea was 90% ice and she finished it in three zips. The waitress than just walked away.

But today's attitude of the waiters and the hygiene of the food made me feel disgusting and I would never go again. When I drank the soup, I found dead flies inside. There are also a lot of flies in the restaurant. When I told the waiter at the restaurant that there were flies in my bowl, he just looked at me, laughing and left. Just like nothing happened. Then I showed the flies to another waitress, and she helped me get a new bowl. No one say sorry or apologized to me, I hope the restaurant could pay attention to food safety and improve the service. If you want clean food, don’t come.

Poor service, overpricing, plastic to-go box (can't microwave) This is Shaken Beef w/tomato rice. According to the receipt, I paid $20.95. To me, it is overpriced for how much I was given. My hand is small, the rice is smaller than my hand. There are 6 thumb-size beef cubes. Ordered this through Uber eats. I asked for utensils, but none were provided.

I would not recommend this place and I will not be coming back. I was served the wrong pho with barely any meat. When I brought it up, instead of fixing the mistake, someone from the kitchen told me this was the standard portion and that I should order something else if I didn’t like it. I was forced to change my order and the replacement had even less noodles and meat. Customer service was poor and lacking. There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the issue, and the server walked away when I explained this was a bad experience. Cleanliness was also concerning, the person serving the order dipped his thumb in my broth when the pho was served. The broth was not good and there are many better pho restaurants to choose from.

I ordered food from here Tonight and they had me waiting super long, I watch so many people come in and pick up there food. I guess a regular came in to get his food and it was all of sudden rush order for him. while mine took forever, then they had my food sitting out on the table for like 20min. Why ask for your name but never call the name when the order is ready. When I finally had my food I asked for a sauce and one lady to me to "wait!" And walked away, then some of the cooks was shouting in the back and fighting throwing stuff and the whole lobby was just looking that way because it was very loud and intense, sounded like someone got slap and threw something.If that wasn't enough, the food was horrible, the broth tasted like dirty water no flavor ..I wish I could get my money back..Me and my family and friends went here for years, not sure what happen but they lost my family and friends..Maybe under new ownership not sure but it sure seems like it.

Confirm your order carefully when calling. Two days ago, my wife called in a to-go order for bánh mì. When I arrived to pick it up, there were two extra pork bánh mì included. I politely explained that we did not order those items. The older gentleman insisted that I pay for them and raised his voice during the discussion. I stood my ground and did not pay, as they were not part of our order. This situation was uncomfortable and could have been avoided with better order confirmation and customer service. I will go and check my other Vietnamese place in the area per this incident.
