Dear lord this was a real world miracle. Every bite of the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on a cinnamon raisin bagel left me in tears. I dont know if the coffee is inported directly from italy, but the lord himself couldn't have brewed a better. Its so true America does run on Dunkin'

The delmar location is the only one I would give more than one star to ever. They are the onlt one that doesnt burn the coffe and they have the best people. If I ever go to dunkin j will go out of my way to go here vs to the local one.

Part of going to a chain like this is the consistency you are supposed to be able to expect. Unfortunately, there are a lot of disappointing Dunkin' Donuts locations out there. Happily, this one is not only not disappointing, but truly a cut above. The customer service is excellent, and the dozen donuts I picked up here this past weekend were fresh and delicious. I love supporting local businesses, but the majority of local places with donuts were not open at donut o'clock, instead opening at 9 or 10 am. I'm glad I had this option.

The new guy i think he said his name was Justin or Justen made my morning on my way to work. My coffee was made to perfection and overall he was very sweet. Thank you

Went through the drive thru this morning and they were all VERY PLEASANT!!! Kid who handed me my coffee was very sweet and cheerful, I think his name was Chris?? I'm horrible with names but the owners should be very proud of the crew they have there Was there again today and just as pleased as the first time

This is my go to Dunkin. Most of the staff are very friendly except the couple of ones who you can tell don't wanna be there. Other than that, if the right ones are there, they know my order when they hear my voice and they make it how I order it, and since I pay for extra shots, they ALL should make it the same way.

Super friendly staff! Food was on point. Interior is typical DD, so pretty bare bones (honestly DD as a whole could do with some updates to this); regardless, I'm going to rate the atmosphere against other DD, and the environment seemed quite positive.

With a brand new remodel, the food and drinks aren’t the only thing fresh at this Dunkin! The employees greet you with smiles and make sure your orders are complete to your satisfaction. Also, dining tables with outlets to conveniently charge your devices along with a change of furniture to enhance the feng shui.

Friendly staff laughing off the traumatic experience that occurred last year when a confused motorist drove through the wall and into the dining area.

Dunkin has adapted to the normal. After having to stand in line in the drive thru after ordering on the app, curbside delivery finally appeared. Now that the restaurant is open, you have to stop at order station even through I was unable to trigger the microphone when i was standing with my cane for the blind.

Nice customer service, friendly and tolerant...only issue I have is the breakfast sandwiches taste really chemical like, weird after taste...other than this I love going there...

This a common comfort for my teen and I to grab a coffee and a bite in then park outside nearby to and have quality time for often much needed heart to heart talks. At their age, getting a real open candid conversation and connection is something to be cherished. I know it's just coffee and a bite, but they're reliable and I'm grateful for their consistency

The food is good in average, is handicap accessible, and the staff is welcoming and fast! There's sitting for 26 people and have respective and clean bathrooms. During the winter the parking lot and sidewalk can be slippery due to lack of care. One out of ten, when ordering hash browns, they will be over cooked...

I stop in periodically for a breakfast sandwich. The wait staff is usually nice during my visit. The food sometimes is just thrown together just to get it out to you in quick fashion. I give it 4 stars as there is always room for improvement, and Dunkin is no exception.

My last visit here I was beyond ECSTATIC to see they had hired a young man who was formerly employed at a competitor from up the street. This young man has an incomparable work ethic, great personality and is an amazing retail/food service employee. This location had been struggling through multiple changes in employees and my hope is that with this young man they will improve. This location used to be my go to spot and I will return here regularly now.

When visiting family in this area, I frequent this drive through. Typically the staff is very friendly & nice; they prepare my food well & swiftly. Sometimes there is a line, but I find the staff to be accurate & fast so I really don't mind waiting. I only mind when the plain donuts are sold out... which thankfully, was only once, later in the day.

I'd give it more stars if they would be more careful about not touching their doughnuts with bare hands.

I enjoy visiting this location because the employees are always friendly and making jokes. However, I have to rate a 3 because my drinks are very often wrong.

Was out of bacon and caramel, which are the only things I come there for. Got just an iced matcha instead which was good.

Went through drive through, there were two to three cars ahead of me and it took 10 minutes to get to the front. Seemed like they messed up the order of the person in front of me and all she had was one drink. Very slow and unorganized. I will say I rarely go here, so not sure if this is usual or not. My son did say his frozen chocolate was the best he has every had.

