Fast and friendly service. I feel like Wendy's burgers are getting smaller, but they're still tasty. I do like that they continue to keep the 4 dollar combo.
The new breakfast is good I like the fresh eggs and quality of the food it’s definitely worth trying just wished people would make a sandwich with pride and spread the cheese sauce out even and make the sandwich look professional
A normal Wendys but I get the impression they are only doing drive through at the moment. Maybe permanent, who knows.
Pretty standard Wendy’s experience — food is usually hot and fresh, and orders are accurate most of the time. Service can be hit or miss depending on the shift, but it’s a convenient spot for a quick meal. Drive-thru lines move at a decent pace, and the location is clean overall. Solid for fast food, just not exceptional.
They Can't see the difference between chicken and beef and can't give proper customer service and ask for no ice gave me ice ask for bacon not a single trace of bacon
One other person left as the person in front of them was waiting too long to order, they kept cutting me off asking the same question 5 times, acting like their machine is broken at the drive through. These people hung up on me 3 times when I asked to speak the manager all 3 times. This is not how you run a business and corporate will close this location down due to low sales
Walked in the place the shift manager looked at me didn't even bother to say anything just walked around. I waited a few minutes and walked out. Unprofessional and rude definitely won't be back.
Well , we went inside to eat and nobody greeted us at all ! That’s fine , no problem , however we stood there for 5 minutes while the one woman we saw there was leaned over the counter playing on her phone . We said Hello ! ( very friendly ) and she turned , huffed and walked away . Waited a few more minutes and just left and went to Roadhouse ❤️ Anyway , customer service was beyond terrible and the store was filthy disgusting .🤢 Won’t be going back there at all.
Extremely rude service. They got mad at me for telling them they forgot my fries. Then gave me cold fries that was sitting on the counter.
The establishment was expected to maintain extended operating hours; however, it closed over an hour earlier than scheduled on a Saturday. Despite the presence of staff, order processing was unavailable. Previous experiences with this location have been marked by concerns regarding quality and service, and it appears these issues persist. Moving forward, alternative locations will be considered.
Ordered a bacon cheeseburger biggie bag with nuggets. They WILL GIVE YOU AN EMPRY CONTAINER!! Got a cheeseburger ,no nuggets and 10 fries!😵💫 tried to call and they picked up the phone and hung it back up! Whaaaaat!?.? Stay away. Bad food if you get it and poor service. 😔so sad.
Told me and my fiancé we couldn’t sit in the lobby at 8pm because they were closing soon. One piece of bacon on a bacon sandwich is crazy. I’ve been ordering the same samdwich for almost a decade. They missed the mark this time. Definitely not up to Wendy’s corporate standards
I had a mobile order. No sauce for my damn nuggets. Baconator fries was trash and no fork to eat the trash fries.
Baconator was LAME. McDonald regular cheese burger is about same size. One mini piece of bacon on my "BACONATOR" Showed Manager and she didn't give a care or even wanted to look at my order. That's what I get for going to Wendy's.....
Went there on my lunch break and got a sweet tea with my meal. Exactly what is this floating around in my tea???????? I really want to throw up because if something was in my drink what was in the food?
I came at 11:30 pm just for a drink. I had 2 people ahead they never helped anyone. As I’m writing this someone else passed and still no help! They are inside but idk what they are doing. Calling corporate in the morning.
Food was very cold burger not what I ordered very nasty 🤢 bun was crushed horrible food presentation and need better customer service at the drive-through window smile and at least pretend like u want to be at work never coming back again a waist of money
Had a horrible experience here. On 1/29/23 around 11:00 am we walked in to order food they had us standing at the counter for 5 minutes. They didn’t greet us, tell us to hold or nothing they just kept walking pass us until we got fed up and walked out. I will never go back to this location. There were 3 Hispanic women working and they just stared at us the whole time smh
Ordered chicken sandwiches and they weren't cooked all the way thru, and all they did was refund $5.40 and apologized. If I could I would leave no stars at all. On top of that all our sandwiches and burgers were drowning in mayo. The tomatoes are disgusting. Safe to say we will not be eating here again. I just hope my husband does not get sick from eating the raw chicken before realizing it was raw. HORRIBLE SERVICE
