Nicest Pizza Hut I have ever been in. I am from upstate New York and have never seen a modern Pizza Hut until now. All the workers are young kids here doing a fantastic job and food is cheap and delicious.

Had to repeat my order to the team member multiple times. In person dine in. Received (1) packet of ranch with (12) wings. Not sure if that’s normal practice here. People were nice. Maybe it’s a new hire struggling through the first few days.

I ordered delivered came an hour late and I still wanted me to pay full price and I would not mind paying full price of food but was cold and thw manager from store brought it and for delivery and was rude when i asked for a discount because my food was cold and she yelled at me as said im not dominos and left with my cold food even though I paid for it 🙃

Pizza Hut is a good place to go have drinks on a Thursday. Unfortunately, the manager, on duty in the evening is so rude. She thinks she is the owner and makes up her own rules. I do not recall her name. She is Mexican , Cuban, some type of Latino race.. it’s not once it’s not twice., it’s been about three or four times that she has mentioned that Pizza Hut hut is not a place to have pitchers of alcohol continuously. It has been times when it was a couple, a time when it was a group, and a time when there has been a group party and still, she has limited Each couple that has purchased individually and has cut them off at an early time saying that their cut off is at 10:30 on top of that there’s no cold mugs available because apparently the group took them up. Please clarify to employees and customers if Pizza Hut is a place to have alcoholic drinks or is it strictly food no alcohol. Please and thank you!!!

Called in an order for one pizza. I was told it would be ready in 15 - 20 minutes. I arrived at the drive thru window after 29 minutes, paid for the pizza and waited another 40 minutes. No reason for the delay. When I received the pizza it was not what I ordered and was cold.

Waited over an hour in the store for 16 wings and an order of cinnamon rolls. Go to the counter to check on it and the rolls are in the fridge and the wings were already done. So they handed them to me no bag or anything. Get home and my orders wrong. Everyone in there has a bad attitude. I won’t be going back