Most times the wake up wraps are warmed way too much and the wrap gets hard as a rock. This morning it was so burnt the cheese was charred but I went back in and they remade it and were very nice about it. I wish the wraps were consistently better. Below is the bad wrap then the one they remade.

First I want to recognize that it was very busy. And the ability to take credit payments was down. That being said I expect to have my order taken before the person behind me. It doesn't matter that they are a regular and I'm not. I felt like I was not as important. And my order had to be sent back. The drink I received was completely wrong.

Need more workers . Have to wait a long time. The people that work there now is over worked. Not fair

Service is pretty bad at this dunks. The building dosnt have a clean feel to it at all. Nothing special food wise at this location either.

My last several experiences have been horrible. I ordered a hot beverage. A girl comes to the drive thru window and hands me a single straw and that's it looking incredibly high. Like she wasn't with us anymore she was gone in another world or something because she was liiiiit. And then they gave me a old cold latte. It was actually inedible they put new whipped cream on the old the was sitting there for who knows how long. And tasted sour. This whole time the wait was insanely long. As well.

This is one of two Dunkin shop I habitually visit. A year or so ago this was my favorite one. Super friendly staff and they never got my order wrong. They have seemingly an entirely new staff now. The past 4 times in a row they have either forgotten to give me all the items in my order or they made the drinks incorrectly. I have gone back a couple of those time and they corrected it, but the consistency of the mistakes makes me avoid this location now as I expect an issue every time.

I come here almost every morning but after today I’ve decided I’m tired of everytime I order my order being wrong. I don’t drink caffeine so I usually get a hot chocolate or a hibiscus tea but everytime I either have to check my drink before I leave or by the time I get to work I’ll notice that, while it has my sticker with my name and order on it, the drink will be wrong. It sucks cause this is the only dunkin on my drive to work but I’m tired of my drink order being wrong.

This location is the worst in the area. Ordered two coffee's from the dunkin app. Pull up and they said they never received that order. Was still charged for the coffee's and the manager argued with me. Didnt refund me, Didnt give me my coffees. This place is trash.

Waited and waited in the drive threw , so parked my car and went in and there's 6 people in there doing nothing , who's the owner ? These kids haven't a clue what the real world is the short kid with dark hair needs a attitude adjustment

Slow drive thru-two separate occasions. Avoid if possible. I waited 16mins for a cup of coffee. 6 cars in front of me.

I used to love this location, now the girl that always seems to be there if I stop by is rude and makes the drinks horrible.

Tired of being nickle and dimed by these places. Especially after already being charged an exorbitant amount for fast food. As of late the lattes have been nearly all milk and no espresso if you ask for even a small amount more they now charge you for it. Dunkin on western Ave, central Ave, and near the train station in rensselaer have way better service if that's important to you.

This location has really gone down hill, the staff is obnoxiously rude, I order the same drink, and it's always a different price, they try to pass off iced coffee for lattes and it's usually nothing but ice and milk anyway, we just sat for 25 minutes in their drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of us, when we got to the window, the employee stood there texting on her watch, keep in mind we're on our way to work, then the drink was of course made wrong and not even full, so I paid $6.00 for a half full glass of iced milk. I understand people have bad days, but not everyday. Needless to say, even though I live right up the street, I'll will go out of my way to go to a different location. The bald girl who acts like the boss was the watch phone texter with a bad attitude and the green haired girl is nasty and obnoxious, and it's these two horrible employees that will close this location down. Bye!

Terrible. We ordered online when we arrived, they informed us they had no large cups (we ordered 3 large drinks) and one of the drinks was no longer offered. I get all that but we never received a call from the store letting us know this now we have to fight with the app for the refund.

