Stopped over today, this store is very busy, huge shout out to the manger, Liz and the nice staff, Aymia (sorry if spelled name wrong) as busy as they are, very nice customer service! All they can do when customers are not being nice, the staff is being nice and helpful !

This was a very nice Taco Bell. That food was made exactly as I ordered it and they were pretty fast.

It’s been so nice to have a Taco Bell so close to where we live, we’ve been probably 4 or 5 times now. Sometimes there’s a longer wait because it’s the only thing open, but last night when we went through the drive thru the worker noticed our Baja Blast didn’t look like it had enough syrup so she offered us a whole new drink and let us keep the Baja! Great service, we’ve always gotten the correct order, it’s fresh and exactly what you’d expect from Taco Bell.

Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I’m vegetarian and they always make sure my meals come exactly how I customize them to be. Always friendly service and fun staff. I love when my favorite spot never lets me down 😁😁😁 BEST Service.

I dropped my drink from this Taco Bell and the lid stayed on. It only split a little.

They just opened - so it's to be expected that they're a bit slow and the lines are long... But I have to say the food is perfect and it's very convenient. I think once the shopping center is complete, things will run more smoothly and efficiently and quickly.

Not my usual TBell, it's a bit far from my house- so when I'm out at 2am and need to stratch that craving itch- I'm not typically trying to travel 20-25 min away. But I do frequent this one enough bc it's a block from my in-laws. That being said, I wish THIS location WAS the closer option to my home. It's pretty new, and still looks clean and new. It also has 2 drive-thru lanes, so no waiting in that line for 30+ min. The staff has been pretty consistently on point, friendly, gotten my orders CORRECT (believe it or not lol), and serve up food that's the way it should be- hot, not a huge mess and almost like the pictures (ALMOST). The foods as good as TBell can be (which is average most times, and amazingly delicious late night). Again, the facility is very clean, big thumbs up 👍 and one really cool feature, new to me, is the window near the entrance similar to drive-thru but for late night pick-up when the dining room is closed. Overall, one of the better Taco Bells out here, and I'm a bit jealous that it's not closer to ne during the late night cravings....tho, I might be tempted to make the trip if my location gets my order messed up ONE more time lmfao

1st The door states they close at 10PM but they lock the lobby at 8PM. 2nd, I’ve gone on multiple occasions and it took extremely long to get my food. Especially if you use the drive-through, it can take 20-30 minutes. This is slow food not fast food.

I waited over an hour for my food even though I know they just opened it should not take them that long and onto of that they forgot some of my food so they compensated me by giving me a free desert 🙃 overall it's not bad but sometimes the food is underdone.

I've gone to this location twice now and both times have been rough. The food hasn't been great and the service is painfully slow. Please get them some support.

The parking and drive through arr poorly planned. The design seems to cater to take out orders. Also, messy tables/floors.

1st experience it took over 30 minutes to get order through drive thru. 2nd (and last) experience I ordered through app and went through drive thru again. The food in the bag was well prepared however it was missing half the order. 3 Doritos locos tacos, 1 chalupa, and nacho fries didn't make it. I didn't check the bag b/c I haven't had an issue with any other Taco Bell location. If anyone tries this location it may take a while to get your order and always check your bag before leaving.

Literally no customer service here. The Taco Bell app was charging my credit card but not generating the order to the store. I was charged twice because I tried to reorder while I was in store and even showed them the error message and notification from my bank showing the charge. They did nothing to make it right and told me that I can dispute it with the bank. I can't even order my order in store because it was an online exclusive item, so I left with nothing because I refuse to pay the ridiculous in store prices. The previous time I was here the staff was obviously behind and one of them was intermittently yelling in a huffy manner into the store that there was a long wait because they were understaffed. I had placed my order on the mobile app before arriving, so I didn't know the wait was going to be this long. When the food finally came out 25 minutes later, there was practically no beef in my crunch wrap supreme.

Last night at 7:03 p.m., I arrived in the drive-thru and didn't get my food until 7:33. I was initially told that my online order wasn't there and I was to place a new order. So I did. Then, I got to the window, and I showed them my online order on my phone and said oh I guess it is here." I quck run for food. Not. We won't be back as by this time my food is cold and soggy. And no apologies for poor customer service.

4 burritos, 4 soft tacos and nachos is what I ordered and I waited over 40 minutes. Absolutely INSANE.

Oof, the lowest rated Taco Bell in the whole area. After 20 minutes they had not even started the placed order—but they served other orders placed after mine—so I cancelled the order.

It's insane how slow this location is and how terrible the food is. Tried the new diablo nuggets and they were hard as rock, super dry and overcooked. The nacho fries were cold and the crunchy taco was soggy because of how long I waited after they told me to park in the front. Go to a different Taco Bell location!

