Good food highly recommended great tenders and buffalo fries

Service alone is great with a cape...or super. Food is fresh. Wait time was 0. Actually they waited for me to decide what I wanted to devour. Awesome place.

went on 12-5-23 at 1115am , took my dad on tenders tuesday . very clean dining area , all the people inside were friendly , the bathrooms very clean . food was awesome the corn nuggets were amazing . massive chicken tenders very good ,will be back thank you again

My grandparents (Johnny & Lynda Persilver) had lunch at Bush’s in Seminole, today about 11:00 this morning. They said the food was awesome, hot, fresh, and served with a smile! Everything was very clean and absolutely wonderful! The workers were pleasant! They eat there like 2 times a week and the love it! Thank you for working hard, we appreciate it! :))

When I ask my family members where the want to eat and We are near a Bushis location ,we stop and eat here. Food is always fresh and the tea is amazing.. keep up the good work at your restaurants.

Chicken that is absolutely prepared and cooked with pride. I wouldn't consider Bush's Chicken a fast food restaurant, more of a family cooked home style meal that you carry home with you and savor in the comfort of your own home. Don't forget the ice tea, it's the best I ever had and definitely compliments the entire meal. If I was y'all I would get plenty extra ice tea, just saying, cause I can't get enough of it. Bush's Chicken, simply the best.

Always love it here, good service great people!!!! I drive 17 miles one way just for my ice and tea just because it's so good and the people are much friendlier in Seminole and at the Seminole Bush's Chicken!!! I will continue to go back!!

I would give this place more stars if possible! The chicken is amazing, Wait time is very minimal, Staff is really friendly, Sweet tea is epic, Their sauce is awsome... I CAN NOT say enough good about this place!!

Picked up a six piece tender meal. When I opened the box I was shocked. The pieces were huge. They used to be very small and dry but today they weee perfect. I could have fed 3 people with this order. (Added 3 Jalapeños and it was over $17. Getting too pricey but at least it was delicious)

I was there just for a quick pit-stop and get a soft-drink while driving through on a Saturday afternoon. I did not order any food (so I can't comment on that). The restaurant and the rest room (women's) were very clean and non-smelly. The counter service was good.

Awesome chicken, great price, love the okra... Would give this 5 stars, but always too cold for inside dining.

If chicken is your thing, Bush's is your place to go. They have daily deals and Happy Hour!!!! Gallons of tea for $2 and 32 oz drinks everyday from 2-5 for a buck.

They didn't have any okra or corn nuggets.!And the girls had attitudes except for the one that served us.

Was very surprised! It was really good! Fresh, hot and the oil it was cooked in didn't leave a nasty taste on the chicken. I'm truly hopeful it continues to be this quality. Thanks Bush's. Plus the bonus, the *RUNNER* was very gracious and personable.

This was our first time trying this chain and we were pleasantly surprised. My husband got the 3 piece meal with fries, and I ordered the corn nuggets. While he said the battery was a tiny bit salty, he was impressed with the juiciness of the chicken. We will definitely be back again.

The service was great, I got my food in a timely manner, and my food was hot but there was no flavor in the tenders. Don't get me wrong, it was really good, but to me they need a little more seasoning or something.

Seemed short handed. Took a long time to take my order. Food was average. Two items on menu - green beans & coleslaw - they've decided not to offer anymore.

The food was fantastic, little more bland than usual but then again I don't always get to afford it. My one issue was the front person not paying attention to how she did her orders, and almost copping an attitude. You're in food service, smile even when you don't want to. I do. I could be having a really crappy day and have a 100w smile on my face.

Stood there listening to a employee tell the others they need to stay inside and help at the counter all cant be outside.they just looked at her. Went about there stuff. I'm still standing there. Nothing. I walked out.

The location in seminole always has people that act like they hate there jobs when they come to get your order don't like going to this location and they gave me burned gravy who does that oh yeah these people.

The past two years this business has really gone down. It seems like every time we get any kind of chicken from there it's always Raw. We've decided to just cook our Fried Chicken at home and not worry about ordering out anymore. This is very unfortunate though because I do really like their gravy and their chicken tenders...when they are cooked.

Worst service! Cashier (wearing baggy sweatpants) was more worried about laughing on the phone than taking our orders. Waited on the Manager (who looks like a homeless version of shaggy wearing a fake blinged out chain) for 10 minutes to bring my sweet tea. 1st one to order and last one to get his drink and food. Not a single other customer and tables were nasty no excuses. While we were leaving a lady came in that just went through the drive thru and they gave her a family meal box but forgot to put any chicken in it…..