Zero stars. Worst service ever. There was literally no customers in the store, it was not even closing time ( I was there at 4pm) and the girl behind the counter was counting the cash in the register and pretty much ignored me the whole time I waited. When I asked her a question about a particular donut, she just said she did not know and kept counting the money and ignored me. She did not even have the decency to say,”please excuse me I can be with you in a minute” or anything… nope… just ignored me I see others have also had poor service at the Delmar Dunkin donuts

The Dunkin Donuts on Deleware Ave was the very worst I have been to. I was visiting the area, I went to get a coffee and a corn muffin, I was in the drive thru and when I asked for the corn muffin, which I've gotten at every other Dunkin Donuts I have ever gone to, I was met with " I don't know what your talking about" I reiterated I was ordering a corn muffin, I was told only muffins we got are choc chip, blueberry and he mentioned one I don't recall, not Im sorry we don't carry corn muffins. Just so rude and unprofessional. Won't be back, and the coffee was awful!!!

Whoever was working the register at the driver thru on march 24 around 9:10 was absolutely ridiculous and extremely rude. First off don’t go to work because you’re having a bad day and treating customers like that. Not only did she give me dirty looks but when she handed my change back, she slapped it in my hand. There was no reason for that or even to my touch my hand. Last time I got there….

Horrible at least 4 times in a row. Stop evernight for one large coffee between 5-7 pm. Coffee is barely luke warm at that time. I only live 10 minutes ride away. Save your money. You will not be happy if you order coffee. Maybe it's because staff is busy sweeping and mopping floors at that time. Don't close until 8pm though, so coffee should still be attended to.

Waited 20 minutes for our drinks and they did not seem to know that we ordered food. Had to leave without out foid or getting a refund because we were running too late the hospital, luckily just made it.

We have had plenty experience of missing portions of our order, even as simple as doughnuts. Also I would recommend that you enter from the side street. Entering from Delaware is a danger for most vehicles due to the huge gap between the street level and the parking lot. I would recommend finding another local Dunkin.

Get faster people that can deal with the drive thru. Obviously not fast enough. The line was way out into the street again back 2 blocks. Seriously!! And than they tell u by the time u get up to.order sorry thats sold out. Wow

I have had absolutely horrible luck with only one employee named Chris at this location. But it’s literally everytime I come in. Horrible service and always gives me an incorrect order and doesn’t even always give me my drinks either! Absolutely would not recommend this location to people. It’s been nothing but a hassle.

My wife and I usually hit a dunkin at least twice a week and this is by far the WORST dunkin I've been at. The employees are more concerned with their cell phones and playing games behind the counter to get any part of your order right and then when you say something about it they get all snotty. Horrible horrible customer service here.

When I ordered online they didn’t even have it ready when I ordered one simple thing and I went two days in a row. The second day they even threw away the my order receipt and didn’t even make it. I had to go in and wait till an employee say me and asked me my name and order till they made it.

Ordered 3 large red-eyes via mobile app. when I got there, they tell me they didn't have any espresso, so they just gave me three large black coffees. But I had paid extra for espresso via the mobile app they couldn't figure out how to return my $$ and went away to help another customer. The manager was on the phone at the counter and too busy to speak with me. 1/10 do not recommend. Why even prepare if there isn't an ingredient available? will not return and I recommend you stay away

9:40am on a Thursday. waited 10 minutes at the counter. Eventually gave up and left. Four people running the drive through, no one working the inside register. Didn’t even have someone say “we’ll be with you in a moment” or something. Looking forward to the Starbucks coming to Delaware Avenue so I can actually get a coffee.

FOOD POISONING! I lost 7 pounds in 1 night. Didn’t feel better till a week Later. So so sick. Whole family went down, we ordered the coffees. I should’ve know better based upon the front of the store being unfinished for 6+ months. Wires and zip system exposed. If you value your health stay away!!

I wish I could leave no stars. We stopped at this location yesterday to grab coffees while we were in the area running errands. We ordered 2 Frozen Coffees and waited a long time to get them. After getting them, we went a block away to the grocery store. After take a few sips, we decided to take the drinks back. They did not taste right and almost had a metallic taste to them. We went back and asked for a refund and were told that no one there could process a refund and she could remake our drinks. We gave her the opportunity to remake them but went with Iced Coffees instead. She gave us 2 large drinks that were filled with half n half and ice. I really wanted my money back now and was told to call today and speak with the manager. Either the location is closed or they don't have working phones because when you call, it goes straight to voicemail. Don't waste your time or your money here. I got ripped off. Update: the store manager reached out to me the day after this review was posted. She apologized and was going to put a gift card in the mail that day since I wasn't in the area for a refund. It's been 2 weeks. I got ripped off.