I just got off work, and I figured since the Taco Bell drive-through was absolutely empty. There would be no problem with me getting my food. The lady that was taking the orders asked me to hold on for a second and I didn’t mind. I ended up sitting in that drive-through for about 10 Minutes. I said hello, no one responded. I said hello again, no one responded so I just decided to leave. I will not ever be going to that Taco Bell again even if it is seconds away from my job.

Drive through is WAY to narrow for even mid sized cars. If you’re driving a large SUV or truck you should NOT go through the drive through. They are extremely slow and you will be trapped in line for awhile. The staff did not have any urgency and the food was subpar. Skip this location and go anywhere else.

This is the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. It’s quicker for me to drive an extra 10 minutes to the next one. I haven’t seen less than a 30 minute wait for my food yet.

1 year ago, this taco bell was awesome, now they are soooo slow. Lines are long food takes forever to get out. Staff seem like they have no urgency or motivation to move faster than a snail. All they keep doing in the back is talking smiling and taking thier sweet time. Idk if its how these younger generation think "fast food" establishments are suppose to be run. But taking your sweet time and wait 30+ mins for an order isnt right. This locatiom really needs to get thier act together and move with a purpose!!!

They got my order wrong the first time so I went all the way back, not too big of a deal, trusted that We get it right the second time but nope when I got home it was wrong again so I had to go back a third time and get my money back no explanation absolutely no apology. Nothing at all definitely don’t recommend. Would never go again.

Considering they don't take orders (kiosk touch screen only) you would think they would be on top of orders and their attitudes BUUUUT NOPE! this is the 2nd time I've picked up a door dash and I've order here for myself. The first visit was horrible they made me come inside to pick up my dash even though I ordered my for through the drive thru. They girl inside has a horrible attitude, my fries and burrito were so nasty I ended up throwing it away. Now I'm sitting waiting for a dash order that was supposed to be ready 5 min ago and not even started yesterday. They don't understand that this is not only a bad look for the customer, they're messing with my money because I'm spending 2-3x as long on a order. Never coming here or taking a dash from here again. I mean it's a brand new location get it together

Updated my review to go from a 5 star to a 1 star. Please stop hiring children for this job and please follow SNHD health codes and make them wear gloves and hats or hairnets. Finding hair in multiple food items is nasty after it has happened 2 different times. I have reported this location to the health department.

Absolutely disgusting The meat in the tacos was not hot. Gordita crunch was not warm or melted. Chicken quesadilla was not hot and was not melted Cinnabon minis were hard as a rock. Absolutely terrible experience The staff was nice

The employees are nice, and I know this is the only taco bell with in a few miles, however the service here is extremely slow, the 4 or so times I've been to this location since it opened, it has taken over 24 min in the drive threw, and longer for the walk up. It's faster to go to the taco bell on durago and grand Teton from my house and back than to go to this one which is just down the street. Edit: this is the second time my food was messed up lol, they missed a whole bowl. Ordered at 8:54, received at 9:24, came back t 9:26 and got the missing bowl at 9:38. The employee who gave me my food was awesome, I feel that this taco bell needs to have some more experienced people for the next few weeks until the new guys get used to it. I'm not sure what's going on, but it has been slow to get your order since they opened a few weeks ago. The employees have been nice and friendly, I want to make that clear!

Update: Angie the manager needs training in customer service. I accidentally needed to change my order when I got to the window and she was yelling in Spanish. Sergio the cashier was nice about the change but they were telling me to order it right the next time. I held my tongue because you won’t play with my food. But I won’t be back to this location. Placed a online order and received all wrong items. Drove all the way to exchange them. Went back home just to realize they are wrong again.

Just messed up the whole order, even charged us for a grill cheese burrito we didn't even order. Forgot our nachos but somehow still gave us the fork for it?? I would've wanted to go back but they've messed up our orders so much we just said screw it, you guys need better managment or at least learn to read the order and actually check it before handing it out. If you're gonna come here, I recommend ordering inside so you have a better chance of catching mistakes.

N decatur location is by far the worst. It's been open a few months and they are so slow. I made a pick up order that took 47 minutes for them to complete while I waited in the lobby. The shift lead is super sweet but they need more staff and sometimes my food is made sloppy or they skimp on the portion size of meat and add on requests I pay for.

So this rating they have should be lower. Placed an online order. When we got there, we went inside because the line was very long. I asked the front lady if I could pick it up from inside. Said no but checked me in then told me to go through the drive thru for my order. Went through the long line asked for our order and then told us to go back to the counter inside. Running late so we asked to cancel the order or get refund. The front lady got overwhelmed by our request asked another employee (asked for the manager) to help us Couldn't come to a conclusion until the food was ready and by that time we were done.

