Has the new "limited staff" layout. You either order on your phone or use one of three kiosks, but you don't interact with a human. There is a self serve drink station and small dining area. Since this location has only been open two weeks when I visited, the staff wasn't yet up to speed. It took 10+ minutes for them to make 2 soft tacos. Others had been waiting over 15 minutes. That should improve as they get more training/experience (fingers crossed)

Thankfully it was caught at the drive through window and was corrected. 2nd time was the burrito pictured… come on. Have some sense of care and the 3 hot sauce packets they show on the drive through screen is really what you’ll get. How are you gonna use 3 sauce packets for several tacos and burritos.

Highly likely you will wait in a very slow line just to get home and be missing an item or have poorly made food. I don't know what's going on at this location. The only positive is that the people at the window are polite.

Update: SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN PERMANENTLY!!!! I came by this location after getting of work at 10pm. When I got to the drive thru box I was told by the cashier to "Give me 5 minutes and I will help you". I confirmed the 5 minute wait time the response with attitude was "Yes 5 minutes". I was hungry so I said "OK". 15 minutes later and still no response, with a 5 car lineup behind me, making me look like the guy who can't make up his mind. UNACCEPTABLE! The manager at this store needs to be fired! This store needs to be closed. None of these employees deserve to work, they are LAZY AND CARELESS! I guess when you redeem rewards to get free food, that means they give you small enough portions that a burrito is flat(see picture of a bean burrito). The restaurant is always dirty. The staff is terrible and doesn't look professional. There was a worker who was sagging so bad I could see his underwear completely. Zero interaction when going into the restaurant. Food is terribly portioned, zero quality control, I ordered 2 soft tacos 1 had a fresh tortilla and the other looks like it went through a toaster multiple times. Management should be ashamed of themselves.

This store desperately needs some quality control or new leadership. This location needs to be blacklisted so no one waste their money there. I provided a picture below of my 5 layer burrito. This is ridiculous. Stay away from this location.

Guy at the drive thru was nice. Soda was good. Food was cold. Beef taco fell apart. No thank you.

Horrible experience. Third time at this location. Will be the last. All three times have been subpar, this time was absolutely atrocious. Cashier kept the credit card and said she had already given it back. Had to argue with her to finally get it. Wouldn’t give me a receipt until I requested it several times. Drive through lady was super rude. Got home and bit into the Mexican pizza. It tasted rancid. Left a horrible taste in my mouth. I’m still hacking. Ended up throwing it away. Not even worth going back. Food was cold. Soda was watered down. Just a horrible experience. Never again at this location. Avoid at all costs.

This location is always out of something. Their menu is limited. It's either, No. We no longer have that. No. We are out of that. It never gets any better. It's always the same old story. My husband has to call me several times because there's always an issue getting anything that I want. I'm over this place...😡 Update: Stopped by here to give it another opportunity. Wrong! 1st u can't get parking as most is for mobile or disabled parking and now some construction going on. The drive thru isn't wide enough to accommodate all vehicles and is difficult to get into. People who use it block those trying to get in and out of the lot. Terrible! Walk in to a large group of kids all loud in the back far corner. More coming and being greeted by the same large group of kids. No adult supervision to have this toned down or to ask them to move on if they're finished. It's literally a kids hang out! Someone really needs to do something about this. This should not be a kids hang out! Eat and move on! Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

I did a mobile order at 11:57 for my lunch break assuming it would be fast pick up.i even got the notification that my food was ready. I stood around for 10 mins not even being acknowledged, mind you they had time to stop to talk to a friend, but I finally said something come to find out my food wasn’t even made yet. I understand maybe the drive thru may have been busy but the inside was empty and I know a couple of employees saw me standing there. I wasted more than half my lunch time. Mobile order was a waste of time

20 minutes to get three tacos. Pathetic!!!! This place prioritize the drive thru over their dining room customers and even then you sit in the drive thru for 20+ minutes. The ineptitude of their management and staff would be laughable if it wasn’t so pitiful. Fast food my ass!

Was at the window waiting for about 5 minutes, and when I got home I only had a 5 piece of chicken instead of the 10 I ordered, plus my soda had very little syrup. I give this location several chances, but it’s always a pain. I’d rather go out of my way to go to a further location.

Multiple times they have omitted items in my order. This is far from the Taco Bell of my childhood. The wait is truly excessive. They need to close this location.

They got my order wrong the first time so I went all the way back, not too big of a deal, trusted that We get it right the second time but nope when I got home it was wrong again so I had to go back a third time and get my money back no explanation absolutely no apology. Nothing at all definitely don’t recommend. Would never go again.