Not friendly people here at all. The place was actually dirty. There were only a few customers in dining room so really there was no reason for it to be dirty and it was on a Sunday.

If it wasn’t for the lemonade, I wouldn’t even slow down. The chicken is supposed to be served the same day it’s cooked I’m pretty sure…terrible

Food is good but half the dining room was closed off so that the employee could start mopping early. Told people they could sit there. Then went and filled ice up without washing hands after mopping. Poor attitude the people behind the counter were great

I've given Bush's in Seminole too many chances. Between the dry chicken, sour coleslaw, watery gravy and dried out rolls, I've made up my mind not to waste anymore money on them, unless it's a different location. It's disheartening.

Eat here Everytime pass thru Seminole. Tonight was the worst experience! The livers/gizzards we're hard & old!!!! Service was very slow! Very disappointed!

Everyone said this place was awesome, we bought a variety of food and were disappointed. The taste was bland, it was expensive for being fast food and was not worth it.

The worst place every order food drive 35 mintues home and open to find sides are missing amd the stripe are all less than 2inch and no meat so you call and they answer and hang up ...NO ONE BUY HERE THEY SCAM YOU

The service was horrible. I waited in line 10 minutes and nobody ever came to take our order. Myself and about 4 other cars ended up just driving off. Never again will I go.

Only the drive thru was open. I wanted to stop and take a break from being on the road in the car.

Maybe the next time somebody calls you to see if you're open mention that the lobby closes at 8 o'clock.

Drive thru service was totally messed up this time..Waited 20+ minutes then the waitress comes back outside to let me know they only had one chicken breast left not 2. And at the beginning said they were dropping a new batch..When you're not feeling well and sooo hungry for Bush's for 3 days...Got my card and tipp back and left!

If you want horrible service just come to bush's chicken in Seminole, you're guaranteed you'll get it. Arrived 20 minutes before closing but no one would serve us, once they officially closed they came out to say , "We're Closed" even though we sat there for over 20 minutes.

I went to Bush's for lunch today. I am very disappointed in the service for one reason instead of coming out and taking my order they just open the door and yelled large Coke out the door which I hardly ever buy anymore second I ordered chicken on a roll and took one bite it tasted like it came right out of the refrigerator it was so cold you should never serve cold food at a food place unless it was meant to be served that way. Therefore I'm only giving them one star

They just looked at me in the drive thru didnt come out to help. Everytime I ordered chicken. They dont have it. I waited for 15 minutes for someone to come out and wait on me. Nope noone came 5 employees saw me. So I took my business next door to Dickeys. :)

I used to love this place but the last 2 times I've picked food up to go, the chicken was either half raw or there were pieces missing in my orders.

Good food but closing 45 min before they close lady who answered the phone said they called it in because it wasn't busy but as I was turning around I seen a few other cars too very disappointing... I rather order from someone else if this is a hassle.. people have a hard time calling in orders, or ya'll choosing early unprofessional!

Came up to the drive thru window bout 12:30pm today and order a lemonade from one young lady that I've never seen before that took my money, then another employee came and gave me the drink but with some poor customer service skills, basically shoving it in my chest and telling me here you go, like we knew each other like that

Everytime we go they get order wrong!!! Today we go my mom has Harley any mash potatoes and mine was full!! My mom called and manger was rude didn't ask if he could fix it !! Said he been working there a year they only give one scoop so ask why one was more he said he guess they scoop wrong!!! Ask for his name would only tell me John kept saying John what he said he doesn't have to give me his name!! Never will we eat there again

They need to learn to clean the gizzards before they cook them and clean the lining that may be there.. so nasty!!!!!

Gonna 6 piece tender meal got home and looked it was mainly breading you find at the bottom one or two pieces of chicken that weren’t even cooked.

EDIT: We had to stop going. The inside smells horrible. And the food has taken a turn for the worse. After my husband walked in and smelled the rotten chicken smell, he walked out, and we wont go back. Like so many places we liked, it went downhill in a years time. We eat here a couple times a month. I'm a Southeastern Arkansas native. This is some of the best chicken I've had since moving from the midsouth. My home town was on the boarder with Mississipp and we had good chicken joints. Everytime I walk in I smell home. Our service has always been great. And if you happen to catch it on a night when the tall guy with glasses is cooking it's extra good. I've had one experience that kind of upset me. I ordered a jug of unsweetened tea, even the label said so, and got sweet tea. I understand accidents happen my husband drank it. But I tasted it, and if I drank sweet tea it would have been great. 10 out of 10 recommended the gizzards.