They left out an item in my mobile order and when I went back to get it the girl in front said "we already gave it to you so I don't know". I had to explain to her 3 times that I paid for an item and it was NOT in the bag and I did NOT receive the item that I PAID money for???? And when I finally got my item it was not even the correct item and was sloppily made. 0/10 customer service, won't be coming back and don't recommend unless you like having to argue for the food you paid for.

I realize this is a new Taco Bell but the service and food is horrible. Waited over 20 minutes in line with only 3 cars. Ordered a burrito supreme with extra sour cream and my burrito had no sour cream. Ordered a large nacho fries and got a small. Ordered a chips and cheese with an extra cheese and got only one cheese. The manager should be fired and the store closed until they can get it together!!!!

The manager at this store needs to be fired! This store needs to be closed. None of these employees deserve to work, they are LAZY AND CARELESS! I guess when you redeem rewards to get free food, that means they give you small enough portions that a burrito is flat(see picture of a bean burrito). The restaurant is always dirty. The staff is terrible and doesn't look professional. There was a worker who was sagging so bad I could see his underwear completely. Zero interaction when going into the restaurant. Food is terribly portioned, zero quality control, I ordered 2 soft tacos 1 had a fresh tortilla and the other looks like it went through a toaster multiple times. Management should be ashamed of themselves.

Guy at the drive thru was nice. Soda was good. Food was cold. Beef taco fell apart. No thank you.

Horrible experience. Third time at this location. Will be the last. All three times have been subpar, this time was absolutely atrocious. Cashier kept the credit card and said she had already given it back. Had to argue with her to finally get it. Wouldn’t give me a receipt until I requested it several times. Drive through lady was super rude. Got home and bit into the Mexican pizza. It tasted rancid. Left a horrible taste in my mouth. I’m still hacking. Ended up throwing it away. Not even worth going back. Food was cold. Soda was watered down. Just a horrible experience. Never again at this location. Avoid at all costs.

This location is always out of something. Their menu is limited. It's either, No. We no longer have that. No. We are out of that. It never gets any better. It's always the same old story. My husband has to call me several times because there's always an issue getting anything that I want. I'm over this place...😡 Update: Stopped by here to give it another opportunity. Wrong! 1st u can't get parking as most is for mobile or disabled parking and now some construction going on. The drive thru isn't wide enough to accommodate all vehicles and is difficult to get into. People who use it block those trying to get in and out of the lot. Terrible! Walk in to a large group of kids all loud in the back far corner. More coming and being greeted by the same large group of kids. No adult supervision to have this toned down or to ask them to move on if they're finished. It's literally a kids hang out! Someone really needs to do something about this. This should not be a kids hang out! Eat and move on! Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

I did a mobile order at 11:57 for my lunch break assuming it would be fast pick up.i even got the notification that my food was ready. I stood around for 10 mins not even being acknowledged, mind you they had time to stop to talk to a friend, but I finally said something come to find out my food wasn’t even made yet. I understand maybe the drive thru may have been busy but the inside was empty and I know a couple of employees saw me standing there. I wasted more than half my lunch time. Slow service for ordering only 4 tacos. Ordered my tacos with no lettuce, and asked for hot sauce. Got 4 tacos WITH lettuce and no hot sauce. I will never go to this location again

I did a mobile order at 11:57 for my lunch break assuming it would be fast pick up.i even got the notification that my food was ready. I stood around for 10 mins not even being acknowledged, mind you they had time to stop to talk to a friend, but I finally said something come to find out my food wasn’t even made yet. I understand maybe the drive thru may have been busy but the inside was empty and I know a couple of employees saw me standing there. I wasted more than half my lunch time. Mobile order was a waste of time

Guy at the drive thru was nice. Soda was good. Food was cold. Beef taco fell apart. No thank you.

This location is always out of something. Their menu is limited. It's either, No. We no longer have that. No. We are out of that. It never gets any better. It's always the same old story. My husband has to call me several times because there's always an issue getting anything that I want. I'm over this place...😡 Update: Stopped by here to give it another opportunity. Wrong! 1st u can't get parking as most is for mobile or disabled parking and now some construction going on. The drive thru isn't wide enough to accommodate all vehicles and is difficult to get into. People who use it block those trying to get in and out of the lot. Terrible! Walk in to a large group of kids all loud in the back far corner. More coming and being greeted by the same large group of kids. No adult supervision to have this toned down or to ask them to move on if they're finished. It's literally a kids hang out! Someone really needs to do something about this. This should not be a kids hang out! Eat and move on! Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

They got my order wrong the first time so I went all the way back, not too big of a deal, trusted that We get it right the second time but nope when I got home it was wrong again so I had to go back a third time and get my money back no explanation absolutely no apology. Nothing at all definitely don’t recommend. Would never go again.
