They have a great selection of beer they have flights with four different options that are good and well just a really friendly and knowledgeable staff that help you find the right drink plus they have all sports even the dog championships playing on their TV so there's something for everyone. The indoor area is nice a little darker which is cool and the outdoor patio has TVs and is great seating. And they have a second patio out on the street that's in the Sun and it's gorgeous and fun. Good for any day of the week.

I always love to come here for karaoke 🎤 the ambiance is so welcoming, and the waiters/waitresses are always so kind and helpful! The drinks are always great too! Especially the shooters! My favorite cocktail is the Raspberry Lemon Drop! Highly recommend it!!

Great atmosphere. Accommodating bar tenders, good conversation and fun. Great selection of beers on tap, 50+. Can try a few until you find what you like. Bar tenders are knowledgeable and super helpful. Good patrons, cool amd relaxed vibe!

The Mighty Trogdor

Great selection of all types of beers. The majority of them are on tap. Also have some ciders. Inside seating is limited (and not even possible during covid) but outdoors is open and nice. They have a nice sized patio as well as a deck built in the street in front of the business. The place is very dog friendly. You can even take them inside when you order. They don't make food but have arrangements with other restaurants in Davis so you can order off their menus at the bar.

Rating on an interesting night with drinks, trivia, great outdoor atmosphere/temperature. Service was actually excellent and surprisingly friendly. Really high marks here. The trivia was produced and run with incredibly high/professional production value and is arguably better than local competitors. Very impressed with this. The mandatory drinks to compete… not a fan of that rule at all, and it’s limiting people who might want to compete. But it’s “university of beer”… so you should kinda know what you’re getting into. Drinks are reasonably priced for the area. Outdoors the chairs and tables are a bit uncomfortable, and since trivia takes hours it can be a bit taxing - so just note that. The outdoor area is very cute though and the whole area is very safe. This establishment seems well run and was really impressed with what we saw overall tonight. Friendly and pretty controlled clientele, but it could differ on other nights for sure. Reviews will be spiky for that reason.

Be careful of the white gummy bear shooters! (or any shooter in general) They go down very easy, but definitely pack a huge punch. There is seating inside and outside. Street parking only.

We sat out on the patio with the metal dog sculptures, which was breezy and pleasant enough. Inside was definitely a sports bar vibe and regulars at the bar. I would go here again if I was nearby and the patio was free.

Since they adjusted their staff I'd say they're quality has been depleted. The staff is clueless on the beers on tap! Might as well ask a recommendation from a 10 year old. Pre staff change I would have given them a rating of a five. Now junk, previously a gem.