My sister called in a order for liver and gizzards two larger sweet tea. we waited 45 minutes before we found out the cook didn't drop the order. We asked about the order and was told it would be out. after waiting so long we had to go to work with out lunch.

Today February 11, 2020 - I purchased the tender Tuesday special. Tender were not edible they had been over salted. I could not believe how awful they were. They need to follow the recipe better or someone needs to taste one before they are put out for purchase. Disappointed and I wasted $17.00. I was glad I was not hosting a gathering.

Never tasted the food. The workers seemed to be having a competition to see who could move the slowest and still had time to be on their phones. Got tired of waiting to be served and it didnt smell that wonderful in there anyway so we got out of there

Luckily, there isn't a zero star option because that what they would get. They are always out if mac and cheese it today the only side they had was mashed potatoes that's it the chicken is always under cooked. A terrible smell when you come in and everything is filthy. So we just left.

This place is horrendous. Not only is it overpriced for the quality of food but the Service is disgusting. We ordered a 15 PC meal and got 3 drum sticks, 3 breasts and 7 wings. No thighs and only a 13 piece meal. If we wanted a half dozen wings we'd have gone to Buffalo Wild Wings. Save your money.

Perfect ending to a week...ordered medium tea 3 piece chicken meal with side of okra...received small tea no okra cold chicken mashed potatoes no gravy...no utensils...I work retail business an I never post but this was the last straw for today. Will not go back an it's sad.

Used to be one of our favorite places to go for Fried Chicken but these last three times we've been there it seems like they just hired people of the streets and the food and service has been terrible so we stopped going there.

Asked for gizzards, they were out. Ok ordered the strips, asked for mashed potatoes, no orka. No Pepper in the building. they were out, ok mac and cheese, then what to drink Dr.Pepper, we are out. Got coke instead. FLAT! All we wanted was lunch! OUT, OUT , OUT. Sad!

Went tonight at 7:44 and they “closed early” they always take forever and are always out of something. It’s bad enough there’s limited options in this town then you add fuel to fire 🤦🏻‍♀️ Absolute worst

I ordered a 16 pc chicken tender and they have gave me tiniest ones, finger length and width, paid $50 for some scraps.

None of the tenders from my family meal were whole tenders. It was peices. Not going there again

Ordered tender rolls and got nasty slimy breading and maybe half a tender split between both rolls. I took a bite and almost puked. When I went back to the store, they wouldn't replace them because they were "fresh" and when i asked for a refund, said that I just didn't want to pay after leaving the premises. Food was absolutely disgusting and the girl who "helped" me needs to be fired!

Someone needs to get fired, we were there today just went through the drive thru since there’s always a bad smell coming from the kitchen. Once we got there an employee cam outside didn’t say a word so we just started ordering and the whole time she didn’t say anything once we ordered she went inside and a while later she came back with our food and there was a drink missing (we ordered five there were only four) so we asked for it and she went and got it after that we said “can we also get some forks please” and she got them and came back we said thank you right after that she told us our total that was the first thing she had said to us she brought our change out and once we were pulling out of the drive thru we saw her through the window talking to another employee and the other one flipped us off through the window it was very clearly towards us and we tried calling in we asked for the manager and they just hung up. Don’t think I’ll be going back I want friendly customer service not what we got today.

If u want something quick,not the place to go. Only 3 people working an not one could quit filling drinks long enough to take orders from people walking in. Was told they had a big order called in. Understand,but u can fill drinks,stop take an order go back to filling drinks. Not have people who have to go back to work waiting an waiting because u had a call in order. Every time we pickup food after a certain hour we get the old leftovers. We had to come home, throw the entire $46 meal away and make dinner. Just be honest and say we don’t have anything fresh and what we do have has been under the heater dying for hours!

This was my first time eating there the tenders seem kinda pink inside and the fries was burnt. I wanted fried okra but they were completely out of that. They didn’t have rolls at all, all the employees were sitting in the lobby with family. The establishment was nasty the lobby was dirty, there was a spoiled old smell coming from the cooking area. People use to speak so highly of this place I want to try it. So I tried it and I will never be back again
