Update: 8.18.2025 Ordered nachos and this time didn’t even receive chili or cheese.. EVERY TIME I do a delivery order from here they never include the extra cheese and chili with the nachos that I paid extra for! Not once, not twice, not even three times, THIS IS THE FOURTH TIME!

When I received my take out order half of my order was not included, even after receiving my second portion I did not receive everything I had ordered. The sandwiches were packaged sloppy and looked thrown together last minute.

If you’re thinking about going to McAllister’s for lunch today in Andrews, don’t do it. My husband had the French dip. The meat was too tough to eat and his macaroni and cheese was so congealed. It was disgusting. I ordered the salad and the chicken sandwich, and the chicken on the sandwich tasted like it was old. As soon as we got our food and we tasted it, we immediately got up and left. They didn’t even notice. They were all too busy talking and chatting. Usually the service is good around lunchtime, but today they completely dropped the ball. It was so bad we spent $30 and just left the food there.

Horrible costumer service the girl that attended us didn’t even smile once. We had asked for bags because everything was all packed together and was falling. The girl threw us the bag and didn’t even say thank you have a nice day. We took 45 mins waiting for our food. The girl was just staring us down hardcore. The food is good and all but customer service is a 0. I didn’t even feel welcomed. This is the last time I’m coming here!! I would suggest to not order food here the worst customer service I’ve ever experience since I’ve been in Andrews.

I have been to this McAllister's in Andrews, twice in both times I stood there Uber 10 minutes while the employees stared at me back in the kitchen, and never one time came and asked me what I would like to order . the first time i let go and thought I'd try it again.And it happened a second time And I will not go back in there again

I had went thru the drive thru and they told me I couldn’t order thru there so I called instead they hung up on me so I went inside and I finally ordered my food I had got a MEAL and I got my soup and sandwich NO DRINK you have to pay for it separately VERY EXPENSIVE for the quality of the food. And the host AMY said they basically had no produce no turkey, no clubs etc. and while making my food she was on her personal phone on a call VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. it was very frustrating because they already don’t get that much business and driving customers more away.

You will wait about half an hour to get your food. Myself and another guy came in and ordered 2 sandwiches, a group of about 10 people with suits came in behind us and got their food first. Worst service ever. One of the employees was eating chips while preparing food.

We came in on for takeout before a football game. When we opened our order, it was wrong. Even had the wrong name on the sandwich. Really frustrating experience from the dirty bathrooms, to the inexperienced cashier, to the wrong order. Would call, but they close before the game would be over.

I waited 30 minutes for a basic sandwich. Zero stars. The cashier was polite, but other than that, I would avoid McAllister in Andrew's, TX.

Waited 50 minutes for sandwiches and when it came out it was cold. There was only two other tables occupied but they kept waiting on the drive up window instead of bringing us our food.

While I was eating there today, I witnessed a man yell and scream at a young women cause her to break down in tears. Even as she was crying, he continued to berate her. I'm not sure if he is part of management but if he is he ought to be ashamed of himself this reflects poorly on him and the company. It was disheartening to see that the management appeared indifferent to the situation. However, I want to commend the other employees who showed compassion and went to check on the young woman.
